Milford Plumbing & Heating (MPH) was quick to call me back, and on top of that were here the next morning. They replaced my (at least) 25 year old water heater and made sure everything was a perfect fit, at a reasonable price. It also helps that they are down to earth, personable and don't try to add on to everything! I will do business with them again, and highly recommend them! Thank you MPH!

MPH came out to fix a myriad of plumbing items in my home. The rebuilt the soil stack, moved a pipe, fixed a p-trap, and fixed a water pressure issue in a basement bathroom. In another bathroom they relocated the soil stack into a wall, cut back pipes for a sink, installed a shower surround, replaced water pipes, and connected new lines for my shower.

The two plumbers who completed the job were very professional. Masks were worn throughout the job, they asked permission before any water shutoffs, cleaned up their work areas, and alerted me to when they were leaving for extended periods of time (lunch, to get parts, etc). They were happy to answer any questions that I had and were also very careful to avoid interrupting my wife, who was teaching remotely when they were working.

We have used 3–4 plumbers in the area since purchasing our home 5 years ago, but once we found these guys we use no one else! Very reliable, great communication and very honest about what they can quote/can’t until the project starts. We recommend them to everyone who asks! The wonderful team at MP&H helped us during our remodel of the bathrooms at Fairview Millwork in Amherst, NH. We have used MP&H on our customer remodels but haven't had the opportunity to use them on any of our own projects. All staff members were prompt, courteous, and quick to complete the work in our bathrooms. We had a small leak during the process and Mark was out within 30 minutes of me contacting them. He quickly assessed the issue and provided us with solutions. I also appreciated seeing the experience the apprentices got on the job site. We need more tradespeople and it was great to see MP&H supporting young people in field!

Aaron and his guys are the best. Super knowledgeable, fast and efficient! They came out at midnight, on a Sunday, during a blizzard and fixed my leaking shower for me with no complaints.

hired this company to fix my whole house dehumidifier that was pulling a error code. On 7/19/2024, was charged $411.00 to fix this problem. The error code again showed 2 days later when I went in basement in morning and found the system off sometime at nivht, I immediately called the company on 7/24, 7/25 and 7/26 was repeated my told someone would call back. No one called on 8/2/2024 called again, was once again told someone would call, office called back a week later and scheduled an appointment on 8/14/2024. The same service man came and replace oxygen sensors, was charged $530.00 and was told the unit was fixed. The u it shut off within a day, showing same code. I attempted to contact company several more timez, again no call back until 9/1. The service man called back and told me how to clean the unit to try fix it. I followed his instructions completely but that also didn't work. I have contacted this company numerous times and told the service man would call. NEVER has!I’m

Highly recommend. Called mid-afternoon for help with our sump pump. Wasn’t sure of the exact issue when I called in, but I knew we would be flooded within a few hours if it wasn’t fixed same day. The gentleman in the office said he would call me back to see if he had someone available to assist. Prompt response and arrival- within the hour of my call.

Tech came well equipped for the job. Re-routed our pump plumbing and replaced it. The pump works more efficiently now. Thank you!

Aaron and his team replaced my unsafe oil furnace with a new high efficiency ducted heat pump as well as a new heat pump water heater. They also upgraded my incorrect flex ducting to insulated rigid ducting. The new system is absolutely amazing and my water heating energy has dropped 5 fold. Aaron took proper air calculations and determined my 2nd floor return was not sufficient and ran new returns to the upstairs. These guys are super knowledgeable, professional and courteous to my family. I haven't met hvac personnel that actually know the science of what they are doing and putting in properly sized systems.

I contacted Christenson Plumbing to replace the anode rod in my water heater as routine maintenance. Ben Christenson was able to recommend and order an electrically charged anode rode that can extend the life of the water heater. Ben took the time to explain the components and installation needed. He also added an expansion tank and identified a failed release valve on the tank. All of which improved safety and longevity of the tank. I much appreciated the timeliness and quality of the work completed. They also sent someone onsite afterward to check up on a pressure setting afterwards. I high recommend this local business for plumbing for their service, pricing and quality of work.

Was highly recommended by my neighbors, and I will continue to recommend as well. Our boiler stopped working in the middle of the night, by the time we woke up our house was freezing. Every member of Hilltop Heating have treated everyone in my family with nothing but kindness, loyalty, and true professionalism. Anytime I’ve had an emergency plumbing issue (or non-emergency), they have been there within a few hours or the next day and handled every situation with such grace and fairness. I have never felt overcharged or taken advantage of, the exact opposite! I am very blessed to have such a wonderful company so close to home and I will forever recommend these amazing people!
