Travis done remodeling in our house couple years ago. Now we have problems with leaking windows in dinning room . Leaking ceiling in dining room(no lining under shingles). Driveway is crumbling.
And since March i was trying to contact the owner and didn’t get any call/text back

I called as a local non profit for advice and help with a heating system at a local children's summer camp. "We are so busy right now we can't help you. Maybe in June, but that is our busy time. Call someone else"

Awful company. Do not use them as they will
Overcharge and take advantage of any opportunity to gouge.
Especially the elderly and look for the reputable companies in the area..
Definitely do NOT USE THEM .
Opening or closing your place before or after the winter!

Terrible business overcharging and trying to make advantage of us. The plumber brought in a trainee for a trivial work of changing the valve in the water heater (took him 10 mins) and charged us for trainee time! The other time he replaced our burned sump pump with the wrong one and after we complained tried to charge us extra to install the right one. Both the plumber and the lady in the office are rude. Will never do business with them again and do not recommend that others do

Our basement was flooding and even though they had a booked schedule and someone out on vacation.... Candice was able to schedule Tom to come out and help us out. We appreciate it so much. Service is fantastic.

They came in and replaced an old cast iron vertical sewer pile. They cut into the wall at precisely the right spot with minimal impacts. They fixed the problem perfectly and cleaned up after again perfectly. Very polite and efficient.

I had these guys out to winterize my house a few years ago. The request to do the work was on short notice (winter set in early) but the came right over to do the job. $800 (wow!) later the job was done. The following spring I went to open up the place and both toilets were broken and the core of the 2 year old hot water heater was toast. I went to discuss with the owner and he said he wasn’t going to honor his work because I didn’t hire them to do it. I fixed the toilets myself and one of the guys that did the work felt bad enough that he came by to replace the heater core. That was the last of my experiences with Brookside but I’ve heard some doozies.

Thanks to Jeff our washer drain is working again. This was not an emergency so we did have to wait. He was very honest on what he could do or could not do with regard to the way our house was plumbed. Would use him again, have used Brookside before without any problem. 😻

I’ve hired this company a few times in the past. They replaced my old oil burner with a smaller wall mounted propane unit that took up half the space and saved me a ton of money in heating bills. Recently I called them to see if they could add a dishwasher in my kitchen. Paul came out and found a way to instal one right next to my sink. I have found them to be professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again for all my plumbing needs.

The company did an excellent job for us. They responded quickly, communicated clearly and thoroughly, and walked us through the process from start to finish, They were neat and clean every step of the way. RestoPros handled the insurance piece as well, making the overall process as easy as possible for us.

Dean and Steve are fantastic people and consummate professionals. My sister had some work done at her home that included mold remediation, water cleanup and wall-cleaning using their anti-mold solution. From start to finish, Steve and Dean were responsive, consultative and helpful. Always quick to respond to a call or email, they were transparent with their recommendations and statement-of-work. I appreciated that they were detailed in their scheduling process, what to expect, and pricing. As generally this type of work can be very fluid, it was nice to have someone that was organized and a strong communicator. The work was wrapped up in a few days and as I mentioned previously, I felt their pricing was reasonable and very competitve. I wish them well as they continue to grow their business in central and southern New Hampshire.

Dean was very professional and helpful. He helped me pick out a dehumidifier for my basement and set it up for me. He took all my boxes that were in storage and provided a plastic pallet to put them on. He replaced all the insulation with the mold and used new plastic, which I requested to cover the insulation. He went above and beyond his job requirement which meant the world to me not many people do that anymore. thank you for your excellent service, Dean!

I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done by RestoPro. I would highly recommend this company if you were ever in a situation regarding a plumbing issue and cleaning up the mess due to water damage in your basement. they were very professional from start to finish and they did an excellent job!

RestoPros rescued us when a basement valve leak reached our carpet in adjoining bedroom. Thank you Mark & Tom for your exceptional customer service and understanding! My husband and I had a new boiler installed for our rental property. Not too long after, it had an issue where error codes would pop up and the hot water would stop working. Mark immediately came out to fix the issue same day. Not too long after that the same issue happened again. Mark and his team again came out same day to fix it free of charge. They started contacting the company to replace this defective boiler since it was under warranty. Mark decided to make a judgement call to move in a different direction with a different vendor to completely replace the unit. We highly recommend Milford Plumbing for all the services they provide.

Milford Plumbing and Heating is great, Tom and his dad are very professional and responded right away when I sent them a message about needing a new propane water heater.

They are polite, clean, professional, and friendly. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because there was a mixup with the water heater that was caught later. However, they were very polite and took the matter seriously. They fixed the issue the same day, which was a complete swap out.

Their work comes with a 1 year warranty which I think is fantastic and definitely helped in this situation! They stand by their work and really value their customer.
