While removing old siding on a customer's home, we uncovered a door that was installed previously by a home depot SUB CONTRACTOR. The door had an integral nail flange on it, but, the lazy SUB decided not to utilize it nor did he flash it at all ROT everywhere. Long story -short, the home depot finally sent the sub back to re- install. He did not. Instead, he lied to my customer and said that it wasn't a nail flange- it was a wind flange and it was fine. THEN IT GETS WORSE- home depot has told the customer to essentially "piss off" they are not going to pay to fix it or just fix it. This is why subcontracting is just a bad idea.
P S these customers are among the finest that we have dealt with, not jerks at all. -
Our flooring install in 2017 couldn't be scheduled for over a month past when we needed it and were quoted by the Home Depot staff. When we first looked at the materials, we were actually told to come back and order later based on when we wanted it installed, which was a huge mistake. There is clearly very poor communication between Home Depot and their installers for the dates to be that far off. Going on the standby list did absolutely nothing. The material sat in our empty rental property that whole time, for over 7 weeks! This resulted in the job effectively costing us at least an extra month's rent, if not two months. I had to call the installers at least 8 times throughout the process because the communication was so terrible. When they didn't finish on the original day, I had no idea why and had to call, only to find out some of the materials from Home Depot were damaged. That added another 2 weeks until the last few pieces could be finished. Then when I went to return extra materials (due to poor measurements from Home Depot), it took 20 minutes because of some additional charge that was completely unknown to me and had to be resolved first. Start to finish, this simple flooring installation took almost 3 months.

The air duct service was excellent in every way. The technicians repaired damaged ducts and improved airflow immediately. Their dryer vent cleaning service was highly effective. Maintenance checks were completed thoroughly. The crew was professional and dependable. The air duct cleaning cost was competitive. I highly recommend their services.

You've come to the right place if you want your dryer vents serviced! For dryer vent cleaning services, I heartily recommend this business. From the beginning to the end, Tom was really professional. He came on time, completed a comprehensive dryer vent examination, gave clear instructions, and worked quickly to complete the task. Someone with such attention to detail and dedication to high-quality work is hard to come by. My dryer is performing like new once again, and I can rest easy knowing that the vent system is safe and clean. Simply schedule the service to avoid the bother; you'll be happy you did. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

After waiting 4 hours I gave up. Every call required full address, number, email to the same person. They refused to let me speak to the tech (they even claimed he was at my property) or the owner. Very disappointing !

Dryer Vent Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning Services in Henniker, NH provided a professional and efficient experience from start to finish. The technicians arrived on time, inspected the system thoroughly, and identified heavy lint buildup and airflow restrictions. The dryer vent cleaning improved safety and reduced drying time, while the air duct cleaning enhanced overall indoor air quality. They worked carefully, explained each step clearly, and ensured everything was left clean after service. The pricing was fair and the results were noticeable immediately. I recommend this company to homeowners looking to improve HVAC efficiency and maintain a safer-healthier home environment.

We had hired 3W Design to update our kitchen a couple of years ago. I should have know better when the first thing I was told was the dining room wall could be moved. Our budget was $45,000.00 for our 11 X 12 kitchen of wish 22’ did not get cabinets. I was assured by Alyssa that my budget would cover the plans she showed us. The cost to get a copy of the plans was $594.00 which I paid. Then came the surprises, the cabinets were a little over half our budget, the electric and plumber were a quarter and that did not include the back splash, fixing the existing walls and floor linoleum. I got estimates from R&T Electric and Mike Reid Plumbing & Heating and they were half of what Alyssa gave me. So if you would like to pay for the pretty pictures and double your budget then go to 3W Design, but if not try All About Kitchens in Concord. Julie designed a beautiful kitchen for us, it far exceeded the other plans and these plans were free. She worked with our carpenters, electrician and plumbers and we came in under budget.

Amy and the team at 3W Design were fabulous to work with! Amy helped our renovation projection go seamlessly - from selecting products and designing the layout of our space, to ensuring the project stayed on schedule and ensuring that the subcontractors completed their work to the highest of quality. We are so happy with how our renovation turned out, and couldn’t be more thankful for 3W Design’s help! Highly recommend!

My family greatly enjoyed working with 3W design. They did a phenomenal job on our in-law suite remodel. We’ll be using them in the future for other spaces in our home.

I can’t say enough good things about 3W Design. I’ve worked with them both personally and professionally, and in over 15 years in the field, they are some of the most organized, detail-oriented, talented, and trustworthy people I’ve worked with.
Their communication and execution are excellent, and every project is handled thoughtfully from start to finish. A truly professional team and a pleasure to work alongside. Highly recommend. -
For years I was trying to envision what I wanted to do to create a bathroom of my dreams. I struggled because I didn’t want to change the footprint but also wanted something that would be more functional and beautiful. This is where 3W Design and specifically Amy Malone come into play. I reached out to have them help me get started. They made the process so easy, helped me envision how it could come together with illustrations and stunning materials. Amy was incredibly collaborative, listening and incorporating to all my questions and ideas as we worked through the design phase. When we were ready to pull the trigger Amy stepped in to oversee the project and all the little details that needed to be managed. She provided a schedule and was very communicative through the project being on site and readily accessible every step of the way. When things didn’t go as planned (that happens with every project), she would quickly step in and help provide solutions that worked to deliver on the end goal. The contractors that they used were very professional, clean, and friendly. The result was beyond my expectations. My bathroom and bedroom suite feel like I have escaped into a luxury hotel that is soothing and comfortable while also being stunning. We are so thrilled with both the design, oversite and installation that was provided by 3W Design. We would HIGHLY recommend them, and we will also use them on future projects in our home.

3W design, Inc. took our kitchen remodel beyond our expectations helping us to see what could be and not just give it a cosmetic makeover . Beth Eneguess and the team at 3W design brought vision , comfort and clarity to a pretty big project . Cabinets to flooring , they were there for us all the way through the whole process. We would highly recommend their services if you are contemplating a remodel.

If I could give Amy 10 stars I would as she earned that and more. We could not be more pleased with the process and outcome of our beautiful kitchen. From the start, Amy has been a wealth of information and is able to provide options based on what we ask for. She listens and amazingly puts together the most beautiful designs to choose from. Once the choices are made, Amy is still actively involved as she makes sure all the involved players show up when they are supposed to and keeps a very close eye on the project until it is finished. If you are looking to make a change in your home, you have to reach out to 3W Design.

I needed just a few windows replaced and the process for getting a quote resulted in a very tedious and time-consuming process of setting an appt where they gave me the hard sell and I toughed through it only to hear they wanted to schedule yet another appointment to give me the quote. Why can't they tell me over the phone? Other companies gave per-window pricing right over the phone without an appt. When I had to postpone that appt due to an emergency, I was told some obscure sales price (still NO idea of any prices, mind you) was about to expire seemingly to put me in a position to have to decide rapidly when I'm VERY busy on many renovations. I've been thoroughly discouraged from ever going back for any sort of installation service-- windows, roofing, siding, etc. Be prepared for the HARD SALE if you go to them for any of these things.
