We’ve been clients of Granite State for over 13 years, and they have consistently been outstanding. Most recently, we needed to replace our hot water tank on short notice, and they responded immediately by sending John over to assess the situation.

From the start, John was a pleasure to work with—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in explaining everything. He helped us quickly get the order placed and scheduled a technician to handle the installation and clean up our aging water lines.

During the installation, we had an issue on our end with a water shut-off (completely our mistake), which resulted in John and Gabe getting unexpectedly soaked. Despite that, they handled it with total composure, maintained a great attitude, and kept working until the job was done.

Their professionalism, patience, and kindness truly stood out. We’re incredibly grateful for their dedication and highly recommend Granite State to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality service.

I had a pretty nasty plumbing issue late at night. I got a call from Granite State and they dispatched someone late that evening at 10:30. I want to say his name was Julian. He came to my apartment near Pinkerton in Derry and was very polite, very helpful and overall very urgent. On top of that, I accidentally called him today, but hung up immediately. He then made sure to call me back and check up on me to make sure nothing had gone wrong. That is above and beyond service! Thank you very much!

I was stuck in my home and attempting to shovel with a bad wrist and back when a member of the Granite State team stopped and took time out of his day to help with remove the snow with his four wheeler. It didn’t just make my day, it saved me a lot of pain and trouble. Thank you so much. Anybody with a team like that is truly somebody worth doing business with. Steve made me an amazing track out of materials we had trucked in long ago. It took little time to clean up the jumps and add "pooh bears berm" to the mix. Steve made me very very happy in a short amount of time. I believe we completed the job in under 4 hours. Excellent professional service, patience and persistence. He did not leave until I was thrilled with the result.

I left a message for Steve inquiring about his availability and he got back to me that same day. He provided a timely and reasonable estimate and we went forward with the project of clearing a road and camper pad and installing a septic system. He communicated regularly throughout the project and kept me updated on the progress. Steve is a very nice guy and is easy to work with. Our project was finished on budget. I highly recommend Breault Construction for excavation projects in the Monson area.
