The quality of their scaffold and shoring equipment is also excellent. The gear is well maintained, reliable, and clearly handled with care, which gives us confidence when using it on site. Having dependable equipment like this helps our crews work more efficiently and safely.

Deron reframed and replaced an entire exterior wall of our house, installed new windows and four new interior doors, and handled all of the casing and trim work. He also took care of shoring up the main beam and floor joists in our crawl space. He was attentive to detail and adjusted as needed to the nuances and imperfections of our hundred-year-old house. He was punctual, communicated well, and worked with us to understand our specific vision and needs. We highly recommend working with Deron.

Lathrop companies does a great job of attending to the details of a project. Scaffolding is about access to the work and more importantly worker and pedestrian safety. Patrick takes the work seriously and we can always rely on that their staffing will be thorough and competent.

Not sure how this company has been in business for 40 years!?!? What a joke. Bought a house and they were supposed to go in while it was empty and clean the whole house, floors, ceilings, walls, kitchen and bathrooms. 4 cleaners showed up an hour late. I left and came back that evening and they had done pretty much nothing! Floors were left untouched. Spider webs on walls and in door ways. Bathrooms were not cleaned! I’m not sure what the 4 people did all day but it wasn’t cleaning! Don’t recommend this company at all!!! * cleaning services was purchased by my grandmother as a house warming gift as I was very pregnant* unfortunately my husband and I had to rush around cleaning things they did not. Stay far away from this company

Not at all impressed with this company. I was referred to them by my homeowner's insurance claims adjuster after I had water damage in my home almost 3 weeks ago. Their communication has been downright terrible to nonexistent. Each time they were at my home, they left without telling me that they were leaving (despite me being home), necessitating a call to their office to find out when they would be coming back. They repeatedly failed to provide either verbal or written updates as to when they would be coming back or what the next steps would be as far as the work they would be performing. I was kept in the dark throughout the entire process. Even when I tried to talk to the guys who were here working, I would only get very abrupt 1-2-word responses. They came and collected their drying equipment 10 days ago. At that time, I asked them if they would be doing any further work/cleanup and they said that Josh (the project manager) would be in touch with me within the next day or two with an update. I never heard from Josh or anyone at Bouchard ever again. I don't even have any paperwork from them! They are now holding up my entire insurance claim because my claims adjuster has not received their mitigation report, despite the fact that it has been nearly 2 weeks since they allegedly completed their portion of the work on my home. My adjuster has reached out to them several times without a return call or production of a mitigation report so that they can finalize my claim so that I can have my contractor start putting my home back together. It has now gotten to the point where my adjuster has asked me if I can get in touch with them for this report because she has tried multiple times to no avail. This is simply unprofessional and beyond unacceptable. No homeowner should be left hanging like this. I have been living in a demolition zone for nearly 3 weeks now and my insurance company cannot compensate me for the items that were damaged in my home as well as the drywall, ceiling, and flooring that need to be replaced until they receive the report from Bouchard. I am sick of looking at giant holes in my walls and ceilings and damaged hardwood flooring. There is absolutely NO excuse for it taking even remotely this long. Lastly, their workers left cigarette butts in my driveway and also left behind two large trash bags filled with debris in the entryway of my home. I will never use this company again and I would strongly advise avoiding them at all costs!

Great company all around!!! These are the guys you wanna call when you have any need for anything fire/water mold ECT. You name it they'll do it at a great rate fast!! Dont waste time looking elsewhere cause this is who you want!

I have unfortunately experienced both Bouchard and Servpro and how they respond to leaks (I had a couple of leaks about four years apart). Bouchard was the best hands down! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Servpro didn't even want to remove wet carpet when it was clearly creating lasting moisture problems. Servpro also wouldn't repair my drywall, whereas Bouchard would. Bouchard is a customer-oriented company, they were very well-informed, and they found the source of the leak when I had been a little confused about it. They also didn't rip me off like Servpro did. I would not hesitate to call them again, though I hope I never have to!

Crew did not do what estimator promised. Estimator sent crew with wrong size insulation telling them they should cut it the long way to make it fit between rafters. It looked like rats were down there eating the edges of insulation because that is not how insulation is installed. Crew spent more time doing nothing than actually working. The work done in an eight hour day was equivalent to half a days work at best, this made the job take two full days longer then promised. After taking two extra days of work they had to come back again because they left insulation through out my basement. After all was said and done and company was paid in full for the initial estimate even though work was done unprofessionally the estimator called and demanded more money because he made a “mistake.” I asked for an itemized explanation emailed to me because the way explained over the phone seemed like a con. I was emailed an invoice only with a single dollar amount. The only mistake made is that I did not terminate there services after the first day.

Five stars are not enough to convey the degree of efficiency, professionalism, timeliness, friendliness and CARE that Bouchard puts into their service. From the original onsite assessment to the very last swish of a mop, my experience with them has been both reassuring and pleasant. The cleaning crew is courteous, competent and careful in all they do. On a daily basis they go above and beyond. I am more than pleased with the results and thankful for their work in my home.

I have used Penobscot Cleaning 3 times in 2 years. They have been on time, very pleasant and provided a thorough cleaning of my furniture and carpets.
