We 100% recommend James and his team! We received 3 bids for a kitchen remodel, and Pine & Peak was our top pick right out the gate. What made them stand out is that the majority of the team working on the project are employees of Pine & Peak, rather than sub contractors; and the timeframe to complete the project was estimated at 8 working days with Pine & Peak versus a 3-4 week project time quoted by the other two contractors.

The project crew, Javier, Rivas, James and Alan, were all awesome. They showed up on time, kept the project area tidy, and communicated along the way. The best part is that they completed our full kitchen renovation in just 6 working days!

We couldn’t be more satisfied with the results and experience.

ALL YOU DO, AVOID THIS BUILDER IN THE PAINTED TREE

The Sales Manager Brittney is very rude, made my wife cry in her office with my 8year old and 4 year old watching their mama. She proceeded to walk my wife out of her office.
I work with the United Nations, I am tax exempted so this complicated my loan application. To be sincere, they gave me some time after things turned sour. I forfeited my earnest money. We tried our best to talk to their Vice President and management team but all they were stoned cold to our appeal no one interfered, making me believe the Brittany lady probably owns the Painted Tree brand, as she makes their business ridiculous with so many complains and their company cant do any thing about it.

Funny enough, when my organization stepped in and approved my loan, I went back to them just for to see if they will be sympathetic to my case and try to lower the cost of the house so my lost earnest money could at least be gotten back. But they never accepted. I am happy I got a better deal in the painted tree area.

All I can say, run from this particular builder. Everyone cannot be wrong.

Very unprofessional. We came in to view their property Brittany was very unwelcoming and not once engaged in conversation with us. She rudely laughed the entire time with another lady that was there standing waiting for us to leave. The moment we walked out they closed the door and immediately locked it. Very bad impression for a new property. Go to another builder instead.

I stopped in to get information for my son who is in the process of looking for a new build home. The representative was rude and dismissive and was not willing to engage to discuss the buyers needs.

My wife and I just purchased our home in McKinney and during our process we saw quite a few communities and never received such a poor service experience in any of those interactions.

I would have given zero stars but that is not an option. The builder should secret shop here because this type of customer treatment will cost them money not only in this community but people may decide to cross Trophu Homes off their list all together.

Amazing service! We didn't have a single issue during the purchase process or after moving in. All our questions and concerns were handled promptly and respectfully. The main reason we purchased a home in this neighborhood from this particular builder was the modern exterior and interior design, as well as the amazing floor plan compared to other builders within the same price range. Totally worth it!

Dropped by to check out advertised deals and currently in the market to close within 30 days. Wife and I talked to Brittany Johnson to compare monthly payments for two plans that we liked. Brittany was impatient and had a rude undertone. Argued with me that 'traditional'home escrow does not include home insurance. May need to get some basic home mortgage training from Google. Not sure if $600k+ homes should have this class of customer service.

I had a chance to visit Trophy Signature Homes in Painted Tree. Their home designs are modern, stylish, and well thought out. The sales team Brittney, was extremely helpful—she provided accurate information and pricing, She was also nice and professional.

Stopped in today for enquiring about a home we are interested in. The sales manager (Brittany) was very rude and she explained everything a single sentence and said Thank you in a harsh way as if she was expecting us to leave. She is not even interested in the conversation. I wondered how she was able to sell homes with such attitude. I will never recommend any one to visit painted tree Trophy homes even if they love any house they sell as long as she is present. I received this kind of customer treatment for the first time in USA.

I rarely like to leave negative feedback, but I have to this time. If you guys want your day to be ruined, please visit Trophy Homes at Painted Tree and speak to Brittany. She shows absolutely ZERO interest in helping us. When we tried to ask genuine questions about the houses, she didn’t provide the answer, instead, she expressed “Trophy is not for everyone, maybe you could consider other builders”. I really couldn’t recall when was the last time I received such horrible customer service. What a terrible representation for Trophy!

I recently visited Trophy Signature with high hopes of finding the perfect home for my family, but unfortunately, my experience with the sales manager left me disappointed. From the start, she was unprofessional and unwelcoming, and her tone was unnecessarily rude. Rather than answering my questions and addressing my concerns, I felt rushed and dismissed, which is the last thing anyone wants when making such an important decision.

Buying a home is a major decision, and understanding all aspects of the purchase, including incentives, is essential for buyers. I expected a courteous and professional response but left feeling undervalued as a potential customer as she even suggested me to go with other builders who are giving better incentives than their builder. My experience made me question how valued I would be as a customer after purchase. I hope Trophy Signature reconsiders their approach to customer service, as it’s crucial for building trust and a positive reputation in the community.

I purchased my dream home from Trophy Signature Homes in Painted Tree and my experience was fantastic. Sales Manager Brittney was straightforward, honest, and provided accurate information about both the home and the entire process—no sugar-coating, which I really appreciated. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive to my questions, making the entire journey smooth and stress-free. The team at Painted Tree was also excellent, and I felt fully supported throughout. I loved the experience so much that I referred two of my friends, and they are now my neighbors! I highly recommend Trophy Signature Homes to anyone looking for contemporary, quality homes and excellent service!

Working with Michael from Trophy Signature Homes was one of the most disappointing parts of our home-buying experience. Despite our clear and reasonable request to move the closing date by just one day, he refused to budge—even though it was well within his power to make a small accommodation. It honestly felt intentional and completely inflexible. His lack of empathy, poor communication, and rigid stance showed that he cared more about sticking to arbitrary dates than actually supporting his clients through a major life decision. I would not recommend working with him—especially if you value responsiveness, flexibility, or basic professionalism.
