The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very efficient and responded quickly. I would definitely reccomend them for personal and business related needs.

Worst customer service ever. I think these people were trained by pirates. Waited like 45 minutes to speak to someone, and then they had no clue what they were talking about. Asked for the owner, dude was even worse. Amazed this place is still around

I trust Majestic completely. They have great follow through and service.

They had me waiting for over an hour and a half on our first appointment. After that, I waited for 10 days for them to get back to me which they never did. Once I called, they let me know that the "specialist" was very busy and would get back to me someday... I thanked them and I found someone else. Avoid this company.

There fire sprinkler service is good. I had then design a system for my warehouse and office. The guys where a little late finishing the installation, they did explain the problem. I would use them again.

Stay Away! Horrible job in our main foyer of an oceanfront condo building. Owner then threatened to put a lien on our building if we didn't pay his bill. We now must find and pay someone else to redo their awful installation. I proposed a fair and reasonable settlement to finish properly, but he declined. Dirtbags!

We had a BIG fire sprinkler line leak and we were calling around, juggling companies and quotes. Three companies, three gentlemen named John. I confused the Johns. Majestic John drove all the way here first thing in the morning after we'd resolved our issue. For nothing. A total waste of his time. And you know getting anyone to show up is most of the battle. I thought he was a different John! Sorry, John. Look forward to being able to work with you in the future.

I called Majestic Fire because I had a couple Exit emergency signs that were not working properly and they were able to send a tech named Tien that same day to troubleshoot the exit lights. They found the problem and took care of it the next day. Tien was great very friendly and efficient. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Majestic fire team was great! They handled my broken sprinkler line right away. Martha handled the call & got her team to me in no time! Will definitely be using them for my fire protection needs!

Majestic Fire Protection services all 5 of our Southern California locations. They are dependable, perform outstanding work and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them for all your fire protections needs.

BEWARE!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. After contacting them for emergency service at our building the team showed up the next day to start, they worked hard with limited tools provided to them and eventually got job done. The owner gave a rough estimate of $10,000 - $15,000 but when the invoice came after four days of work it was $16,500, we asked them to itemize the invoice which they begrudgingly did but the new itemized invoice was $20,600 with no explanation which in part was due to charging $125 - $225/hour for manual labor. $10,000 in labor alone for three guys to dig out the hole over two days and then two guys to refill it, CRAZY! If you decide to use this company get EVERYTHING in writing before ANY work starts! After this experience we called other companies who told us they charge $50/hour at most and what Majestic was invoicing us over $20,000 for should have been a $7,500 - $8,500. I am surprised they have any five star reviews but noticed they are all from one year ago and wouldn't be surprised if they are family and friends.

This company refuses to service our commercial grade extinguishers, at first they said that they were no good due to a recall and we ended up purchasing 23 replacements from them for one of our locations, we later called kiddy and it turns out the ones we surrendered were not even affected by the recall. When we asked them why they did that, they changed their reasoning to ours not being commercial grade... When we called kiddy again, they turned out to be of commercia grade, then they finally admitted that they simply don't like kiddy. No other reason, and then they offered to sell us their refurbished ones instead. Shady practices.

This company over charges for the service they provide they will underbid other companies then gouge us on everything else that isn't listed in the agreement we decided to go back with previous company that we were using because they're ridiculous over pricing and lack of service quality which is another point to make. Many of the fire extinguishers that they have serviced have leaked and were unusable so we had to call another company to service them and get what we paid for. Going forward we will never use this company again because they are a liability in fire safety

I was calling around to find a place to service my fire extinguisher, and when I called this place, very pleasant answering (right away) with no hidden fee estimate.

Place was very clean and organized, great service, quick and knowledgeable.

So glad to find this place and I will recommend to everybody who need their fire extinguisher purchased or serviced.

Majestic fire is great for suppression repair and recharge. Our restaurant required complete annual service technicians showed up early in the morning and changed all fire suppression heads and refilled the containers and we are back in business. Thank you majestic fire

I was out visiting some buildings in our Company portfolio when one of the property manager for being that the fire alarm needed to be fixed. When I search for their phone number I came across a few bad reviews. We have always use Majestic fire protection and I’m surprised that there were a few bad reviews here. They take care of all of our buildings in Los Angeles and Orange County in we have never had a problem.

Our alarm required annual inspection and we contacted many companies to get a quote. It took majestic a short time before they could update us with cost associated to repair and maintain the system and they got to work after our approval. Happy to work with them on this project and we will certainly refer them to others.
