After contacting my insurance company with my water problem, Pam and her remediation crew were here within a couple of hours. They quickly prepared my kitchen/panty to attempt to dry out the flooring. They continuously checked in on us for our needs. I am very happy ServiceMaster DSI was suggested by my insurance company. Now am working with the construction side of the company. I would recommend to family and friends.

Servicemaster vacuumed up the standing water in our finished basement, moved furniture and left fans and dehumidifiers until it was completely dry. Took 3 days and they were efficient and knowledgeable. We are very pleased.

We had some water damage and we called Service Master to clean it all up. Our insurance paid them what we think was a fair price and they did an amazing job. They were extremely polite, professional and tidy.

We had an upstairs bathroom spring a leak. A closet on the lower floor was flooded. ServiceMaster got involved and got us cleaned up and dried out. They were fast very efficient and very professional. We would certainly call on them again if needed

This direct company, I do not have too big of an issue with... I guess? Early this year there was a winter storm that caused the neighbors tree to fall on our fence.They came out in February to access the damage. At first we were told they were very busy due to the ice/snow and would have to wait a bit. We were okay with that but the biggest issue was with our dogs being able to get out so we needed it done sooner than later. We got a call last week stating they would be here this week to put it up. They are supposed to call to give a heads up first so we can remove the vines as requested and make sure our dogs are put up. Still have not heard anything. I say I only partially blame this company because it appears the company they sub contracted the fence work to, is giving them the run around. Either way, nobody taking ownership, no updates, no heads up. I give a 3 star now , only because the job is not done.. or started yet and I will update upon completion. Disappointing .

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Blake, and his crew, were at my house within 30 minutes from my call. They were so professional, and productive, with some of the BEST customer service. I would HIGHLY, recommend Service Master for all your service needs.

Had an unfortunate power outage while on vacation and came home to all the food in our fridge and freezers spoiled which left an awful smell in our house and stained kitchen/garage floors. I called ServiceMaster on Monday afternoon and the tech that I worked with squeezed me in first thing Tuesday morning to get me a quote and they were cleaning my house by Thursday morning. They got rid of the smell in the house and restored our floors to how they looked before we left on vacation. The tech I worked with was very quick to respond to any and all questions I had and was very professional in all emails that he sent by addressing me as "Mr. Pierce". I would highly recommend ServiceMaster to anyone that I know!

A water leak ruined my hardwood and tile floors. ServiceMaster DSI did an excellent job drying out my home, moving and packing my furniture, removing and replacing the hardwood floors, tile floors and all molding (cleaning and painting). I dealt with several specialty teams throughout the process and all were prompt, efficient, friendly and very professional. ServiceMaster DSI took a stressful situation and made it as seamless and worry-free as possible. I am extremely pleased with their first-rate service and I sincerely recommend them for your home restoration needs.

We had a water heater that malfunctioned and the pop off valve was spewing water. We turned off the system and noticed quite a bit of water that had leaked into a bedroom. We immediately called Service Master who showed up to start work. Dalton and Alyson were two amazing workers that came out and immediately went to work assessing and remediating the issue. They came for a few days and they make this company shine. They were professional, punctual, proficient, respectful, not to mention got us completely dry. You couldn't as for better than that when dealing with a situation that is stressful for us homeowners. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in this situation and understood why my insurance company recommended them as their first choice.

We are so thankful for all their expertise and quick service. No one wants to hear your house has water damage. When we heard the news we called our Ins. They referred Service Master. We have them a call. They were their within a few hours. They had our house cleaned up and the wet Sheetrock cut out the same day. Sent us pictures because We were away from home. We were amazed and was able to continue on with what we were doing . They stored our furniture and belongings until the restoration and remodel was over. Mason whom I’ve yet to meet was so sweet and patient with us . Very prompt to answer anytime We called. We thank God for people who are so great to work with.
