I am an out of state owner of rental property in Bolivar Mo. I encountered some structural issues in my duplex attic that required immediate attention. Logan with Anchor Point did not hesitate to get me scheduled to take a look at my property with his team. He assessed the issues that he encountered and got right to work. When additional issues arose that needed attention, he also addressed those to me. He was honest, reliable, worked in a timely manner and very professionally and expertly resolved the structural issues in my attic as well as the finish work that was required for sheetrock and additional flooring that was needing to be replaced.
It was a great comfort to me knowing that Anchor Point was on the other side taking care of my duplex.

I highly recommend him for his work ethic, his honesty, his quality of work, his communication. As an owner of rental property, It has been hard at times to find people to work, to do be timely and to do quality work. Not so with Anchor Point. His expertise and knowledge about building, repair, roofs, attics, etc make him the best choice for your repair or remodeling needs! It was a pleasure doing work with this company!

Amazing company and owner. Very fair with price. Team came out and knocked out a full decking and shingle project in 1 day and used high quality material. Cleaned up everything and the next day it was like they were never there. 10/10 would recommend

They completely transformed the exterior by replacing our outdated siding and installing a brand new roof that was badly needed. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work.

One of the things that really stood out was how smoothly they handled the insurance process. They took the stress out of it by helping coordinate everything directly with the insurance company. During the project, they discovered some framing that was not up to code, and instead of just covering it up or passing the problem back to me, they went above and beyond to make it right—at no extra hassle.

Anchor Point Development did a fantastic job on our place. New roofs, gutters, downspouts- they did some demo work so that we could have rock put on the house.

Logan just completed the 2nd house for us. When hiring a roofer my biggest concern was getting the old shingles tore off and being exposed to the weather with all the rain we have been having. Logan with Anchor Point Development had it all replaced the same day. Once his crew left you could not tell they had been there. No trash, nails, or debris left behind. Logan hired me to do some blowing insulation in a house. Him and his company are very thorough and professional. They had great communication and was very easy going to work with! I have also seen their work and they do great work!

I’ve never had such great customer service from a company before now. This company, Logan, turned an unhappy person (me) around just with his personal professionalism from the get go. Then we got his estimate. Best price of 3. Then they did the work. No complaints and I’m hard to please. I also don’t leave many reviews, but this company deserves it.

I spoke to Anchor Point about a leak I had in my roof. They came out first thing the next morning, went and got supplies and fixed the whole thing the same day! I was so happy with their service, they were very communicative during the process and they did an outstanding job. I would use them again for repair or a whole new roof in the future.

Logan came to my house and thoroughly inspected. He was honest with me about next steps which I appreciate because he did not waste my time.

Customer for life! Logan (owner) went to do a final inspection and didn’t like what he found. He had his crew come back and fix it. I would never have know the difference probably as gutters aren’t my forte. He did though and made right what I probably never would have known. You don’t find that often anymore.

For any of the services they offer, I wouldn’t choose any other contractor. Their honesty, communication, and quality are hard to beat.

Edit: Logan’s team did a good job installing the shingle roof, however, the team (maybe a subcontractor?) which finished our flat garage roof did not. They didn’t show up on time, and dragged their feet to finish. Days later, a leak was found during rain, yet they took days to come back to fix. Yesterday, part of the gutter fell off from the flat roof. I strongly recommend that you pick a different subcontractor for the future.

Kellie and Logan make a great team, and have a great company! They helped me with my own roof and were phenomenal. My wife and I contacted anchor point development after we had some roofing damage from a wind storm. Logan and Nate came out, did a thorough inspection of the roof and let us know exactly what was needed and gave us two options for roofing replacement. The price for all the work came in under what we were expecting, The roofing material showed up a couple of days early and when the day arrived for the roof to be repaired the crew showed up at 6:00 in the morning. They worked all day and finished the roof in one day. Overall my wife and I are extremely impressed with the workmanship that they showed, how hard they worked, and how quickly they worked they made a very large job look very easy. The overall quality of the work is absolutely excellent we could not be any more satisfied. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family who need roof replacement or siding done.

Anchor Point redid our decking , roof,and gutter guards. Logan, Nate, and staff were excellent communicators and professional throughout the entire process.
