They are holding up some of the finishing work on our pickleball courts here in Herons Glen, a project that is already 2 years behind.

Well I would leave no stars if it was allowed. I’m very disappointed with your driver. Maybe the brand new truck was broke but the driver could not back up 6 feet.

A little slow with there invoices and follow ups... However, they do great work and very fast and professional. I would work with them any day.

I've used Honc on several project both residential and commercial. Quality work and a Professional organization. Highly recommend!

This company saved our island. The word hero doesn't begin to describe how I feel when I see this name now. God bless Honc industries.

Had a terrible experience with Honc employees where they want to fight with you physically. They want to intimidator us. They cut our Cable line then lied to us and then threated physical violence on me.

Called in early December and they are closed until January. Don't understand how a business can close for a month.
UPDATE: A representative sent a private message to say they were open and would call me. Gave my number, but no call was ever received.

They have been taking care of my septic for over 5 years. they are honest and quick to respond. Amanda and Diane are very helpful. highly recommend this company.

Great job at best price by far for replacing my 41 year old system. Other bids were vague and much more expensive. The owner and entire crew was helpful and professional!

One of there box trucks dropped debri off the trailer it was towing and struck my van on i75
I called there office to report and was blown off multiple times then there insurance company contacted me and told me it was not there problem because the items bounced before breaking my windshield and damaging my hood. Luckily no one was injured.

We had people staying in our house and the septic backed up into the showers and toilets. Honc advertised 24/7 Emergency Service. I've called twice and got an answering service and after over 2 hours still have not heard back. So much for 24/7 Emergency Service. Called back at 7 o'clock the next morning and woke us up. Not much of an Emergency Service.......almost 12 hours just to get a call back!

Honc is supposed to prepare the land for our Herons Glen pickleball pavers and shelter. They promise to be here and never show up! We cannot complete our Pickleball courts until they come. They have been a joke through our whole process!

Honc was above and beyond with my demo! Wayne walked me thru the process step by step, he always returned my call to answer any question I had! They do what they say they are going to do! On time! I highly recommend this company! Thanks Wayne for being awesome!

Price was fair, job was decent although it has a broken section and he said they can't finish it for a few months. Geoff is a nice guy but I would fire him in a second. He has almost no communication at all. Emailed them 3 times and no response at all. I see no point in employing an office staff if they cannot respond to an email for weeks.

Had Honc connect my city water & sewer. Not only were they professional but answered my questions at time of construction but also did a clean install. The contact who manages scheduling (Lily) did great overall and great customer service. Would use again and recommend.

Do I have the story to tell about this "family friendly" company? We moved into our brand new house which was equipped and inspected and under full warranty in Nov of last year. It is now mid june of the following year and we STILL have sulfur smelling hard water. Makes me wonder if the filter has been working at all this entire time. We have called this company numerous times out to fix whatever is causing the problem and they have given us a slew of different responses and "possible solutions" all which have fixed nothing. They don't tell you when they show up for the appts (if they show up) they don't tell you what they do or how long they were there. It is now the 5th time we have called them out and now they believe the filter itself is faulty which I would figure as professionals would've been one of the first things they checked. Oh and let's not forget the only time they knew how to contact us was to harass us for $420 to fix a small piece of pipe that randomly burst one evening sending gallons of water everywhere that they blamed on the hurricane in SEPT but somehow also made it through all final inspections for closing in NOV. Far from professional far from quality and FAR from family friendly.

I can’t say enough about Honc! I was stuck with sewage backing up into my showers. Diane got the crew out within an hour and in the middle of Hurricane Ian clean up efforts!!! The dynamic duo came and immediately went to work…and went above and beyond trying to fix a problem that was not something in their wheelhouse! Because of the speed and professionalism, I was able to get the issues fixed within hours( which would have been a disaster). Thank you, thank you, thank you!
