You shouldn’t even be allowed 1-star if you can’t even make your appointment time.

Do not waste your time. Had an appointment set for 1:00, at 1:20 I call them and get the unprofessional answer of “oh yea, I’m running behind”.

I’ve been in business over half of my life and business etiquette dictates that at the very least, make a phone call prior to your appointment if you’re going to be late or need to reschedule.

It’s a red flag in my book, especially when your doing business involving thousands of dollars.

Carlos and his team arrived as scheduled, and completed our patio in short order. It looks great. We would recommend them to anyone!
