When it was time to hook up to my city water and dual-use water I received 3 quotes. Honc was the most reasonable. They arrived on time and were extremely friendly and professional. They even managed to work around my existing landscape (which I was told would not be possible). I can't say enough nice things about this company and I highly recommend them!!

The well they drilled is 2 years old and pouring sand into my house through every faucet. They only warranty their wells for 1 year... My house was barely finished 1 year after the well was drilled. I submitted an online form notifying them that the well was filling in with sand and was never contacted about back. I've seen 75 year old functioning wells and these people couldn't even get theirs to last 2 years. High volume, low quality, and willing to leave their customers stranded with a big bill for a new well or remediation.

Extremely happy with the whole team over at Honc Industries! Hired them to demo my two story brick house and remove several large trees on the property. Baylie was especially helpful, as she kept me fully informed along the way, including helping me with the steps I needed to take care of, so her team could get in there and get the job done. The best of the best! Called today at 10:48AM due to a septic back up into our home, the truck got here at 11:30AM and is now leaving at 1:00PM. From the gals in the office understanding the urgency of my call and their professionalism to our service man being courteous, polite, and efficient. He also was very communicative about what was going on with our septic tank. We are so impressed with the service we received today and will certainly recommend and use in the future!

Very professional! Called and was able to come out the same day to empty my septic tank. They were also able to identify and address an underlying issue that I had known about but had forgotten about being told about 12 years earlier. They were able to come up with an easy solution to replace the part that was stuck. The best part was that they were Extremely helpful in explaining the problem, the solution, and the transparency in the cost. Which I must say was Very Very fair! And when they were finished they left no trash whatsoever behind on my property! I Strongly Recommend Them!

Diane has been incredibly helpful on multiple occasions when I needed to quickly get on the schedule. This time, it was for a routine clean out, but there was a previous emergency situation where I should have left a review. When an alarm went off, Honc promptly came out and fixed the issue on the same day. So, I'm consolidating all my appreciation in one place. Diane is always quick to respond, and the employees are consistently friendly. I want to give a special thanks to Diane for consistently keeping me updated and maintaining open communication throughout the entire process.

Had a great experience today using this company the employee Ben who came today to drain the septic tanks was excellent very nice and very educated in this field. Job was done quick and done very well!

I cant say enough great things about Lilli specifically. Im convinced shes a superhero lol our lift pump decided to stop working at the worst possible time causing our septic to back up into the house. She walked me through the process to have the City issue an emergency permit and had her guys out the VERY next day! Im shouting her praise to everyone that asks us about our septic abandonment process. I cant say thank you enough!

Chris came out to our home after I placed an emergency call the same day. He was very polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient and took his time to explain what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Chris is an asset to the Honc family of employees. Highly recommend.

Ben and Jason stopped out to take care of our septic. They were here when they said they’d be here. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They got the job done right. This company came onto my area/property didn’t even have the customer courtesy or decency to at least knock on my door to let me know that they’re going to re-dig the opening from the septic tank area that my plumber had done & finished! We were done even sod in place!! Here comes Honc on my area removes my sod (damaged some of the sod) opened up the hole again and not one word of courtesy!! Now I know we all in this area have to get it done but at least a courteous call!!! Then they leave and the damaged sod is left, it was just drying up had to wet it yesterday and today so it won’t dry up! Which I will be sending you a bill for that sod my Plumber laid down also for their time!! You should have been much more courteous! I called and complained but they didn’t give a crap because never got a return call to at least apologize for the inconvenience!! Your workers didn’t know there right from there left they had a freaking disaster going on! They even broke off the front end pin from the swivel and I believe that a piece of the fork/teeth part of the Backhoe that also broke off! They had to rig it up to move it down to an empty lot!
So now we have to wait on our inspection, because Honcs doesn’t care!!
