I highly recommend this company. They totally saved the day when another company flaked on me. Seferino Guzman did exactly what he said he would do and in the time frame he stated. He is very professional, prompt and polite.

I scheduled them out for an estimate and 30 min before the appointment they texted and said can’t make it find someone else. Not happy. When I further inquired they texted cease and desist with further communication. Not sure what kind of business they are doing.

I was blown away by the work done by this crew! Our overgrown, yard debris infested, unfinished yard was transformed in just over a day! Kind, professional, fast, thorough and so hard working! I highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience. Serefino came out the same day we called to give us a quote, and the work was complete within a week. Quality was great, and they were very easy to work with.

Would strongly recommend using Guzman. We hired them for a big job at my in-law’s backyard and in two days they removed massive blackberry vines, a cherry tree, and apple tree, and a couple of smaller shrubs! Saved us from doing a ton of work ourselves and a lot of back pain.

I was pulled out of work on disability last week and we now need to sell our house in an emergency, within the next month. I texted Guzman Property Maintenance YESTERDAY after seeing an ad and pictures, to ask for an estimate and also to be allowed to pay upon sale of the house, since we need the work done now but can't afford it until after we sell. Seferino came to the house at 3 p.m. and I received the estimate last night. There is a lot of work to be done (tons of weeding, trimming, hauling, bark dust, etc). I accepted the offer, as they allowed me to be billed after the sale of the house AND they are here TODAY to do the work, in the rain no less, because they know we are in an emerging situation with the realtor coming to take pictures Thursday! Sefarino was so awesome. He was on time, always kind and knowledgeable. He knew I was on a tight budget and did above and beyond what I had contracted him to do.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs yard work and special projects, like crazy overgrown berry bushes LOL!

Guzman Property Maintenance did a perfect job clearing out old furniture, junk, trash from our unused apartment. The floors where left clean , everything was done 100 percent.
I am certain to use his services again in the nearest future.

Well let me say we were very impressed with everything. We had general cleanup and trimming back bushes, oh, and cleaning up the beds and barkdust. 5 and 1/4 hours of constant work. They hauled everything away also. We were thoroughly impressed and will be calling them again I am sure in the future.
PS Serefino's response time was amazing . 2 other companies never even responded.

Seferino came out last minute and Have gave me a great Estimate on some Lawn Cleanup. My lawn was horrible and I didn't know where to start. He came out and offered same day service and completed the job in a timely manner. This company is Awesome!!! Thank You for all your help..Thumbs Up!!!

The have us the best estimate for a clean up job for our back yard and garage. It was really bad and he got it done in three days that would of took us weeks. Would really recommend he is very professional.

Maria, Seferino, and their team were able to get a property cleaned up for my clients within a couple of days from the time of the estimate! They both communicated through the whole process, sending pictures of the job after it was done and communicating when they were at the property and leaving the property. Seferino was not only on time but early and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time! I really appreciate the hard work they did and for such a reasonable cost!

We are grateful we found Mr. Guzman! I emailed them, they replied the next day, came out the following day and sent me a quote. They have been clearing the jungle of a yard we had. The last owners planted every kind of plant they could find. Mr. Guzman has been here for 8-9 hours and still has a smile. Highly recommend this hard working company. I had a few months of deferred maintenance on a property I own in NE Salem, I reached out to the owners of Guzman Property Maintenance and I had an estimate for the work within hours, and they did a fantastic job getting the job done, cleaning up after themselves and being thorough in their work. I have had the team from Guzman's Property Maintenance out 3 times so far in the last few years for various projects, and they have gone above and beyond every time.
