Perfectionists. They really took their time with each and every detail. Had windows, gutters and Moss removal done. 5000sqft and 3 stories; It was a big project, but Dom gave me an honest bid with a handshake. Perfect service. Didn't know that still existed.

Dominic and another employee cleaned the moss from our two-story home, cleaned the gutters, and surrounding area. They both did an excellent job, and we will be hiring them again. Thank you, Gary and Kathy Blaine

United Structures is a great tree service company. I recently had several oak trees removed and am very pleased by the service they provided. Dominic and Ernesto are diligent and hard workers, always courteous, accommodating of my wishes and respectful of my property. Office manager Izzy kept me up to date of the estimate and scheduling of the project. I will use their service again if needed and recommend the company to others.

I have yet to conduct business with this company, but a close friend of mine and employee of theirs, Ofir, has highly recommended to me the use of this company. If the rest of the company is as hardworking as he is, as he vouches, I can't wait to see the work they do when I schedule them.

They did a great job cleaning our gutters. Unfortunately, when we made the appt, they did not tell us they only take cash or checks for payment. After the work was completed, the gentleman asked for payment, we always pay with a card since we haven't owned checks in years. He said they would just email an invoice and we could pay online.this was the Friday of memorial weekend. We were out of town for the weekend and did not have phone or internet service. On Monday, labor day, we got a nasty message insisting we pay immediately! We called as soon as we got into town to make a payment and got a answering machine. Got the invoice in a email sent Saturday and paid it immediately. I would suggest this business makes sure they tell their customers they only take cash or check so they're is no need for nasty phone messages.

I live in an established neighborhood. My sidewalks and driveway were covered in moss. I never thought of cleaning them. I was just going to replace them. Capitol Maintenance came and pressure washed them for me. It's amazing how well they look! I think they had to work carefully too because the concrete looked brittle in some areas. Thank you for being so careful and doing such a great job! It all looks decades newer!

Dominic came out to do moss removal on our two story house and clean all exterior windows. He did an excellent job. We would definitely use them again.

We hired United structures to clean up and haul away a very large collection of tree and yard debris from the Salem ice storms. They were prompt, professional and thorough. They worked rapidly and completed all debris removal, even cleaning up small pieces of trees and leaving the area extremely clean. I highly recommend this company and will hire them again.

Capitol Maintenance cleaned our windows a couple of weeks ago and they still look great, even after all this crazy rain. Our house was noticeably brighter inside after the windows were cleaned. Capitol Maintenance cleaned all of the windows in my new house (both inside & out). I was extremely impressed with how meticulous Dominic was on making sure every last spot was cleared off each window and how careful he was in and around my new home.
