Seferino Guzman did an excellent job with our front yard. He was very quick to respond, & came out for a quote the next day, on a Sunday. He started the very next day, on Monday. He emailed me a professional, itemized invoice. He ripped out the wood chips on plastic, ground up a stump, and installed sod and roses. The white roses were hard to find because it was the end of the blooming season; but his kind, helpful wife hunted for enough white rose bushes at several nurseries, and came through for us! The whole job was finished in just two days!!! We are very pleased with his work, and his price was fair.

I am so grateful for Guzman Property Maintenance! Maria and Seferino have been more than helpful! My mom’s yard had become out of control with weeds and she couldn’t keep up. Within less than 24 hours, Seferino had the entire front and back yard cleaned up. It was such a huge stress relief for my mom. She enjoyed their service so much she plans to have Seferino out for monthly maintenance. The price was reasonable and the quality of work has been fantastic!

Seferino and his team did an amazing job on our yard work they worked very hard to make our yard look in a lot better shape. I was really glad to see the Japanese maple tree to be trimmed and the nasty hedges out front to be gone. I can’t say enough about the new bark dust they laid down it just is overall amazing! The team was quick to respond do an estimate and get to work on my project. They were very caring and respectful! They also asked questions before doing some things! I was seeking a company to clear brush, a fallen 40' tree, and log piles from a 2-acre parcel. I talked with several companies, but Mid Valley was the most responsive - Mike came to the job site, did a walk-through, and discussed plans with me. He also gave me a start date that he kept to and was fair in pricing. The refuse was nicely gathered into two piles and the land cleared within two days. I was very pleased with the complete experience!

We hired Mid Valley Excavation for a massive project, and they delivered far beyond our expectations. Good at ripping out, setting up, labor, and friendly staff.

Roofer were smoking cigarettes while on roof after being informed it is a smoke free campus and threw there butt's on the ground. Very unprofessional.

Professional, punctual, dependable, friendly, efficient. Got on the roof and started working immediately, no messing around. Did a great job, and a thorough clean-up. Even returned to "button up" something that didn't feel complete to him. Very fair price too. Would reccomend them to anyone! Can't go wrong with those guys!
