I appreciate the dedication and work they gave me to get a job done when my insurance company was not cooperating to approve damage to my house caused by the severe weather we had suffered. I wanted to give a big shout out to DeDona Restoration for really helping me. We had a water leak in our kitchen, brand new custom cabinets… Our instant hot water dispenser started to leak. I was out golfing very early that AM, my wife comes downstairs to a flooding kitchen. She was able to shut off the water and do her best to soak up the water but it had certainly run underneath the cabinets. My buddy Mike said, I know the solution and turned me on to DeDona Restoration (they're Mike’s next door business neighbor in the Valencia Industrial Center). They gave me two of the industrial blowers to use over the weekend and it did the trick and dried up the cabinet and surrounding areas. When I returned them this AM, they didn’t charge me either. Great people, if you have an issue where you need restoration from water / fire / mold, I’d say give them a call, you will be happy you did! There are lots of ’national’ guys out there, but as a small business owner myself, I’ve always been a big supporter of local, small business, you should too!

DeDona Restoration was recommended by our kitchen contractor, Dannick Designs. We are glad that we followed the recommendation and went with DeDona. Brian was thorough, careful, listened to our concerns, and really helped to ease those concerns. He even made sure the crawlspace under our home was cleared of wet insulation and throughly dried out. They were the only company that we contacted for remediation that would go into the crawlspace. Also, we appreciate that they only removed what was necessary, communicating very clearly why x or y needed to be done. Unlike some remediation companies that treat you and your insurance company like an ATM, DeDona is a small family business that treats you like family. We recently had a sewage backup at our rental property in Palm Springs, from a guest flushing wipes down our toilet. It created water damage in half of the house and due to the unsanitary nature of the back up, we had an emergency on our hands. Our property manager connected us with DeDona Restoration and their owner Michael to handle the mitigation and rehab.

From the start we felt very comfortable with the plan of action and the steps needed in order to get our house back up and ready to rent again. Being that we’ve never had to deal with this, Michael was very thorough in his explanations (and expectations) and also walked us through the process of handling the insurance claims. This was especially important to us, as everything was detailed and submitted in the manner in which was required by the insurance. He was there every step of the way and if anything went sideways during the process, he was there to assure us that it would be taken care of, which relieved a lot of stress from our side.

Brian was great through the whole process. I’ve never had to make an insurance claim before even though I’ve owned the same home fire over 20 years. Brian was extremely patient with me and my questions. He communicated with the insurance company very well. Most importantly I trusted him to be on my home when I wasn’t present. That’s rare for me to do.

Got matched up with DeDona by our insurance company after a pretty extensive loss due to water back in January. We had a bit of a strange claim experience - due mostly to the fact that our claim was started right as the Palisades fires had begun.

This led to an understandably slow process on the insurance end, and I am sure a hectic process for our local contractors who they use. Despite this, DeDona took great care of us, were super communicative with us and our insurance and made sure the early stages of our claim was handled well.
