Mike F Visited the site and gave us an assessment, recommendations and local contacts for other work. He and his office manager are prompt, professional and courteous. We have testing to do which Mike said use an independent 3rd party and then call me. Great team.

I would definitely recommend Core by DeDonna. Nice, professional, fair, and honest people. They answered all our questions and concerns quickly and honestly and didn’t try to upsell us on things we may not have needed. This is one of those companies you hope you never need, but let’s be honest. Life happens and it’s messy, and these are the people who will help you through it.

Let me just say, great family business. The father Michael is hilarious. Great sense of humor. Brian his son which whom I was dealing with was very professional. Punctual and funny as well. I don’t normally click with some people. But Brian was very cool. I think he went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I would refer them any day.

I hired Dedona for the purpose of a covid cleaning, they are very knowledgeable and professional. while performing this task, the technician found a small spot where mold was starting to grow, Dedona brought this to my attention and continued with the clean. Five star service from start to finish!

We were working on renovating room in our house when we pulled up the floors and peeled back an outside facing wall and found lots of very smelly (and most likely toxic) mold. I contacted DeDona on a Friday afternoon and right away Brian volunteered to bring us over a HEPA air scrubber to help us get through the weekend. This was so helpful because we were suffering from health symptoms from the mold like itchy eyes, headaches, coughing, and other reactions from the toxic air.

By Saturday DeDona was able to quote the job and after we accepted they got to work soon after. Always prompt and on time, they came in and contained the effected area, then got to work remediating the mold and completely cleaned up the area. Within a few days the work was done, and we received our post abatement test results, proving that all the mold was removed. This is a wonderful company to work with, great communication every step of the way, and cannot thank them enough for their excellent service!

We wanted to do some cleaning and disinfection of our house out of an abundance of caution due to COVID-19. We chose DeDona Restoration for this, and we are so glad we did. They were on-time, professional, very reasonably priced and methodical. Their cleaning left our home clean and smelling great- and we didn't have to leave the house. I highly recommend them!

"We are so thankful for Mike from Core by DeDona Restoration. We had water damage in our kitchen but there was no mold at all. However our insurance required us to have a mold specialist to examine or they would not renew our policy. We were so desperate to find one who was honest and did not try to make money out of us. We called many places but Mike was able to come just within an hour after my call. After examining he agreed with us there was no mold. He offered to call my insurance to tell them what he saw in our kitchen. Our insurance then required us to take some pictures at the kitchen area, kitchen sink and under sink. Just a few days later the insurance confirmed the continuing of our policy. It was around Easter and we felt so blessed. Mike and his Crew came out to our office to sanitize it before we opened it up to our clients who are in active cancer treatment and just coming back for the first time in a year since our programs we on hold due to the pandemic. The crew was on time, friendly, professional, and sanitized our entire office to make it safe for our clients. We can all feel comfortable inviting our clients back, and we're so grateful for a job well done!

My family was displaced by a flood in the upstairs bathroom that forced is to move into a hotel. We have a one-year-old and a three-year-old and moving into a hotel was absolutely miserable. DeDona Restoration was basically the only brought spot in our ordeal. They were always responsive even when insurance wasn't. When we couldn't get the general contractor on the phone, DeDona was there to reassure is of the timeline for us to move back home. Could not be happier with their customer service. I cannot stress enough how amazing it was to have DeDona on the job when we had a flood in the kitchen that ruined a good portion of the floorboards in our dining/living room. This company is the real deal. I don't think I've ever had this level of customer service and just flat out care and compassion from an emergency service - hell, any service like this before in my entire life. No hyperbole. These guys are as friendly as can be, thorough, communicative, caring etc. THIS is what exemplary customer service and treating your customers like family actually means. When they say on their website that they treat their customers like family, man, they might beat out some families on that promise. I was kept in the loop and informed of my situation by DeDona more than my own landlord. The level of consideration with these guys is off the charts.

Dedona Restoration is honest and trustworthy. They are a truly owned and operated family buisness who treats you like your one or their own. We are a General Contractor and have come in behind them on a few projects. Job is always clean and customers rave about them. They make our job easier by not cutting everything in site like some restoration companies, making the build back more expensive for the customer.

Michael and his team at DeDona were prompt and professional. They followed up with me to make sure they could get everything done in a timely manner. In their estimate they included the mold mitigation which another company would not. Most importantly when they discovered that the project required less demo than they initially anticipated, they lowered the final cost to reflect only what they did. I would highly recommend them and - God forbid that I would need their services again - they would be my first call if any thing like this were to happen again.

No one likes dealing with mold in their home. We were unaware of a leak in the faucet drain which was in the wall behind the vanity. The leak subsequently turned into mold in the drywall, the studs, and the vanity. Dedona came in and had to tear out the vanity and the drywall, and they cleaned everywhere there was mold. Dedona was great to work with. They were very efficient and diligent in what they had to do. They made accommodations for my partially disabled husband so that he still had access to the shower. And when they left, everything was spotless. I highly recommend them if anyone ever needs mold remediation. Thanks to Brian, Gina, and Michael! You all were great to work with and did an excellent job!
