Bobby, Jamal and Dale were great! Our basement flooded yesterday evening, and we were very concerned about potential mold. Today, Bobby came over shortly after we called, inspected everything and then called Jamal and Dale to come help rip up the wet flooring and put down fans to dry everything out. Bobby was communicative, thorough and friendly. He said he always treats each job like it was his own house. We appreciate the very quick and professional service!

Greg was very professional. A+. Bottom line, I would recommend Arcus Restoration without hesitation. The only issue I had was with the painting/drywall company that told me they were arriving early (I told her she could arrive as early as 8:00 am, she showed up at 2:00), but arrived late (at LEAST two hours late) every single day. Every day. Without fail. Because of their late arrival, they would end up staying long after 5:00 pm. One evening they left at 8:00 pm. Because of their daily late arrival (and no-show on a Saturday) it pushed out the completion date. Other appointments had to be rescheduled. Everyone else involved in the project was punctual. The painter and drywall company wasn't punctual, but their work was excellent. And the work contracted by Arcus was excellent.

I can’t say enough about our experience with Arcus. From the beginning to the end everything went smoothly. Everyone was very professional and kind. I was notified each day when someone was coming and what they would be doing. Jamie was who I had most contact with and he so kind and patient with my mother. I have only good things to say about everyone I had contact with. Zac the Mitigation Manager, did a thorough inspection of the damage. The Mitigation Crew Bobby, Dale and Jamal, had the mitigation process started and over in no time at all.Greg Project Manager, made several visits to our home and explained the repair process, he helped us choose replacement items and updated paperwork when needed.. Richard and Bobby the Repair Crew, did great work and when they arrived every workday they started work right away. And I think Holly Progect Coordinator, if I have her name wrong I am very sorry. She was very helpful she gave us the time when all the different people would be here and contacted us to find out if they had arrived. Everyone was very Curtious, Professional and helpful. I will use this company again if needed. I want to thank all of them very much.

Storm damage restoration.Roof, deck, walls, painting. Very professional. Pleasant to work with. This team works very well together and before they were even finished we found ourselves missing everyone we had been working with. One thing for sure they did exactly what they said they were going to do. I would recommend to anyone who needs this type of help. Thanks Arcus. For everything.

Had a pretty serious problem with a drain we didn't know was leaking into the wall of the house for months. Though dealing with the damage wasn't fun at all, dealing with Arcus was an absolute pleasure. They were very professional and they treated us with respect. They showed us what they were doing and asking for our input throughout the whole process when appropriate. We felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend.

Our drain pipe for the whole house plugged up and overflowed into the downstairs den and bath. It was a horrible mess. Upon recommendation from Nationwide, we reviewed the companies and selected Arcus. Aaron came on Sunday and did some preliminary cleaning, removing some of the spillage, and some of the damaged items. He placed blowers and dehumidifiers in the area and tried to deodorize it. Bobby, Jamal, and Dale, the mitigation team, came on Monday and began a deep cleaning process. They were very professional, courteous and thorough. They continued the process of drying out. They came back on Tuesday to remove damaged Sheetrock, baseboard and molding and anything else necessary. Each day, the service crew checked in and out with me, communicating the progress they made and the next steps to be taken.

I’m looking forward to working with the restoration crew.

A giant tree fell on my house and I was at a loss as to how to start the process from tree removal to finish when my insurance company suggested Argus. I contacted them and they had a company out immediately to get the tree removed and my roof covered with a tarp. The tarp came loose due to high winds while everything was in process and they came out late at night to fasten it back down! They handled every step of the process from contents removal, repairing my roof , water damage , mold cleanup , painting , rebuilding my deck, ceiling repair ,repairing and refinishing my wood floors all the way until my contents were brought back. Argus has very kind and professional people! Holly (in scheduling) was amazing and always a pleasure to speak with ,she along with Greg kept me updated on each step of the process along the way. Very thankful Greg put up with any changes I made and was very patient,helpful and informative. Would definitely use them again!

I want to say a big "Thank You" to Greg James. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Greg James, Arcus project manager assigned to my sister's (Smith job in Jasper) fire damage cleanup and repair. I know we were not the only client that Greg was working with but the way he always responded to our calls/text we felt like we were. Greg's compassion and professionalism for us as clients far exceeded what was expected. I would not have any reservations about recommending Arcus and Greg James.

After a flood in my kitchen while I was out of town for a week the entire floor under my kitchen and living room was wet and full of mold. The remediation crew Manny, Keanu and Jeremiah lead by Alan Manrique were absolutely wonderful. The job was well done and in a timely manner. Most important to me they were kind, and reassured me and answered all my questions . I must have texted Alan at least five times a day. He always answered quickly and knew the answer to all my questions. One of them
would come by the house if I needed them. They even fed my cat! This is the best customer service I've ever had from construction people.

This was a new experience for me and Arcus was great showing me the steps. Zach came out within 2 hours for assessment and had someone there for roof tarping that afternoon. Bobby came daily to check about the drying out process and was always on time. Aaron came to do damage assessment and included our Insurance Company with all the details. Ronnie was our project manager and came and walked us through everything. Holly was the coordinator and would call to set up times for contractors. Our roof was done quickly and looks great. A special big thanks to Heather and her crew. They did such an exceptional job that we hired her to do additional work for us. In the conclusion, Ronnie came back and did a final walk through to make sure all the work was completed correctly

Arcus did a great job navigating a massive leak. It was awesome that they helped us coordinate with our insurance and submitted all necessary paperwork for us. We decided to do several upgrades to our home and they did great work. We nearly remodeled our entire home and were displaced during repairs so communication was key. Holly and Greg were fantastic with communication throughout the process. We had hiccups, like every project of this scale but they were quick to find solutions. We highly recommend them and would use them again and again.

Wanted I express my thanks to Arcus Restoration and Richard from the Chattanooga location for all the wonderful work they have done. The experience was wonder Richard was very helpful and listened to what I wanted and delivered in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Arcus and Richard to all my friends with the exceptional service that was provided to me.

First - Hire them! Trust me, you wont be disappointed!

Due to a water leak in my kitchen I had water under real hardwood in my LR, DR and LVP in kitchen. Here are highlights.

#1 they were here in less than 24 hrs to begin mitigation.
#2 Alan and Jeremiah thoroughly explained the steps they'd be taking AND what to expect for restoration.
#3 They came and checked on the mitigation progress daily.
#4 when mitigation was complete, they very efficiently removed all equipment and cleaned up.
#5 Mike arrived today to begin process for estimate for restoration. Yet again, polite and thorough.

This group works great together and communication was impeccable throughout this phase.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company. I work in the construction industry therefore I know that it’s hard to find good work nowadays. From the communication to the quality of work …they hit it all out if the park. Ben the estimator was extremely thorough. I got lucky and had Jarrod for my project manager and he was the best to work with. Very friendly and helpful with explaining everything and making sure everything went smoothly. They have Molly doing the scheduling and she was very friendly and always informative. Each sub was on time (which is crazy) and were friendly and quick. Jarrod even caught something that wasn’t perfect and sent one sub back, which I wouldn’t even had fussed over in the slightest. So their level of quality control is superb. Like I said it was everything I hoped this remodel work would end up being and as stress free as possible. Don’t hesitate and just proceed with them would be what I would recommend 100%

I highly recommend Arcus Restoration. Greg w/Arcus in the Chattanooga area, was my project manager for the restoration of my basement after it needed to be mediated. Greg met with me prior to the start of the restoration and allowed me to pick out the flooring, bathroom fixtures, etc based on the insurance approval and he explained the full process to me. He was onsight when needed and made sure his crew was up to speed and finished each project. Greg kept me in the loop throughout the process and the basement is now finished and looks amazing.

Arcus Restoration did a tremendous job repairing some extensive water damage to our finished basement. We were more than satisfied with every aspect of the Arcus operation. Our project manager, Greg, visited our home to supervise the work almost daily. His crew, headed by David of VIP Home Solutions, worked diligently to complete our repairs in an unbelievably short amount of time. The Arcus scheduler, Holly, called us, so we knew when each of our subcontractors (flooring, sheet rock, painting, plumber, electrician, movers, final cleaning) were going to be at our home. Finally, at the end of the job, Greg conducted a final walk-through of the entire project to address any problems or complaints. There were none. Everyone we dealt with at Arcus was friendly, punctual, and competent. Their workmanship was outstanding. We thank Greg, David, Holly, and the entire Arcus team for a job well done.

Last year we had extensive work done on our home which included replacing the carpet throughout the house with LVP flooring. As the floor was installed, mistakes were made and our initial contractor dismissed our concerns. Among other things, the floor had been screwed down along the walls and there was visible damage where the planks had been hammered together. Hasty repairs were made, glue was often involved, and assurances were received, but as they moved on, we continued to question the quality of the work. After several months, and with the changing seasons, major problems with the new flooring were clearly developing. We called Arcus, and they sent Richard from the Chattanooga team out to our home to evaluate the situation. He listened patiently as we pointed out problems and he documented the issues. He agreed the floor had been improperly installed and quickly began to develop a plan for it to be replaced. Over the next few weeks, he took care of our warranty on the original work and helped us find new flooring similar to what we had chosen before. He was well informed and brought in an impressive team to install the new floor in just a few days, we really enjoyed getting to know them all. While managing all of this, he went above and beyond to help us connect with the right people to help us with some of our other projects. We've had a great experience working with Richard and the Arcus team in Chattanooga and the floor looks great! The installation is high quality and they've really earned our trust. Arcus has done the water mitigation for our flooded basement apartment so far. And they have done a great job Drying everything out. Next, they Will be putting everything back together. Will keep you posted on how the construction goes.
