Our family has had a great experience with Southeast Restoration. The office staff really helped me with getting everything started and working with the insurance company. Every craftsman who came to the house was professional and very respectful of the process. Jessica and James were who I worked with the most but there were many others including Britni, Jack, Shane, Peter, Caleb, Jared, Charles, Asher and Tyler. I really appreciate all of their efforts. I hope I don’t need their services in the future but I would definitely recommend them to anyone who does.

We went through 2 other restoration companies before deciding on Southeast. They were honest, attentive, and trustworthy. I have 4 kids, and felt perfectly comfortable having them inside my home. Great service, would definitely use again.

Our church had mold situation in the auditorium that needed to be addressed. We called several places that never returned our calls. We finally ran across the website for Southeast Restoration. After seeing all the great reviews we gave them a call and got an immediate response. We set up a time to meet with someone at the church and they were exactly on time. I met with Zach Davis who is one of their Mitigation Project Managers. He was very knowledgeable about all types of mold and immediately identified our problem and what it would take to remediate the type of mold we had. He was also helpful to identify some possible causes and give us some ideas on how to prevent it from coming back. He gave me a reasonable estimate and we are glad we chose to use Southeast Restoration. They showed up on time to start the project and finished in a reasonable time. They did an awesome job and all of the members of the church were amazed at the transformation of the auditorium when they returned on Sunday. I would highly recommend Southeast Restoration. Zach Davis and his team were professional and courteous in every way and were considerate of our needs and concerns.

Southeast restoration did a amazing job from day 1 we had a pipe burst early in the day no one was home for a few hours and completely soaked everything and part of the ceiling fell in got in contact with them the next day they came out and start there process and with in a week have gotten all the damaged pieces out of the house and have almost finished the drying process Alex and his team have done a amazing job with everything that they’ve done so far and I highly recommend them to anyone needing services like this.

I highly recommend SE Restoration! We had a major mold/moisture issue in our home from multiple unknown leaks. They took care of all insurance communication and were very up front about everything. Each person who came to our home was kind and helpful.
The mold team was much more knowledgeable than other companies we talked with before starting. They took care of issues found, but also ensured others didn’t arise. They were extremely helpful and persistent!
Our project manager that was assigned did a great job of communicating and getting rebuild teams set up. We greatly appreciated his honesty with us throughout the entire process and his consideration for our family, especially our child. He was readily available and very supportive during a really difficult time.

Southeast Restoration (SR) was great to work with!! I had a water leak inside an interior wall on my main floor between the garage and a bathroom. They were fast acting, professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

SR handled everything from debris removal, repair assessment, new construction, and cleanup. They also handled communication with my insurance company - which made that process incredibly smooth! If I ever encounter another home emergency, SR will be my first call.

Our experience with Southeast Restoration has been unsatisfactory and remains ongoing. The project has extended for over 6 months with repeated delays, missed commitments, and inconsistent scheduling.

The lack of reliable timelines, poor communication, and slow responses to documentation requests have resulted in prolonged unlivable conditions. Accountability throughout the process has been lacking.

Given the inherent complexity of renovations, I would not recommend adding further risk by engaging this company.

Dylan was great. The process was uneven intially, thru no fault of Dylan’s own, but he made the wait worth it with his professionalism. I would definitely recommend Southeast Restoration to anyone in need of the services they provide.

Jacob was a huge help and very professional. He made the whole process very easy and took the stress out of a stressful situation. Everyone we worked with at Southeast Restoration was helpful and kind. The crew that worked on our house did amazing work. Our home looks beautiful and it was completed in a timely manner.

The young men that came to my house were very polite, kind and respectful.
All in all, I am happy with the floor. I just wish there was better communication from the company. As I said before, the guys that came to my house were great. I want to thank, Alex, Jonathan Bradley, Grant and Michael and also Adam, the flooring subctractor, for there kindness in dealing with an old lady.

The professionalism and courtesy show to me during a mold remediation was above and beyond any expectations. Each person from Southeast Restoration made me comfortable despite the disruption of a water leak which caused mold. I would highly recommend their services!

Absolutely amazing. Had a tree hit my house and they were on it. Took care of mitigation, helped me understand the insurance process as well and took the time to answer my questions at every point. Everyone on their team has been professional through and through, extremely friendly and helpful too.

Hopefully you never have an event where you need a restoration company, but if you do, we couldn’t recommend Southeast Restoration enough! Bradley and Aaron came to our rescue in the middle of the night after disaster struck our home. They got us settled and were back the next morning to keep working. Dougie and Evan have also assisted with the mitigation and demo. Ben and Grant came by a the next day to share the steps of the mitigation process and answered all our questions about the demo and rebuild, as well as the timelines. They’ve both answered dozens of questions and have been very communicative and supportive thru the process. Everyone lets us know when they are headed to our house, have been so respectful of us and our property and have been so friendly when we’ve been faced with an unexpected event. We highly recommend them and would use them again and again if anything else happens to our home. Thanks for helping us thru this process and becoming daily friends when things have felt overwhelming!

They took the time to listen, helped me navigate the insurance process, and maintained clear communication throughout, even with unavoidable delays. Their professionalism and support made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend this company, especially during natural disasters.
