Every one I had the pleasure of working with at Southeast Restoration were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and direct in answering any questions I had. They were flexible with their times, very diligent and CLEAN when working and leaving, and didn’t waste my time with anything else. I cannot rate this group of people high enough, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a fire in the wall. The interior did not have visible damage. These guys got right on drying the water from fire hoses and extracting the smoke and smell from the house. Several different guys have been out. All were very professional and simply nice guys who made us feel comfortable with them in our home.

A tree fell on my house. Southeast came out on a Saturday night and had the tree removed and roof tarted Sunday am. The immediate remediation for water etc went very quickly. They dealt with my insurance and were very helpful. It did take months for the negotiations and estimates with j surance. But once they got started it went quickly.
Their responsiveness to me was excellent. The workmanship is superb. Specifically Christian, Mike, and Doni and his team. They did everything I asked and helped me stay in budget. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you

We worked with Greg and his team they were awesome! Very professional and responsive. Greg was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease.

Very poor workmanship. Cut holes in house walls. And left them open for rain to run in. They sprayed chemicals in the house and forgot to tell us we should not be in the house. Use anyone else you can

Every experience I have had with this company has been a joke … my insurance company has them as a preferred provider… I have a small amount of wind damage… there rep came and didn’t even get on the roof .. gave me a quote … I didn’t trust it and wanted to make sure nothing else was wrong … the insurance company sent another person to evaluate and he agreed it was just the trim so the insurance company said to call at us and use them … it was such a small amount it would be out of pocket ..I basically forgot about it until a neighbor mentioned it a few months later .. when I called they said they needed to make sure nothing else had happened… my quote for the same work was 3more than the first quote .. when I told him that he said that it was through the insurance and they hardly gave them enough to make any money .. not my problem… then he said that the previous man who quoted me didn’t even quote labor .. again not my problem… and then he gave me the number of another company to call … hopefully nationwide will remove them from the preferred partner list .

The drying out process has been horrible. They won't make appointments. They had me sitting at home for multiple day with no call. They showed up late one day. A process that should take 3-5 days has taken at least 8. The people seem nice, but they are unorganized, and have no accountability. We will not use there rebuild services because of Shannon and Zac.

Jarrod and the people from Arcus were fantastic! My wife and I have had a bad experience with a previous company and they have come thru for us and then some. We will be calling on Arcus to some more work on our home.. Thank you Jarrod and Arcus.

Bobby was punctual and professional. He performed a moisture test in and around the area where we had a bad hot water heater leak. He kept us informed as to what he was doing during the process. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with how quickly Arcus had their team come out to help me. They took immediate action in clean up. The restoration turned out nicely. Zac Herndon and Greg James were there for me any time I called, great crew!

Jarrod is a great project manager who cares about each job he's part of. He has an eye for detail. If he tells you something will happen, it will happen. He uses good subcontractors that are respectful and get the job done. I highly recommend them.

Arcus was wonderful to work with. My business suffered damage from a tornado Easter 2020. Their team was responsive and quick to provide repairs needed to reopen the preschool. Dave & Greg were a pleasure to work with.

I had a pipe burst and a lot of water damage.
Bobby came to my house today very quickly. He was super professional and thorough! He walked me through everything to expect and caught every little detail. I feel very comfortable with this entire business now for my family of 6. Next few days I’m sure will be smooth sailing. Thank you Bobby!

Rod with Arcus was very courteous and professional. They set up the ozone machine in my house, explained the timeframe, and when I came back the next day, my house no longer smelled of smoke! So pleased with their customer service and professionalism.

I was very optimistic at the start of this ordeal after a small kitchen fire created smoke through my house. They were there quickly to clean and do everything to get it started in the process to getting me back my house since I couldn’t live there while this was going on and they took all my furniture to clean. It was responsive until they hired subcontractors that did less than sub par work to start, flooded my house by stopping up the toilet and leaving it running (yet another clean up process that took months), then proceeded to say they did everything and I am still finding things since December that they didn’t do and they said they were going to do. Arcus has since worked with me after complaints were filed and we are finally moving on but my hope is that Arcus reconsiders choosing that subcontractor when using or recommending in the future especially if the owner of the home asks them to do extra work than what’s being done for the damage restoration they were hired for it wasn’t worth the cost, time, or heartache it cost me or Arcus.

Water damage is never something a homeowner wants to encounter, but Arcus made it easy and quick to get everything taken care of!! Jarrod was incredibly knowledgeable and kept me informed during the entire process!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

This company tried to cut corners by not providing things that insurance company had purchased such as smoke detectors and blinds. Excess materials were carried off by employees or contractors. Work provided for the company which we personally sub contracted out has not been paid. Arcus received payment in June. They still have not paid us. We are still finding things that were cut short on to save money. I find their entire process attitude and workmanship unacceptable .

Arcus was excellent. Project was executed entirely on schedule over 3 weeks. Project Manager Greg James was super. The work that was done turned out great. Highly recommend them!

I couldn’t be happier with work, and I give Greg James a good deal of credit for the successful completion of the project. He was always available to answer questions as well as to monitor the work as it was being done. Too, I appreciated the telephone calls letting me know when to expect workers to arrive. The project went very smoothly and I am grateful for everyone’s good work.

These people cut corners every place they can. The roof looks horrible and there are less waves in the ocean than there is on my roof. I hired 2 other roofers to look at the problem and they both agreed they did a very poor job and the felt being put down improperly was why the new roof was so wavy. They did not paint the facia before putting up new gutters so that will be rotting out soon. They lied and told my insurance they put gutter screens on when they did not. And the water stain in the living room ceiling came back the same day they painted it. They refused to fix it unless I signed yet another change order to give them more work in other places. I felt like I was playing the shell game with a street hustler when it came to all the switching contracts they wanted me to sign. And they kept blaming their short comings on everyone but themselves. They said my insurance wouldn’t allow for enough plywood for the roof repair, but they never even put it on the list. They also asked if I was ok with running a new gas line for the fire place across the outside wall that would be highly visible. They also tried to make a commission off of other work that was completed before I even hired them, as well as they wanted commissions on work not yet completed or completed by others. They were very pushy about needing to replace the fence first for some reason but there was a tree and a plumbing issue in the back yard that made it impossible. I think a Freind of his must have owned the fence company or something for him to so adamantly push for it to be completed before it was time to do so. Even though I was not happy with the work completed forced us to pay by threatening us with lawyers and putting a lien on our property. I feel I was ripped off for large amount of money.

Arcus Restoration is a customer friendly business with polite and courteous employees.
They were very responsive when I had a question or a change in plans. I appreciated that they were on time and used safety precautions due to the virus. Besides working well with me they dealt with a less than coooeratuve insurance inside adjuster
