We had a water leak in our kitchen that caused damage to the kitchen cabinets, and flooring. As it usually goes, these things always happen at the worst times. Fortunately, Apex restoration was recommended to me and now I'm recommending them to you. Everything has been top notch so far. They took the reigns and dealt with our insurance company where there just wasn't my much for my wife and I to do. Once remediation began to take care of mold and moisture I could see I was definitely in good hands. The man in charge of my demo and remediation, Robert, came in on Monday morning. He gave me a thorough review of what he was going to do that day. As it happens I was home that day. I often wonder if I'm bugging repairmen in that situation but Robert was happy to answer any questions I had about what to expect. I guess I had foreseen a large crew coming in but he handled this job himself. He was quick, efficient and thorough and did it all with a pleasant attitude. I couldn't be more pleased and I bet you will be as well if you ever need this kind of service.

The basement flooded and Apex responded faster than anticipated. A special thanks to Robert and Anthony for showing up, calming my nerves and mitigating the water damage. In a world filled with automated communication, their personal touch was truly appreciated. Thank you so much!!

Steve, Evan, Toby and Nicole have been excellent. I trust them and they did an excellent job.

Good people to work with, they replaced my deck which looks awesome, Gutters and fence will be next. Nicole is the go to girl I think she is the Brain of the operation, lol

Run ! Run from them . Plenty of insurance money was available and 2 years later still no home - not one nail - nothing. The most non- productive chaotic company you will ever meet . They have $73,000 .00 of my insurance money and will not return it NOR will they respond to me or the insurance company about the money . Run from these crooks !

This company is impossible to get a hold of and they never do what they tell you they're going to do. I had an appointment scheduled with Toby Kirkland between 10:00 and 11:00 AM for an estimate on a roof repair on my mother's home. Mr. Kirkland showed up to the property well before 10:00 AM when I wasn't even there and instead met with my mother who wasn't equipped to explain the issues. He was there for less than 5 minutes and left. She asked him multiple times to wait to speak with me, but he left before our scheduled appointment time.

I arrived promptly at 10:00 AM because I live 2 houses down the street and Mr. Kirkland was already gone. He had told my mother he would send someone named Antonio later that day to get on the roof and give me the estimate and that I would receive a text message when he was on the way so I could be available to meet with him. I never received any text message or phone calls from anyone about coming to look at the roof and I waited around the entire day without anyone showing up. Before Mr. Kirkland left, my mother did confirm with him that he had my correct phone number so they could get a hold of me since he decided to leave before our appointment started.

I called their office that afternoon to ask what was going on and the receptionist told me she would contact Mr. Kirkland to find out and get back in touch with me later that same day or the following morning. I never received a call back that day nor the next day. So, I called again, spoke with the same receptionist, got told the same thing, and it's now 4 days after my scheduled estimate appointment and nobody from A-Plus Construction has shown up or got in contact with me, despite them telling me multiple times they would.

Stay far away from these people. If they can't even communicate with their customers to get the estimate portion of the job done, you don't want them working on your property.

Had to have a lot of work done to two rooms after two drain leaks and a water heater leak. All that lead to my kitchen being destroyed and lost the floor in the neighboring bedroom.
A Plus had done all the repairs. Toby and Nicole were great to work with as well as their contractors. It was a time consuming process because of the delay due to being booked up, but it worked out. We now have a new full kitchen and new floor for bedroom. Thank You All!

A-Plus recently did restoration work at my house caused by a ruptured water heater. They did an excellent job on redoing the floors throughout the house, installing new baseboards, and repairing base cabinets in my kitchen. Steve was a great project manager and gave me updates each day on the status of the work. He was extremely responsive when I had any questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing restoraton work completed.

Randy the painter, came the same day I spoke with him on the phone, and had the house painted 2 days later. he did a great job and gave me a fair price. I highly recommend him.

Randy and his crew painted the exterior of my house this summer. They showed up when Randy said they would, they did a very good job, they cleaned up as I hoped they would, and the price was reasonable.

Highly recommend Randy and his crew. We used them about 4 years ago to do the outside of our home, still looks great! They pressure washed our home not just once but twice before painting!! We now had them do the inside of our home and it looks great,too. No messes and done on time when they said they would be here. Give them a shot, don't pay attention to any possible bad review.

Randy and his crew did a phenomenal job on wallpaper removal and painting. Prices were reasonable and service was extremely professional. I would definitely hire their team again and recommend their services to friends and family.

Took off work to meet Randy for an estimate and waiting all morning. Finally called him only to realize he hadn’t marked it on his calendar and wasn’t even in the area (said two days prior he was on a job close by). Didn’t remember the job, the call, anything. It was like we hadn’t spoken just two days before. I know others don’t want their time wasted, and neither do I. If you say you’re going to show up, you should. Professionalism. Give clients the same respect you’d like to receive.

These guys did an awesome job washing my garage. Very good price and did exactly what they said they would. Highly recommend.

Randy and his crew are phenomenal. We hired them back in April to come and do an interior paint job on our newly purchased home. We were crunched on time to get this painting job done before our baby was born and Randy and his crew made it happen. They were very efficient, thorough, made sure that we were happy with the colors, and cleaned up well! I had two previous appointments with other painting businesses and one took measurements and never sent me a quote and the other company took measurements and took 4 days to respond back with a quote and an extremely long start-finish time. When Randy showed up for the first time, I just knew he knew what he was doing. I told him what I wanted and he gave me a quote right then and there. He was very reasonably priced and we were so pleased how accommodating he was to our schedule. I am so glad we hired him and his crew and will be using them from here on out! The crew from Randy The Painter did an excellent job painting our home exterior. From start to finish, everything was professionally done. Power washing, scraping, caulking, painting and cleanup all met or exceeded our expectations. Definitely a positive experience.
