Randy the Painter and Crew just painted the entire interior of our home. From beginning to end they were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and great with communication. Randy worked with us on a tight schedule to get the painting of our new home completed before our furniture arrived. They were there when they said they would be, cleaned up every evening before they left and completed the job ahead of schedule. We are so excited to move into our home with the amazing new look! Randy the Painter, Chase and their guys are the only contractor we will ever call to paint for us. They are professional, early to work, meticulous and diligent. Our house, deck and front porch look fabulous!

Randy the Painter is now my go-to for all painting needs. He showed up on-time to give and estimate that was very fairly priced. The workers were polite, showed up on time, and worked non-stop. Final step was touch up and they left me with the remaining paint for future touch ups. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend Randy and his crew!!!!

These guys were prompt, efficient, and so friendly! I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to patch, caulk, and paint the entire interior of our home using multiple colors. They even painted the closets, trim, and doors. Fairly priced when compared to other quotes we got and really happy with our freshly painted home. I really appreciated that they prioritized finishing the rooms that we utilized the most first so we would be as comfortable as possible throughout the process. What took them three business days would have taken us several weeks of subpar work ourselves. Will definitely use them again for any future painting needs.

Randy's Crew did a fantastic job washing our 2 story house. They took extra care around our screened in deck. We also have an attic vent high up in the front of our house that we had asked about having painted after it had a good wash. Chase came back out a week later and painted it. The paint didn't adhere well once it dried due to the unexpected material of the attic vent we assumed was wood. I sent a message and picture. He responded in under an hour and was able to come back out the same day with a different paint and took care of it. Now it looks great!

Couldn’t be happier with job Chase and the guys did! They pressure washed my house making everything including my discolored white gutters look like brand new, then they washed and stained my front porch and pool deck making them look like new!! We used Randy and his crew to paint the exterior of our house and garage. They scraped old paint, caulked the windows, and did repairs where needed on our house built in 1929. This month we hired them again to do interior work from damage due to frozen pipes. They tore down wallpaper that was put on 30 yrs ago, repaired plaster walls, and painted the walls and woodwork. Walls now look like a brand new house. After seeing the results we don’t know of anyone else who could have done such a tremendous job at a good price. We have recommended them to friends and they are also very satisfied with their work.

We had our entire interior house painted a week before Thanksgiving 2025. They were in and out in a day and a half. It’s beautiful, mess free and we are so happy with the work. Cost was lower than the original quote.

Our water damage wasn’t a big job, but Southeast had a team to demo & dry out the area, then another team that did the repairs to restore the bathroom. EVERYONE we dealt with were very helpful and communication was great. All of the guys that came into the home were very courteous to my stepmom and took time explaining every step from start to finish. She was very pleased with the finished work! After a water leak, we had to replace almost all of our hardwood flooring in the house. We went with Southeast Restoration on a recommendation, and could not be happier with their work. A lot of the flooring and trim is custom, and they did an excellent job matching the materials and making difficult cuts, in a lot of places better than the original. They replaced approx. 3,500 sq.ft. of hardwood flooring with multiple levels, closets, stairs and posts to cut around, replaced the custom trim, drywall, insulation, bathroom floor tile, bathtub surround tile, and painted - and it is all absolutely beautiful.

In addition to the workmanship from Travis and his team, we are especially impressed with the project management from Tyler Breeding, who graciously worked with us so we could stay in our home while the repairs were being made, coordinating and scheduling everything around us, and getting it all done timely. Tyler and Travis both are very personable and professional, and addressed every issue we had right away. We couldn't be happier with their craftsmanship, flexibility and attentiveness.

Southeast Restoration is a very successful company and I believe it's because everyone we met and spoke with is actually really good at their job - Justin Berkley, our field estimator, Joshua Lathrop, the senior project manager, Tyler Breeding, our project manager, Travis, Ira, Heather - have all been very attentive and careful in planning and working to get our house back to 100%, and we appreciate the whole team.

Southeast Restoration just completed a total remodel of our bathroom after a major water leak. The entire Knoxville team were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
