I had the pleasure of working with Viktor's team to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my

basement. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their work.

Viktor's team removed the carpet that was previously in my basement and installed the

new flooring seamlessly. The installation was completed in a timely manner, which was

important to me as I had a tight schedule. I appreciated the attention to detail that Viktor and his

team provided during the entire process. They were able to match my existing flooring perfectly,

which was a bonus.

options available, and explained the importance of waterproof flooring for a basement, where

moisture can be a problem. I appreciated their knowledge and expertise in this area.

I was looking for flooring for condo I bought, victor showed me flooring, came out to measure brought sample of flooring I picked out and some others I liked a different flooring which was cheaper. I’ve worked with several flooring stores here in Knoxville, and I can confidently say that Palm Tree Flooring is the best in town. Not only do they carry a wide range of products, they’re also willing to go the extra mile and find you exactly what you’re looking for. I had been searching for several years for a specific style of tile that I could not find stocked anywhere. I tried Floor and Decor, Tile Sensations, David’s Carpet as well as some others. None of them were able to help me. However, within a week of contacting Palm Tree, they were able to track down the specific style of tile I had been looking for and had it installed a couple weeks later. The floor looks absolutely amazing, the prices were the best I’ve found, and I really can’t emphasize enough what great customer service I received. Everyone was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Everything was so great I went on to have them do my kitchen backsplash, which also turned out beautiful. I’ve been so impressed with Palm Tree and highly recommend their services!

I cannot express my great gratitude to Palm Tree Flooring & Kitchen, especially Grace and Viktor for their willingness to work with me.

After my home burned down, I found Palm Tree - a locally owned place - and met with them (Grace in particular), about different flooring options and price points. While I loved what I saw, I did go to the local big-box stores to see other options and to my great pleasure, Palm Tree was right on par with the big-boxes but I was able to order exactly what I wanted - color, width, thickness and lengths AND stairs to match.

Because of the love for the floors, I went back when looking for kitchen cabinets and backsplash tiles. Grace walked me through more options that I had previously thought possible; with her help, I was able to custom order not just my dream kitchen, but bathroom vanities to match.

When it came to the backsplash, I found tiles at a big-box that I loved and Palm Tree price-matched to ensure that I had exactly what I wanted, even though they took a bit of a hit.

I cannot recommend Palm Tree enough. Their customer service, knowledge, and dedication to satisfaction ought to be the reason that everyone looking for home renovations should seek them out. Everyone should make sure they check Palm Tree before their next project.
