I had a friend who had a toilet back up and flooded two floors of her house. She had already called another company. They wouldn’t come out to her house until the next day. I suggested Josh at Paul Davis. She called him. They were at her house within 30 minutes and solved the problem. She was so pleased! I continue to recommend them without hesitation! Great company!

Found out I had black mold under my shower. John, Greg and Juan removed the mold, treated the area and rebuilt my bathroom. Great job, my bathroom is gorgeous.

I can't say enough good things about Josh Skeens and his team. Professional, exceptional, quality, courteous, kind, responsive. I could go on and on. I have known and worked with Josh and his team for 4 years, and they have always exceeded expectations and not only can work on larger commercial projects, but also smaller residential ones. Which was very handy for my situation and when unexpected events happen water flood wise. I would highly recommend Paul Davis Knoxville for any and all fire, storm, mold, remediation type services. Thank you Josh for providing an excellent service to our community.

Josh and his team are excellent! They helped one of my flooring customers with replacement of their rotten subfloor and floor joists. The work was done quickly and correctly and all at a reasonable price! They were quick and efficient with communication and very thorough in bidding the project! I would not hesitate to refer customers to them again in the future! Thanks!

While they are very nice people, Paul Davis is an utterly terrible restoration company. It seems they hire shoddy workers who have no idea what they’re doing, and there were at least 5 instances where we had to call them to come fix the mistakes they’ve made during the restoration process. While thankfully, almost under our supervision, they did fix their mistakes, it’s ridiculous that we had to make sure everything was done right for the amount of money we gave them. From installing an entire shower wrong, leaving paint splatters on glass doors and even ceiling fans, absolute embarrassing trim work around doors and floors (a 12 year old could do better), fitting a kitchen sink crooked and leaving it, installing counter drawers backwards (how does that even happen?) to terrible flooring work, I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. As harsh as it is, I have been baffled at how bad they have been at doing their jobs. Their employees were trusted in our home and not only did they slack off and give it the old “good enough” treatment, their employees STOLE ladders and other tools from our home that had been in our family for many years, up to the point that I felt the need to take important things with me when leaving the house while they were working, in fear that they would steal more from us. If it was up to me, they would have been dismissed from day one. Josh was the one who we dealt with and it seemed like he couldn’t care less what happened to our home during the renovation process. I know Paul Davis is a respected company, but the East Knoxville/Tennessee branch is absolutely terrible. Like I said, I wouldn’t wish this company on my worst enemy, and hopefully this review can help someone else from receiving the same treatment we got. please take your money elsewhere. Absolute dumpster fire of a company. Photos attached are of trim that they never came back to fix.

Quality demolition did a phenomenal job tearing down a house, clearing trees, and grading the land in preparation for a new build. Aaron had great communication, fair pricing and we are very pleased with their service! Highly recommend them!

Aaron and his team at Quality Demolition came out to our property and demolished a large barn and an old garage. It was a big job and they handled everything with ease. The end result was great!!! They graded the land and left us better than we started. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for demolition work. We plan on using them in the near future for more work.
