We had a wonderful experience with Palm Tree Flooring. We visited several flooring showrooms and could not find an LVP product we liked (in addition to experiencing sub-par customer service at other shops). Grace immediately had a sense of what we were looking for and had several samples out for us to compare within minutes.

We took a few samples home but were still undecided. Between visits, Grace searched for a few more samples without us asking her to, and among them was finally The One! It was a small sample, and she even ordered extra pieces to see a more complete look. Their installers were friendly and fast, and the finished look is even more amazing than my photos capture.

We had a second opportunity to work with them on our kitchen backsplash. Our contractor’s tile installer had a scheduling conflict and we needed to get the backsplash installed quickly to move forward with our remodel. Grace was able to create room in their schedule to help us out even though we purchased the tile elsewhere before finding Palm Tree. The project came out great and much more affordably than using our contractor’s tile installer.

Throughout the process, Viktor was very patient with our questions, hands-on with our project, and helped us economically fix an issue with uneven subfloors in our 50 year old home.

We’ll be working on bathrooms soon and plan to consult with Palm Tree Flooring first this time!

It’s been 2+ years with these beautiful LVP floors. We went everywhere looking for new flooring for our 2 story home and installed floors in each room and closet. Palm Tree Flooring went above and beyond when they first installed them. We just moved in and one of the treads on the steps came off from a mover and they came back and fixed it, no questions asked. They installed a vanity for me and noticed the marble was cracked and alerted me before installing it. They came back a week later and installed the new one. They got it done in the time I needed and didn’t cut corners. You can tell they take pride in their craft. The floors have held up so well. They are easy to clean, especially having 3 kids and a dog. I highly recommend their product and service.

We are so glad we chose Palm Tree Flooring for our total upstairs flooring redo. Our great experience started with our first visit to the store, where Grace took care of us attentively and patiently. Her advice was spot on and helped us make the right decision on color and style. The flooring came in quickly and our project was scheduled promptly. The team that came to our house was professional, proficient, and very personable. Not only did Victor, Ivan and Yuri do an expert job on the floor layout, they also handled all the removal of prior carpet and flooring along with moving furniture as needed. The team even uncovered a washer leak and took care of that too!!!! They cleaned as they went and only called the new floor finished when it was clean and shiny and all furniture put back in its place.

Palm tree flooring is a great company. Grace and Victor put their costumers first. It was my first time designing a kitchen and I had no idea what I wanted. They spent a lot of time working to make sure I get exactly what I liked. I was able to also feel no pressure from them. They gave me samples to take home as I compared prices and checked out 3 other companies. I decided to use them not only because of their great prices but also because they are experienced and knowledgeable in kitchen and floor Design. Another reason I went with them is because of the high-quality material that they sell. It shows that they really care about the standard and don’t just sell anything. They have great customer service. They quickly replied to every text or email that I sent, and always answer the phone. Due to the great communication, I was Aware of everything that was going on every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Palm tree flooring for your next remodel.

The experience we had with Palm Tree was the definition of above and beyond.

We were buying a home and wanted to replace carpet in some of the rooms while trying to match some discontinued flooring. Thankfully, the sellers were able to provide us a sample so that we could shop before the closing.

While all the other stores in Knoxville just tried to get us to buy something they already offered, Palm Tree set up a new account with the manufacturer of the original flooring to order samples of 3 different options that we thought might be the closest match. We were able to choose our favorite and have it ordered for a quick delivery.

They were willing to come out to our house on Friday evening the day that we closed to let the flooring start acclimating to its new environment to get installed ASAP before our scheduled move.

The install the following week went very smoothly and we are extremely pleased with the finished product.

We had a great experience with Palm Tree Flooring in Knoxville. They redid our flooring and cabinets and also helped with installing our countertops, and everything turned out beautifully. After we had some flooring damage, they went above and beyond to help us find the exact flooring we were looking for, design the cabinet layout, and make sure everything came together seamlessly. Since I was living in an Airbnb at the time, they worked as quickly as possible to get everything completed, which I truly appreciated. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and the quality of their work really shows. We’re very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Palm Tree Flooring to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.
