Did a great job with clean up after water leak. Had it dried out quickly and restored.

What does it take to get a call back from you guys? Took my info twice to set up an appointment for an estimate but nothing. No call.

After a neighbors car ran into the front of our house they did some restoration work on our house. The new sidewalk is cracking quite badly. They also replaced a considerable amount of brick on the front and apparently could not match the color of the old brick, then to compensate for this they used some kind of dye. Recently while washing the brick I was surprised to see the color wash off and now we are left with two different colors of brick. Please use someone else.

Darryl Wilson made the process so easy!!! I had roof damage from a storm and water damage in my bedroom, attic and roof! I contacted Darryl Wilson and he sent someone out immediately to cover the hole and the next day I had someone out there working on my house!!! Highly highly recommend this company!! I had some fire damage in the back part of my house. It's going to be at least a $150K job. After lack of response from the first contractor, I moved to Paul E. Davis at the recommendation of the first contractor, Servall. Darryl Wilson came over and measured the property and I shared my earlier experience with Servall. He said that Paul E Davis always did what they promised. After several of the "I'm about to submit the estimate", now I've got to start over again. The permitting guy in Farragut was nice enough to call me and tell me he had never seen the information submitted by Darryl and said he must not understand what to submit. That's when i knew i was in trouble with getting this project going.

Terrible and unprofessional. Looking at the positive reviews it appears they do smaller jobs for fire, water, and smoke damage unlike the bigger job that I have. This is a warning to others DO NOT contact them if you have anything bigger than $25K. I just wish they had just told me upfront this was beyond their capabilities as the first contractor finally owned up to.

I I highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration! I had a request for emergency service to place a tarp on my roof after a tree fell on my home. Owner Josh Skeens called immediately and came out to oversee the damage and had his crew place a tarp right away. Stopping further damage from the roof leak. Very grateful for his leadership and service.

I was really impressed with Christian and his team at Paul Davis. I found them to be really responsive and easy to work with. They also got us cleaned up and dried out without any hassle. They are courteous and dependable, which goes a long way these days.

Called to ask about treatment for Third Hand Smoke in our newly purchased home. Josh walked me through the process of making our home safe for our 6 month old. Even though we were not his customers, he was kind, helpful, honest, and went above and beyond to help out a random stranger over the phone. If we need emergency services, Paul Davis is on radar. We had a water emergency at 9pm from a broken shower handle and could not stop the water. We just purchased our 1959 fixer upper and were not familiar with the water shut off under our crawlspace (there was no shutoff in the house) and we attempted to shut it off at the street but it was corroded and we did not have the proper tool. The water had made it out of the bathroom, through our master, and to the hallway. The first two restoration companies I contacted both said they sent someone out (neither showed up)but wanted to keep us on the phone to collect all of our insurance information. I was highly upset 2 hours later by the time I called Paul Davis. Christian was fabulous. He realized it was an emergency and said he needed to stop to get the tool from work but would be there within 30 minutes. He stopped the water immediately, brought a dehumidifier with him, and walked us through what needed to be done next. I don’t know what we would have done without him. For prompt, no nonsense service (especially an emergency) I would highly recommend Christian and Paul Davis.

This is the second time this year that Paul Davis has come to my rescue. Josh and his team are excellent in all categories. They were quick to my aide and treated me like I was their most important customer. These guys are extremely courteous and professional in every way. When going through a crisis, that is a huge relief. I highly recommend Paul Davis to restore your home back to normal and even better!
