I picked this company over the numerous other painters, even though they were the most expensive. The owner, Steve Kane, seemed very knowledgeable about all things paint. This is why I chose them. The first step was cleaning. The cleaners came in and cleaned the surfaces to be painted. They did a very mediocre job, and I had to call Steve to have it done right. The painting crew consisted of seven people, with only one of them speaking broken English. They finished the painting in a couple of trips, not including the touch-ups and repainting that had to be done. After all was said and done, the quality of the work was less than I anticipated. It was okay, but I could've paid half with other painting companies and got the same result. I most likely will not use them for future projects, based mostly on price. For the price I paid, I expected professional painters, not migrant workers who didn't speak the language.

I had indoor and outdoor work done by the crew from That 1 Painter and would highly recommend them for any job where painting is needed. From working with Isiah on quotes, colors and dates for the work getting complete, it was a very easy affordable process with top level communication and follow up.
Their painters were exceptional, on time, worked hard and did a fabulous job…I am more than pleased and will use them again for future needs!

We hired "That 1 Painter" to paint the walls and ceilings of our living room, kitchen/dinning room and bathroom. Painters arrived each day on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The painters were courteous and cared about the job they were doing. At the end of the project Steve walked through our home with us noting any blemish or smudge that needed to be fixed. He was pickier than me. At the end of the project he arrived to make sure we were pleased with the end result.
Steve truly cared about our project being done correctly and to our liking. That is a rare quality in the business's of today where cheap and fast are king.
If you want a job done right AND honest fair pricing I highly recommend "That 1 Painter" of West Michigan.

They did an amazing job and did it fast. Cleaned up like they where never there in the first place.

Roof replaced. Now we have a leak they refuse to fix. Don does not arrive for appointments as scheduled.

No one showed up to give a estimate on my roof and didn't call either to say why they didn't show up!

They said they would be done in a a day and they were! Worked over 12 hours to finish up. Great job!

They did a great job replacing the roof on our commercial building. I would definitely recommend them!!

They are fast is the only good thing I can say. Workmanship was very poor and they destroyed my vinyl siding removing old roof. I would not recommend them at all.

Tony and WMR did a good job, quality material and has a great warranty.
Fortunately, have not tried to use the warranty but I know WMR will be here to take care of any issues should I need them.

From the first meeting with Clayton, to the final clean up, they did everything they said they would and more. On time, considerate and great site crew. Great communication by Clayton throughout the process. Made everything seamless, and easy.

Was mostly happy with the work, but the communications throughout the process were lacking. We had no idea what crews were coming on what days until they showed up. Additionally, quite a bit of debris was found all around the house after completion. Finally, a piece of fascia blew off the side of the house with the first strong wind and now has to be replaced.

Don A. was in constant communication with us regarding our siding project. It took a little longer then expected, but the final product was well worth the wait. I would highly recommend them to finish any construction needs to my family and friends.
