Sitting in my backyard this morning delighting in the beautiful sanctuary that Marcos and his excellent crew created. The Paramount experience was terrific from the first phone contact through final follow up visit. Marcos was professional, helpful and listened to my dreams as we walked the lot line the first time. He gave suggestions, and explained possibilities. The estimate was quick and fair. When the second walk through happened, I had decided to add an arbor and it was absolutely no problem. The crew was so efficient and nearly finished in one day.

We got several local estimates and paramount beat them all out hands down. Laura did a great job measuring, explaining and designing the layout. The product is great quality and Louis and his installation team did a fantastic job, pulling an extra long day to get it all done in one go despite a lot of hard ground/rock in the way. Very pleased with the result.

What a gorgeous fence. I couldn’t be happier. I got 4 quotes from various competitors. Paramount was very price competitive and flexible with my schedule. They had the most color options and we found one that was perfect. While getting quotes from the various companies, Daniel from Paramount was the most informative and actually took extra time to explain the product and installation process. He mentioned options and considerations that the others didn’t. The installation crew was great. They were on time and did the removal and installation all in one day, which was shocking to say the least. The person in charge of the installation crew spoke to me before they started to verify gate swings, a few other details etc. The yard was spotless when they were done. Worth every penny.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the services I received from Paramount Fence. From the beginning, I was contacted quickly to set an appointment for a consult/quote. Claudia was terrific. She was warm and professional and came fully prepared with thoughtful questions and supplies to measure, etc. She walked me patiently through all the options and listened carefully to my needs ( I have 3 large dogs) to provide specific options.
After making selections, the process to complete deposit and scheduling was easy. I was kept updated throughout the process; no surprises. She carefully discussed all pricing with me so there were no suprises there, either!
When they accidently tossed something I'd asked them to keep, they immediately addressed the issue to my complete satisfaction.
As for the product. I purchased vinyl privacy fence. It's held up perfectly so far (it's been almost a year) and looks as good today as it did the day it was installed. They did an outstanding job doing extra reinforcement (per the contract) around the gate. Happy to say after a year of the gate being pounced on by my German Shepherds and through a full weather cycle, the gate has held up perfectly! The gate and latch work as smoothly today as they did on day 1.
I give enthuiastic thumbs up to this company and would hire them again in a heartbeat. In particular, ask for Claudia if you call for a quote. If she's still there, make a special request to have her come out to do you quote and estimate. She's terrific!

We are extremely happy with our experience working with Paramount Fence! It was great throughout the entire process. Laura worked with us, listening to exactly what we wanted, and she proposed a beautiful cedar fence design at a very reasonable price. And Cristobal and his crew did an amazing job on our fence installation. They arrived early and were very efficient and professional while providing high quality workmanship. I would strongly recommend Paramount to anyone looking for a high quality fence at a reasonable price!

Daniel from Paramount was very responsive and repaired our fence after a branch from the neighbor’s tree fell—it looks like new again.

I got my old fence replaced by Paramount. From the time I made first contact to enquire until the fence was installed, I am totally impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of Paramount. I cannot say enough good things about Laura. She visited my house to give me an estimate. Unlike all the other companies (I had 5 other companies) she was the only one who thoroughly examined not just my old fence, but also the yard including the grading, the obstructions, the pros and cons of different fence materials, my privacy needs, aesthetics, protecting my dog from skunk, etc. She visited my house 3 times and was super patient, answered all our questions, and gave me quotes for different options. Paramount was not the cheapest , but also not the most expensive. However the clear distinction was how through Laura was and the instructions she provided me to get ready prior to installation, getting permit, how long after permit is issued installation can happen etc.

I got a call from their office the day after I gave the permit #, giving me a window of dates when installation can be expected and I will get a call day before the actual installation.

On the day of the installation, a Friday Noel Alwyn and his crew showed up at 8 am and worked all day until about 7 pm. I had to ask them to take a break and suggested they go home and be with their family and come back on Saturday to finish. On Saturday they showed up at 8.30 and finished the remaining tasks and cleaned up throughly; hauled away old fence and dirt.

I definitely recommend Paramount if u need a high quality work done by a professional and courteous crew.

I am extremely satisfied with our new fence! It truly makes our whole house look so much better. Arturo was my contact throughout the process from start to finish and he even came after to see how everything turned out. I'm very happy we decided to go with Paramount Fence and I will be referring other people. I had originally received 6 different estimates from local companies. Paramount wasn't the cheapest but also wasn't the most expensive. Ultimately, we chose them because I felt like Arturo took his time explaining the entire process and their work along with their warranty. Arturo made himself available to me for any questions that I had along the way (and I had a lot!!). My husband and I are very happy to have this done now and it was worth the investment. Highly recommend!!

We recently purchased a new home and needed a fence for our fur baby as well as a little privacy. We had 3 different companies come out to give us estimates. Omar came out and gave us the best customer service and price. Kept in communication with us via text. Claudia was really nice and was able to answer all our questions and get our permit entered quickly. Once the crew came out they worked fast and most importantly they cleaned up after themselves. You be surprised most don’t so I was happy with that. We love our fence came out great! Easy to clean and makes it a that more enjoyable to come out and relax. Bella loves it too, she is the queen of the yard free to run and chase birds.

Highly recommend! The best experience I could have asked for and we’re very happy with our new fence. I called a few local fence companies to get quotes, and the earliest we could schedule an estimate was weeks away which wasn’t ideal. However, when we called Paramount, they scheduled us the next day and even the CEO/owner came to do our estimate since the other salesmen were booked. This was very considerate and we really appreciated this. He was very kind, knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

We ultimately decided to move forward and our fence was built about a week and a half later. It looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The paperwork process was easy and they handled getting the city permit. The price was reasonable, especially because we have a pretty big yard and got a 6ft vinyl privacy fence with a front and back door, with a removable section in case we get a patio in the future.

Overall, we’re very satisfied. I would give more starts if I could!

We recently replaced our old, broken fence with a new fence installed by Paramount Fence. Everything about the Paramount has been excellent. Following the initial inquiry request via their website, Laura from the sales team coordinated with us. She measured the existing fence and performed the preliminary inspection. Then, according to our priorities and the kinds of fences allowed by the village/town ordinance, she explains the various fence options that are available along with the cost estimate. We were able to expand our backyard fencing perimeter in our case as well. She also provided an approximate timeline and an explanation of the entire procedure. She handled the permit with the village as per our request. The installation crew did an outstanding job setting up the new fence and dismantling and hauling away the old fence materials. I am really pleased with my overall experience with Paramount Fence, and I am particularly delighted about the new look of our backyard. It looks fantastic!

We had Paramount Fence install our new fence around the parameter of our lot. Paramount was excellent. They were businesslike, very good communicators, and delivered great design, craftsmanship and execution. They planned the project with us, were quick and efficient and cleaned up. They were responsive to special requests in the planning process and responsive to our feedback during the installation. They were not the lowest bid, but we felt they had a better handle on the project than other proposals. They were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

1. Marcos, a fence specialist, impressed me with his detail-oriented and meticulous way of performing his job to meet total customer satisfaction.

2. Mike, an operation manager, and his team did an excellent job to communicate with their customer to update the upcoming installation date and so forth.

3. Juan, a foreman on site, and his team performed GREAT job, and I am more than happy with their work done.

Our experience with Paramount was outstanding from the first call all the way past the finished install to the follow up. Andy was friendly, knowledgeable and always available to answer our questions. He worked with our plan change and made some helpful suggestions. Claudia was quick to help guide us to the right on site contact person. The team that installed was respectful of our property and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the install as they were working. We love our new fence!!

We worked with Andy and he was awesome, texted me a lot and was great at communicating everything. My yard presented many challenges because it is not even at all and we had a large tree on the property line. The foreman (Alex)
was awesome, he handled all of these challenges on his own and didn't cut any corners. The job took longer than expected and that is because they took their time making sure my fence as perfect. I saw Alex outside checking and re checking the fence to make it level as possible and he carefully worked with the tree and had to customize the metal fence so it didn't look bad. I have seen lazy fence companies slap a fence down on uneven land and it looks choppy and horrible - not paramount fence. They were awesome! The team was clean and did great work. Andy came out when we had to clarify a property line question. I saw Alex painstakingly chipping away at a tree root to make sure the hole was deep enough for the fence pole, he did this for hours without complaining. My fence looks amazing.
