Its hard to find reliable contractors in almost every segment, so we did a lot of homework. Choosing the team at Platinum turned out great. From Brianna who sold the job, to Rob who was our foreman, we had a great experience. The deck looks amazing and the craftsmanship is top quality. Big shoutout to Alfonso who was the man on the ground everyday and made it all happen. Thanks!

The team is very professional and working hard. The team leader and project manager, Rob, are also very responsive and try their best to address any request we have. They have provided the service above and beyond — helped mitigate my siding issue and fix my external electrical power. We are pleased with the Platinum’s work and satisfied with our new deck. We also appreciated their site cleaning at the end.

I am updating my Platinum Decking Naperville review because I value companies like this who stand by all aspects of their project. Since building our GORGEOUS deck in the fall of 2021, Platinum Decking has been back out to create a deck gate, to put up mesh along the base of the deck, and to troubleshoot any question or concern to be sure this is a totally relaxing space for our family. The guy who stopped by this week was Matt G and he was hard working, professional and went above and beyond. Tom is the perfectionist at the helm here, and over the years he has continued to stand by this amazing product and help us in all ways as we get inspired to think of new ways to enjoy our backyard. Rob B (dog lover) oversaw a mesh trim along the base in March of this year, with Brandon and Max, doing an excellent job. Tom, Breanna, Rob, Scott, Josh - all bringing about our family fun deck over 3 years ago and all with the same kindness, work ethic and smart ideas for execution. Tom has a vision for everyone to enjoy a great recreational space, and don't be surprised if he is on site checking something out! PS I call my deck color "Chicago porch gray" and it has a white railing and posts and black balusters. The look is nostalgic for my city upbringing but neighbors called it nautical, which makes me smile!

Tom and the crew at Platinum Decking did a wonderful job on our deck at a very reasonable price. Tom even cleaned up a mess I mistakingly accused his guys of leaving. Once I realized I was wrong and apologized, Tom said not to give it another thought. Tom is a stand-up guy and his company is top notch! I highly recommend Platinum Decking! Thanks again Tom.

Rich and his crew did such a fantastic job on our deck remodel.
What was originally a deck resurfacing project quickly became a rebuild due to structural concerns. Rich was extremely meticulous and his craftmanship self-evident making sure to attend to every detail. The team was extremely hard working, kind and considerate and kept us updated and informed throughout the process.
We love our new deck and were able to spend Father's Day with our grandchildren playing without a concern. During a recent severe wind storm our neighbors commented on not only how beautiful our deck was, but also that sheltering under the upper deck is where they wanted to be due to how well it was built.

Our deck was part of two stage project including a patio expansion. Platinum was able to add our composite deck quickly but also with great detail. The workers were very respectful of our property and cleaned up each day.

Platinum Decking did a wonderful job on our railing replacement. It was a tricky job as we did not want to replace the entire deck so care had to be taken to remove and replace posts and railing without damaging the decking. Luis and the crew were polite, respectful and great to work with. I would highly recommend Platinum Decking!
