Laura met with me to discuss which options would meet my needs. Once I decided on the type of fencing I wanted installed, she and the office staff worked with both my neighbor and I to coordinate the installation since we were both getting fencing from Paramount.

Finding a good professional these days is quite a chore. Once you’ve got somebody to show up for a quote, getting them to give you a good price and then actually complete the work to your satisfaction is nearly impossible. That’s why I’m so pleased to review Paramount Fence! I finally found a company where everyone I interacted with was pleasant, professional, and exceptionally helpful. You can tell these folks work for a good company and they enjoy what they do. When I called to get info, the woman I spoke with was so friendly I hung up hoping I would be able to talk with her again. A great first impression! Next Chris came to look at my yard and existing fence. I was blown away by how much he knew about my village’s rules and regulations. He answered every question I had in detail. Then, went further to help educate me on questions I should ask of other companies if I needed to get more quotes. He was quite familiar with the competition and never said an unkind word about any of them which really impressed me. He was solely focused on Paramount Fence and the quality work that they do. The process was a breeze, he guided me every step of the way and handed me off as necessary to others internally to get scheduling done, etc. I was going out of town and worried the timeframe given wasn’t going to work. When I told Chris I received a call from the scheduler within 90 min to understand when I was leaving and provide me a better idea of exactly when the work was to be done. The day of installation was also amazing. Diego and his dad showed up and I could tell they had worked together doing this for a long time. They were so respectful of my property, incredibly kind about my questions or concerns, and worked quickly and efficiently. I have a large yard with some challenging areas so it took two days. Before they left the first day they explained what needed to be finished up the next day. When the job was done, you could never tell that they had been here, there wasn’t anything left, no mess or trash, neat a pin! Paramount Fence was not the lowest quote I received, but it was definitely not the highest one (that was one of the well-known competitors). I was so anxious about the process at the beginning, but can’t recommend Paramount highly enough given my experience. If you are trying to find a competent company, that does good work, has a quality product, and cares about its customers, look no further! If I need any work done in the future, they will be my first and only call.

From start to finish, we had a great experience working with Paramount for our fencing project, which included almost 600' linear feet of cedar split rail fencing with a metal mesh, and three gates.

Andy visited our home on two occasions and spent a considerable amount of time hearing our needs and offering a proposal that met them. His attention to detail was impressive.

Melissa was a valuable resource in helping us navigate the permitting process and kept us informed about the project's progress.

Sergio and Victor, our installation team, were fantastic. They took excellent care in not only installing the fence and gates, but also were respectful to our neighbors. Sergio’s many years of installation experience were evident as he and Victor carefully and efficiently installed our new fence.

Leo is extremely unprofessional. I paid the full amount for this job which he has not come to finish it. It has been a year and he does not answer my phone calls. The fence is also falling apart. BEWARE I do not recommend this company.

We utilized the services of Fence and Patio Plus for a repair on a chain link fence. They provided reasonable pricing and maintained clear communication about the job timeline. We would be happy to hire them again.

Leo and his crew did a fantastic with the installation of our fence of 300 square feet. As promised they took down the old one and hauled it away and installed the new one in a day and a half,they are professional and have a high quality material.
