I own a log home with a cantilever front porch/deck which needed replacing after 25 years and decided to work with Platinum Decking due to its unique requirements, and their confidence in design and in tackling any unknowns which could and did show up.

The final solution using TimberTech decking and Trex Signature railings was even better than we hoped for. The structure is solid, the product is fantastic and the workmanship is excellent. We expect this new porch/deck to look and perform like new for a very long time, with minimal maintenance.

I need to mention working with Rob Baumgartner throughout the project from planning through completion has been superb and appreciate his professionalism.

And we were very impressed with the 2 man crew who spent 1.5 weeks with us doing the teardown and rebuild.

Britton was professional and very thorough with my claim. He handled everything with the insurance adjuster and fought for me on items that I never knew were damaged until I examined them further. The roofers did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. His constant contact with me made it a very easy process especially at one of the busiest times at my job! Damon VanRycketook took pictures and inspected roof for us and took care of all the details for Insurance. He made sure we were informed the day they would start and finish.
