This is an excellent company. This was our 2nd project with them and we have been please each of the times they have worked on our building. Highly recommend them.

You guys need to used these place guys if want to take back ur yard again. No more swampy mud puddles for my dog to play with nor swampy poddles for bugs and misquote to live in. I am so happy I had them come out and get it done.

About a year and a half ago I purchased my first home. Being as careful as I could be I hired a home inspector. The house came back with no issues and I proceeded to buy it. 6 months later we had heavy rains and my basement and crawl space flooded. My world crumbled around me after spending all this money and stuck with this disaster. We contacted other companies and all they would do when they came out here was try to upsell me things and just patch some cracks. Those same cracks started leaking not even a month later. And of course they wouldn’t stand by there warranty making all different excuses.

FINALY I was recommended Everseal and decided to give this company a try before I ended up just selling this house at a major loss.

Ernesto came out and was very direct and not a game player. He inspected the entire situation from pictures to crawling in his knees inspecting my area. After finished he came to me with a game plan and said very straightforward and direct. I CAN fix this and there is only one way to do it and I will guarantee it. After working out the figures we agreed to this pretty big project. The day came and with all my nerves hanging in this they got to work. I have never seen such hardworking men that were polite and friendly and cared about my house. The amount of work they did and care they took amazed me right away. But that wasn’t the true test. I’m not going to lie to you my crawlspace and basement looked like a war zone, I even got so nervous I contacted Ernesto with concerns what we were doing. As always he cane and calmed me and said I will be happy.

Well the last day of work came and I’m going to say this with still disbelief they cleaned and restored my area not only back to original but BETTER than it looked before? But let’s put that aside also.

Here is the REAL test. I didn’t want to leave him a review until I knew for sure this guy took care of the problem and if he didn’t would stand behind it. Well it’s a year and a half and I haven’t seen a DROP of water no more. I have been thru some major rain and flooding some taking place just last week. People in my neighborhood got water and I HAD NOTHING AGAIN!!

EVERSEAL AND ERNESTO YOU ARE MY HERO! I called Ernesto about an hour ago and said well almost 2 years later and you did it. Rather than saying I told you so he said anything you ever need I’m here and it’s under warranty. What a great company and man. If anyone wants to see my issue or talk to me prior to having them do work for you I will talk to you.

Totally impressed by the speed and quality of a foundation crack repair. Javier dug down about 4', prepped the area well and completed the epoxy seal and crack injection. Great cleanup as well. Less than 5 hours. Hard working guy. Watched the operation and was very happy with the outcome.

Great Customer Service on the phone (Julia) and the gentlemen (Javier) that came to do the actual repair was very professional and clean. He explained exactly what he was going to do, and was very thorough. Patch work is clean and he explained the warranty that is included. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic company. Very professional. They moved the water heater, dryer and washer. They moved the hole for the sump pump away from the door, put in new drainage by the door (outside the basement). New tile, sump pump and sheathing on the walls to keep everything dry, clean and beautiful. I can not be happier. It happened just before these heavy rain days hit and dry as a bone. Thanks Everseal. I made the right choice.

Sump irrigation line installation project -- Done in an outstanding, professional manner. Work team, led by Reuben, was courteous and efficient. Upon work completion, it was hard to tell that some major trenching had been done in my yard. Too good to be true -- but it was. Highly recommend Everseal!

The entire Everseal Team went above and beyond for me. I had them install a new window well and replace a faulty drain system around my house. They did everything as promised and on time! When they were finished my yard looked like they were not even there, they put sod where they had to trench in my yard. I was VERY impressed; I highly recommend them to anyone.

They did work September 2017 on a new house my husband and I had just purchased. There were a lot of problems in the basement, and requirements that were demanded to be fixed by Glendale Heights, within 90 days of closing. I was overwhelmed thinking “How am I to find a good contractor?” and just filled with anxieties. The major thing was putting in an egress window/ window well, and a few other basement problems with basement. Rebecca at the front office was very courteous. They gave me a good estimate. Also, when the crew came in they were very respectful of my house. They always put on those shoe shield things to protect my wooden floors. They were always punctual, and finished quickly. Could not recommend them more highly!
