Next Level is family owned and operated, professional, and honest. They give extensive roof inspections and even walk you through your insurance claim process. They take the time to educate you, and they actually hand nail all shingles instead of using a nail gun which is almost unheard of. If you are in need of a new roof, roof repair, siding, or gutters, they are your guys. AND they offer financing. Highly recommend these guys to all family and friends!

Our insurance company had twice denied a wind damage claim for our roof. We had Johnathan come to do an estimate thinking we would be paying cash, but he said there was definitely wind damage. Johnathan met with the insurance adjuster and they agreed to pay the claim! The Next Level crew was fast and efficient and left the yard perfectly clean. Our roof looks awesome! Johnathan was very thorough and helpful with the product choices we had to make. We could not be happier with the service provided by Next Level.

Finding a good honest company to install your roof is tough. We interviewed many and have had this done to our previous home. I must say Jean Vazquez with next level roofing took care of us. It was the best roofing experience we have ever had. They ended up getting the insurance company to cover a majority of the cost. They did all the leg work with the insurance company. And most importantly I watched their crews doing portions of my roof. They dont use nail guns, instead they take the time to ensure nails are properly installed by using their hands/tools to install each and every mail ensuring they are perfect. This was an awesome experience and I highly recommend Jean Vazquez with next level roofing!

When I first met Nate Middleton I soon realized any father would be glad to call him his son.

They are courteous, thorough, and completed all work within a timely manner on my roof at a good price. They were even kind enough to replace a lightbulb on a hard-to-reach outside fixture. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had a tree fall on our roof, next level roofing came out the next day to take a look. Not only did they fix the shingles, but they also caulked a few areas that needed maintenance, cleaned out the gutters, and cleared the entire tree from my yard! No joke these guys even raked. I thought I’d be stuck processing the tree and borrowing a trailer to haul the pieces off myself, was very excited to hear they could haul it off instead! You’d never know a tree fell on my house, very professional, great quality repair. Every face I met was friendly, I highly recommended this company, and will absolutely call them again if I have any roofing needs in the future.

Had a water stain on the ceiling and thought it was time to get a new roof. Instead I was told I only need maintenance and that the roof is still good. Was shown pictures of issues and then pictures of the finished product without issues. Never knew that maintenance was an option to fix the missing nails in all of the outlets on the roof. Also blew out the gutters, removed the dish satellite. Good for a few more years at a fraction of the price. Next Level is a local small business, #supportlocal. Very happy with the results and will continue to use and recommend Next Level to my family and friends for all roofing needs.

Paul and Tyler were super professional and courteous. Paul was extremely caring and made sure I was happy. He even went as far as after the repairs was complete he helped my 83 year old grandmother who recently had a stroke put her belongings back into her closet that was remodeled. He was so pleasant and understanding to work with. I will always request him if I need work done in the future. Fantastic service.

These guys are awesome! Where do I begin.Jonathan Came out to the house right away after we discovered a leak in our roof and I mean within a couple of hours of a phone call.
He took Pictures and explained to me that the Roof was fairly new and looks like there had been some repairs but not the best job was done. Since we had only been in the home for less than a year I did some investigating and turns out the roof was in fact still under warranty. I reached out to the company that installed it and they said there was nothing wrong. I called Jonathan right away and he got on the phone with the roofing company that did the work and explained to them what he found. I was blown away With his customer service and eagerness to help even though they weren’t gonna be doing the work because the roof is still under warranty. I would highly recommend this company to anyone because they are honest and upfront and so eager to help. I will recommend them to people in the future and use them for any future roof repairs. Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time.

All around great repair job. I already referred them for a bid on a whole roof job since they did a nice job on my repair. Would definitely use again.
