I cannot commend everyone that was involved in the process enough. James was wonderful to work with and was a huge asset in bringing the design together! Jason and crew went above and beyond from the beginning! We loved the BuilderTrend app and being able to keep up with progress as well as easy communication.

We cannot recommend Aquascapes Pools enough!

Throughout the pool building process the professionalism of Aquascapes was phenomenal. Sean made us feel like we were their only customers although I knew they were building multiple pools at the same time. The ease of communication and walking us step by step through this process made us extremely happy customers. They delivered everything they promised and then some in 5 weeks! I cannot thank Sean, Jason, Matt and the entire team enough!

Loved everything about this company and the process! Building a pool is a huge project and you never know what to expect. Aquascapes was flawless from beginning to end. Great communication and excellent customer service! I was fully confident that they would do everything they said they would. I’m still in awe that in less than a month, our front and backyards are back to green grass with an added sparkling swimming pool and spa! Crazy! What an excellent job!

Okay okay.. hear me out. We reached out to Aquascapes at the end of the summer because we wanted both a pool and a custom patio. We set a budget, but unfortunately we’re bougie and what we wanted was out of OUR budget. Sean (the owner) personally worked with us and sent us multiple designs that would work within our budget and encompass all of our requests to ensure we met our budget. Ultimately that meant my husband and I would have to make some compromises, and that is not what I wanted. We decided to start with the custom back patio first and with the goal of paying what we financed quickly, we will come back and get the bougie pool we want. Sean has been nothing but patient with all our requests, questions, and maybe some micro managing. He would always text back or call same day when I would reach out. I honestly feel this review won’t give Aquascapes enough justice. Additionally, they did cement work for us like extending our driveway and adding a 10x12 pad for our shed to be installed. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that Sean did all the paperwork with the City of Magnolia to ensure that our permits were properly done and that all of the inspections were scheduled quickly, and all of the phases passed the first time with no issues!! Thank you thank you thank you Sean for making this experience so seamless and easy for us and for taking good care of us. We can’t wait to work with you on our pool!

Also, he recommended us to Billa Gutters for the patio gutters and that was also a great recommendation!!

-Sean is design, sales, and basically the GC. He was great! Above and beyond for sure!!
-Jason oversaw the job day-to-day, Sean's right hand man once construction started. He was super helpful with updates, even gave me the name of a painter who helped us out with the awning and did great work!
-Matt-taught pool school and maintained pool until we pool school. Super thorough and very helpful. Still answers my questions when I forget something or have a question (thank goodness)!

We had an initial consult with Sean the first week of May 2024. By June 3rd they started the dig, and by June 27th we were swimming!

I think the best part initially was the fact that Sean was a no pressure sales guy, very professional, and responsive when I texted him random questions before we signed the contract.

Sean set us up with an app that showed the pool build schedule, as well as a Ring camera that caught movement in the yard (which was super nice because we were on vacation for a big chunk of the build). During our vacation, Sean was super helpful by communicating with the contractor I had scheduled the awning build with as well--something he def did not have to do.

All the contractors showed up exactly as scheduled with only one weather delay that didn't affect our swim date.

Throughout the process, Sean was available by phone/text and was super responsive--highly recommend working with him! Jason was there day to day and was also very helpful. He gave me the name of a painter that did a fantastic job on our awning. His experience is evident, super helpful.
Matt maintained chems until pool school, then taught pools school. Super thorough and very helpful. Responsive to quick questions even after everything else was completely finished.

After the build and we were all set up, I had an issue with the umbrella sleeve on the table. Sean had guys come out a few times and I still was not happy. Eventually they came out and completely removed the old sleeve and replaced it. Also had an issue with the robot that came with the pool. Sean and Matt handled the warranty work and had someone come out and fix it.

Literally 100% happy with our experience and highly recommend Aquascapes, Sean, Jason, Matt...ALL super great!

We just finished building our outdoor oasis with Aquascapes. They made everything go so smoothly and did an incredible job from start to finish. The communication was clear and they were out here when they said they would be here. The detail to craftsmanship was unmatched. They had creative ideas when designing the pool and made our backyard feel so much larger and brought the outdoor space to life. We have worked with a lot of contractors, and this by far was the easiest team we have ever worked with. Sean, Jason, or Denver was on site to monitor the project anytime there was work being done.

Sean and team were absolutely amazing! From dig to fill in less than 30 days! Sean and Jason were always coming by checking on the project, sending pictures, and asking if we had questions. Any time I called my phone call was answered or quickly returned. Pricing was competitive but their customer service can't be beat. We love our pool and can't wait for summer. The Aquascapes team did an amazing job with our pool! James came up with a fantastic design and the pool was completed in a little over two months from dig day. From the initial design phase, to material selection, to the final start-up, Sean and his team remained punctual and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. All of our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner, which helped reduce our (first time) stress levels immensely. Even with inclement weather, we progressed from dig day to pool school within 10 weeks. We now have an amazing backyard oasis to enjoy with our family and friends for many years to come! Aquascapes was GREAT!! Submitted an inquiry online and James Isbell was out the next day to discuss what we were wanting to build. He did a great job designing exactly what we wanted! Their bid came in way under other pool companies with many standard features that were expensive upgrades with other companies. James was very flexible and accommodating with the many design tweaks!!! Communication was outstanding throughout the build from James, Sean, and Jason, the project manager!! The construction schedule was pretty spot on minus one or two changes here and there. All around Aquascapes was awesome!!! Our pool is absolutely beautiful!! We made a great decision choosing Aquascapes!!!

I gave Five stars but if I could give more I would. I can not say enough good things about this pool company. I have had them build two pools, and outdoor spaces for me and the work and value has been outstanding! The pool building business on the whole is un regulated and there are a lot of companies taking advantage of a lot of people. Aquascapes is a bright light of quality in a dark industry. Sean and the rest of the team are outstanding. They provide a very quality product at a competitive price and they stand behind their work. After purchasing our first house with a pre existing pool I vowed to never own a home without one. Building the perfect outdoor space can be daunting. Aquascapes does it all. If I am building a pool I am calling Aquascapes. If I have pool questions I am calling Aquascapes. IF I was forced to use a different pool company I would call and ask Aquscapes for recommendations. I would ask Aquascapes to double check what a different company was telling me. I trust Aquascapes completely. Fantastic people fantastic company.

Sean and the entire team at Aquascapes were awesome to work with throughout our entire pool process. From the outset of the project, we had a daily calendar planned out with every activity from the initial dig to the final walkthrough/Pool School, with updates every day on the progress. They even use security cameras that allowed us to monitor the progress when we were out of state!

Communication throughout the entire build process was top-notch. It has been nearly 4 months since our pool was completed and I can still get Sean on the phone easily to troubleshoot any questions that I may have as we get up to speed being new pool owners.

In addition to the great job in installing the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bathroom, and storage room, they also had great contacts for us to use for things like gutters, artificial turf, and retractable screens.

Aquascapes did a great job on our pool, which was built along with the house. They worked hand in hand with us and the builder to schedule everything alongside the house construction, and it came out great.

They also set up a warranty replacement for me when one of the lights went out (which of course wasn't their fault), and it cost me nothing. So you get good post-project support too. Highly recommend!
