Next Level Roofing replaced areas of soffit, flashing and roofing around an area that had animal and water damage, including resetting the gutter and repainting. They were everything you want in a service provider - responsive, detailed quote, fair price, excellent work, and available pretty quickly. We were particularly impressed that they were able to exactly match the existing paint as it was right above our front door and in clear view. Will definitely use them for future work that they do.

They did a great job fixing my roof leak, replacing all of my vent flashings / pipes, and sealing (about 15 vents). Next Level Roofing installed new gutters and downspouts on my home as well as did some roof repairs. Paul was very professional, was honest about the work needed to be done and showed me before and after pics of the repairs. The gutters and downspouts were installed professionally…the crew arrived on time and the the end product looks great. Price was reasonable as well. Will definitely have Next Level take care of all my roof and gutter work going forward.

Paul and Vito are very good to work with. House caught fire on Jan 8th and Vito and his guy was there that night to board up windows and tarp my roof. Very understanding fellers in the payment process. Highly recommend

Hired 3 previous contractors who could not identify the leak in my ceiling. Jonathan came out the day after I called him and found the problem and was able to quickly and efficiently solve it. He was also very respectful to our home and took extra steps to ensure nothing was damaged during his inspections. What an amazing company! This company has the best customer service! From the initial communication to set up an inspection with Paul, to the install completed by Nolan. The inspection completed by Paul was quick and very thorough. It contained lots of photos to help me understand what was needed. He took the time to explain what needed to be completed now and what could wait if needed. The installation by Nolan and his team was explained step by step to me from the very beginning. Communication was outstanding with everyone from this company. As a first time owner I had a lot of questions and both Paul and Nolan were very knowledgeable and understanding. Jonathan and his team are really nice folks, they put us at ease after our home was struck by a tornado in Jan 2023. The tornado caused roof, window, siding, gutter, fencing and some interior damage, in addition to other things.

The initial work done was quick and communication was good. They helped with the insurance claim process which was a huge relief - as a new homeowner, I was not familiar with any of it.

Challenges
Before any work began, I was told that once we got insurance claim approval, someone would be at our home at least every other day or every week or two until all work was done. That did not happen (finally repairs were done approximately 13 months after work began) - there were delays with supplemental insurance claims and material availability, which is completely understandable, but communication was very poor. I felt like I kept having to remind them that additional repairs needed to be done, when they knew things were unfinished.

We also had concerns about quality of work done on a couple of the projects. Overall, the quality was good, but fence, garage door and chimney replacements were questionable (at first - after asking them to fix/replace these things, they took care of them immediately).

I feel like Next Level is a stellar roofing company with a wonderful team of people. Where they fall short (in my opinion) is overextending themselves on the remodeling side of the business. If they can address issues of overpromising and poor communication, they will be top notch in that side of the business as well.

Highly recommend Next Level Roofing I had a leak on my dryer vent flashing on my roof while in the process of selling my home. I called yesterday and Jonathan had workers out yesterday evening and gave me a quote and had a roofer at my house today and made all necessary repairs. I am a first time customer and I am very pleased with the quick response, professionalism, the work and even the price was fair. Will be using them for all my roofing projects. As I’m writing this it is pouring down rain at my house so I went in the attic to check the repair and it is dry as a bone! Thanks again Next Level Roofing!!!!

I had Paul with next level out after getting multiple bids from a few roofers for some roof repairs, not only was there bid the best but the quality of work they extended into my project far exceeded my expectations. I can be an incredibly ocd person, so with repairs of this magnitude I would usually be uneasy. With next level there crew was so tedious with there step by step explanation, updates and quality work, the whole process went by with out me ever second guessing anything, i new I was in good hand. I was shopping around for the best quality and fair price for my gutters. After talking to Jean, he explained everything and made it a very simple process. Also I support our retired military, Jean is a Ex Marine and definitely carries those values.

But the biggest thing is the look and the the quality of the gutters. They're exactly what we discussed, and definitely are the right size for the heavy flow of water that comes off my roof. I've had problems in the past where they installed gutters that weren't big enough or didn't match the house correctly. These gutters are exactly what I needed to make the water around my foundation not puddle up, and they look great. I would say at least take a look at what they have to offer before you make a final decision. Thank you Jean for the help.

I was referred to Next Level because we needed to have some plumbing repairs that would create the need for tile repairs in the shower. There was only one bathroom in this home, and the tile was older and hard to match. Next level coordinated the repair immediately after the plumbing repair was done so that tenant could have use of the shower as quickly as possible. They matched the tile and it looked great.

Recently, I worked with my insurance broker to reevaluate opportunities for savings and a part of our process was to get a roof assessment from next level.

Candidly, I was reluctant, as getting cold calls in the past has not made this process appealing.

I cannot say enough good things about how the company handled approaching and working with me. They called when my insurance broker asked them to. The process to set a time was easy and professional.

Professionalism only went up tenfold when Paul called me in advance to let me know he was 15 minutes away, treated both myself and my home with utmost respect, clear communication, transparency and honesty.

Admittedly, the costs are on the higher end if you have connections with tradesmen. Though if efficiency and ease and quality is the highest priority. This is the way to go.

As someone who has been a sales professional for 12 years, I notice all of the ways that sales consultants do or do not show up in a helpful way. Paul was nothing but helpful, and he will be getting my call when needs arise.
