Needed a problem in our house evaluated as to its source and if it was something that was going to require mitigation with restoration. A very knowledgeable Beacon specialist, Nicolas, came over within a few hours, immediately identified the problem and its source. Fortunately, restoration services were not required, however Nicolas took the time to explain how our issue could be remediated, and what we should look for in terms of quality with the repair. Very grateful for the information and the excellent estimate service provided by Beacon.

My water restoration went well but after being offered to bid the rebuild Steven never sent me a estimate for the rebuild.

During this last storm hurricane beryl I had damage to my roof causing my living room ceiling to come down. I called Beacon and Stephen came out to assess the damage. This was my first time ever filing a claim. Stephen helped my through the insurance process and him and his team did an amazing job cleaning and drying everything up. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Beacon Restoration swooped in to help when we had a pipe burst during the Christmas freeze. Despite it being a holiday, Beacon acted swiftly and professionally and was at our house first thing on Christmas Eve morning to get the process started. The project manager was extremely kind and explained everything to us. He was able to really set our expectations on how the whole process would run. He also joined when subcontractors or anyone would come to work on the home. This was particularly helpful because he was great at explaining construction and restoration terms so we were truly able to understand what our options were. The owner, Scott, was wonderful at communicating with both us and our insurance company. It is very clear how knowledgeable he is in both restoration/construction as well as insurance. We never felt like Beacon was nickel and diming us, quite the opposite in fact. We felt like they truly had our best interest in mind. They were even able to get the project completed sooner than the original time frame. While we hope we never have to use restoration services again, if we do, we will without a doubt be calling them first. We highly recommend their services to anyone who needs them.

Beacon Restoration Services did a great job with my bathroom mold mediation. I had been smelling a horrible smell for a couple of years and thought it was my plumbing but turns out it was in my air ducts. I called my regular AC company and they said they don’t clean air ducts because it can damage them. My unit is 18 years old and decided to go with a restoration company. I called Beacon and they sent out Clay and Antonio. These two were hard working and did a great job cleaning my air ducts and AC coils. The smell is gone and I swear the AC is cooling so much better AND without the nasty smell. Thank you Beacon, Clay and Antonio! Great job!!

I've worked with Stephen @ Beacon Restoration twice in the last year to remediate mold issues in my home. I highly recommend Beacon Restoration for their speed, knowledge and quality work. Dealing with mold can be quite stressful but working with Stephen and the crew minimized any stress. Stephen patiently answered all of my many questions and concerns while the crew's careful attention to sealing off the area, containing/removing/disposing of the mold all while running air scrubbers, followed by dehumidifiers, confirmed they are experts who know what they are doing. We love our new pool! Backyard Oasis was a pleasure to work with. They worked with us to get the design just right. Our project was riddled with much rain and a hurricane. Backyard Oasis was a fantastic pool company to work with! Our designer Michelle was very nice and helpful with her design recommendations, and our project superintendent Mark went above and beyond to keep us on schedule and ensure our complete satisfaction with the final product. After the pool was finished, we had a couple issues with drainage and the pool equipment but Brandi and Nick provided excellent warranty service and the problems were fixed quickly. Overall, a great pool company. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a quality pool installation.
