Very professional and friendly company to work with. As situations came up during construction, as they always do, they were reasonable and easy to work with to reach a solution. They do a wonderful job at extracting your hopes and desires for the end product.

I have enjoyed my backyard oasis for 2+ years now and am still in love. Thank you Brandi for always being so responsive, professional and helpful when I have questions! You rock!

Wonderful experience all around…from the owner, Cheryl, to Brandi, Andy and all of the constriction crew. It began as an ordeal when I needed to get a variance from the city but Cheryl took the lead on that and I just basically met her at City Hall. The end result is a lifelong dream and I can’t thank Backyard Oasis enough!

Could not be happier with the overall experience of purchasing a pool from Backyard Oasis. From the design phase to there were extremely knowledgeable and explained all options in great detail. Their studio had unlimited visuals to help visualize certain features as tile color, design and pebble tech color. They were true professionals and their team was knowledgeable as to every single area of pool design and operation. To top things off the construction manager Raymond and pool tech Nick were amazing as they were so patient with my questions and concerns during and after construction, they truly made the experience five stars. We are truly impressed and happy with the overall experience from Backyard Oasis.

One year ago, Backyard Oasis completed the construction of our swimming pool, hot tub, and a patio cover. We were very happy with the appearance, and quality of their work. We were treated professionally and courteously by all their staff and subcontractors. Phone calls from me to any and all the staff during the construction were always answered or promptly returned.

I was especially impressed with Josh Gibbens, the construction superintendent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He also, always answered or returned my calls.

I waited a year to post this review because I wanted to see if they were as responsive after they had received full payment and during the warranty period. I was pleased to find that they were.
They have a specific person assigned to Customer Care & Warranty, Ms. Emily Barber. She is always very courteous, and friendly. I have only had two minor issues, and Ms. Barber had the issues resolved within a day or two. One those issues was by repaired by Josh personally. Thank you, Emily, Josh, Cheryl (the owner), and the entire Backyard Oasis staff.

We contracted Back Yard Oasis to create our dream pool in 2024. From start to finish we had an amazing team to make this happen.Maddie designed the perfect pool and Josh made sure it was perfect every step of the way and let’s not forget the customer service you receive from this company before, during and after construction. We couldn’t be happier, and would recommend Back Yard Oasis to anyone considering building a pool. Thanks again Maddie and Josh, your the best!

We have used Backyard Oasis now for two pools. This time we wanted something simple, but pretty. They did an excellent job through the entire process. From picking out options to staying within budget to managing the project. Can not say enough good things about this company and their customer service.

Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the process including Cheryl, Brandi, & Ramon. They completed our pool in our desired timeline which was not easy to do and it came out beautifully! Ramon and his team did an excellent job with building our pool and ensuring we were making progress each day to complete the pool on time. We are extremely happy with the gorgeous pool they built us and will be using them again for future backyard projects down the line!

We have been with Backyard Oasis since 2019. They designed and built our swimming pool, summer kitchen and backyard patio. We couldn't be happier with their service over the years. They have been easy to work with and have helped keep our pool in tip top shape with their warranty service. Brandi has been fantastic and easy to reach with our concerns. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to build a pool and have their investment taken care of years afterwards.

While selling our home with a pool, we encountered some warranty-related items that needed to be addressed quickly, along with transferring the warranty itself, all under tight deadlines. Emily went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled promptly and seamlessly. We had a great experience with Backyard Oasis Pools. We had quotes from 3 builders and it was an easy choice after meeting with Backyard Oasis. They are a family owned business and we immediately felt comfortable from the first visit with Michelle. She gave us a great design and offered us suggestions on design of pool and using travertine pavers. On top of that, the price was significantly lower than the other two builders. This was the smoothest experience I could expect. From start to finish they kept the yard as clean as possible everyday. Our PM was Ramon and he was the absolute greatest. He was onsite daily to make sure everything was going as expected and kept us informed. Plus our dog absolutely loved him! I can't say enough good things about Ramon. The entire crew from Cheryl the owner, to Josh, Emily and everyone we worked with have been super helpful. Our pool and patio came out absolutely beautiful and we are very thankful. I highly recommend Backyard Oasis.

I purchased a home with a Backyard Oasis pool that was installed in 2018. The homeowner hired Backyard Oasis to install the pool along with pavers around the pool. After a few months the pavers started to shift and after three years the movement was so bad that I had to bring out another contractor to tear most of the pavers up around the pool. They found two significant issues with Backyard Oasis's construction process: 1. the pool drain piping was not glued together at all in some places and poorly glued in other places allowing the joints to separate under the pavers. Each time the pool drained off water, it was eroding the base below the pavers and 2. there was a large drop at the end of the pavers on one side of the pool and instead of adding a footer and proper retaining wall, they just slapped concrete siding over the underlayment that quickly started to deteriorate. Just three years after being built, we had to spend over $6000 to fix the underlayment and pipes that would never have been needed if the pool pavers and plumbing had been installed properly. I called Backyard Oasis to let them know what we found. They sent someone out to evaluate the work but said that since it was no longer under warranty, they would not be making any repairs. However, as a token of goodwill, they offered to let me attend their one-hour pool school. You may appear to have a beautiful looking product when they finish but watch them closely because you could end up with my situation two or three years down the road after your warranty is expired. Having things done right the first time may take a few extra minutes and cost a little more but it will save you money and a big headache in the long run.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Backyard Oasis! Initially, I spoke with several pool builders but none were able to match Backyard Oasis’ professionalism and customer service! Aaron did a great job designing our pool and the superintendent, Jacob, was always readily available to answer questions and ensure the job was done right and on time! A pool is a big investment and that’s why I felt it important to speak to several companies before making the decision on Backyard Oasis, and I’m glad I did! They’re very kind and assisted us throughout the whole process. They’ve also been in business over 20 years, so I knew we were dealing with a reputable company! Great job Backyard Oasis!

They did an excellent job upgrading our 30 year old pool. Marc designed a beautiful rock waterfall to replace a ugly brick and tiled wall. In addition, they added a pattern concrete side walk and deck to the lake behind the pool. Josh did a great job managing the construction and was responsive to our questions. The workmanship for all aspects of the job was outstanding. The pictures in the review show the pool before and after the remodel. I recommend Backyard Oasis for remodeling or building a new pool.

Great experience start to finish, our construction manager Ramon was very helpful through a complex process and was on site almost daily to answer all of our questions and ensure things were progressing as expected. The process was smooth and their teams were working hard every day to get our pool built in less than 8 weeks dig to swim!!! Awesome experience and I would highly recommend Backyard Oasis and Ramon as a GC!!!

We started our pool process at the end of 2022 and it was completed in early to mid 2023, our pool is on the larger size of pools and the sunk in kitchen and grain bin took a little bit of time. Can't say enough great things about Andy and Nick! They both are amazing to work with.
