No Limit Pools transformed our backyard into an oasis. The pool was built in an amazing short period of time, displaying great project management skills. It seemed that there was progress almost every day. It fulfilled every expectation that we had. They accommodated every change that we dreamt up with ease. They formed the concrete to blend in with our existing concrete slab, so that it's hard to tell which is old and which is new. We even had a repair performed after three years and it seemed liked they dropped everything to fix our pool. I would recommend No Limit Pools to everyone looking to overhaul their backyard into their new dream space.

We decided to use No Limit Pools after considering five other companies and it turned out to be a great decision. We love our pool, especially the in-floor cleaning system, and have been extremely satisfied with the service we have received since it was completed. In the selection process we conversed with all six companies as we revised our plans and sought answers to many questions. We found Marc Ballard of No Limit to be the most responsive in all respects. We would go directly to No Limit without hesitation should we ever have another pool project in the future.

Finding the best pool builder is an arduous task, especially when you have never built or owned a pool. We knew one thing was for sure, not to sacrifice quality for cost. A couple referrals from friends and family led us to get quotes from Presidential Pools and National Pools & Spas respectively. A few other quotes came from Internet searches. Our friends highly referred Presidential because of the sheer size of the company and their likely hood to be in business to service their warranty. Ironically, almost every other company had a common warning about them despite, and some in spite, of their size. My brother-in-law referred National mainly for their competitive price against Shasta Pools. After lots of research and reading reviews online, we (actually my wife) found No Limit Pools & Spas.
No Limit was the only pool builder with a perfect record on the Better Business Bureau site. They had no record of complaints or resolutions. What surprised us was they were the only company with a positive review with BBB. After reading many of their customer reviews, I called Marc for a quote. He was very straight forward and disclosed everything we needed to know about his pricing strategy and building process. Although he stressed that he does not compete on price alone, but strive to maintain quality and customer satisfaction, his quote was fairly reasonable in comparison with the ones we already received.
We heard from others that their pool building process took long due to conflicts with scheduling contractors. We hoped for a quick build process since it was already late August. Despite our financial situation and long loan process timeline, Marc agreed to start the process. We threw a curve ball at him by moving the whole pool further away from our house (looks different with paint on the ground than on paper). The move was significant enough to require new permits. However, he absorbed the change and kept the same schedule with added cost to expedite the permit. We are so glad he accommodated the move since it gave us more room to add other features where we wanted. The whole process, from starting excavation to filling the pool, was a total of 28 days. There was no unnecessary delays due to sub-contractor schedule conflicts. They completed our pool about two weeks before we expected based on typical build times, even before we would have gotten final funding for the loan. That came in just in the nick of time to avoid delay because I kept nagging the loan officer.
Marc at No Limit Pools & Spas is one of the best pool builders who truly cares about customer satisfaction and will ensure the pool is built right. We never worried if they were letting our project sit idle due to other projects. We even had to go out of town for a week during the critical time when you had to keep the shotcrete wet. To avoid delay to schedule, he took care of that part as well. It was a pleasant surprise when we came back to find the pool practically completed. We had a great experience with No Limit Pools & Spas and would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

I'm on my second pool with No Limit Pools & Spas. Once you decide to go with them, you'll never go elsewhere. You deal directly with the owner Marc, who helps guide you through the pool design process, making sure you are getting exactly what you want out of your back yard.
I recommend that you meet with other pool builders before calling No Limit. You'll then understand that Marc has your best interest in mind, while keeping your budget in check.
I've recommended No Limit Pools & Spas to my friends who were looking for a pool builder and, they not only went with No Limit, they referred them to their friends and family as well.
Their also able be very price competitive, since they do not have all of the costs associated with the National Builders. If you want to be swimming in 3 weeks, call them.

We are glad we went with Marc and No Limit Pools. Our pool ended up being bigger than originally planned due to an error on Marc's estimate. He made it right by not charging us for his error. He sticks to his word by delivering what he promises and makes good on any mistakes he makes. He is honest and straight forward with his business. If you want it done on time (ours was done earlier than promised) and by someone who knows how to efficiently build a great pool call No Limit. His pricing and service are second to none.

Marc Ballard was exceptional to work with. He cares about every detail and focuses on quality. Each crew showed up timely, got their portion done, and Marc & Heath kept me up to date on each step. I don't want to set an expectation, but it was amazing how fast they got it done! It has now been 5 months since our pool was completed and Marc is still responsive to questions! No Limit Pools was the 3rd builder that we contacted prior to starting our project. No Limit Pools and Spas just finished our new pool in June as promised! We had originally signed a contract with Paddock/Cameo Pools in March. Unfortunately, they took our deposit money and never came back to do anything! My kids were disappointed and we had to start from scratch. Me Credit Union Lender recommended using No Limit Pools, said they have a great reputation, and they were right!

From the time we signed the contract to the day we were swimming in our amazing new pool was just under 5 weeks! The whole process was smooth and professional. I never had to ask about progress or next steps. The quality of work is amazing and the price was very competitive.

I received quotes from 9 different pool companies; many from the largest name brand pool builders in the industry. Most of them had good designs and competitive pricing. However, all but one company, said the time frame to build a pool would range from 6 months up to 1 year till completion. Every pool company had problems with obtaining shotcrete and scheduling subcontractors. These factors greatly contributed to my decision for choosing No Limit Pools. I was quoted a competitive price for top of the line products, a 3-4 month build time, an incredibly small deposit, and they do not use subcontractors; the company has its own employees for every aspect of the pool build. The entire pool was completed in 44 days. That timeline undoubtedly would have been much quicker had the bank not taken over 3 weeks for final approvals. No Limit Pools went above and beyond during this time! They began construction and invested their own money into the completion of the pool with nothing more than a mere $1,000 deposit from us and no guarantees from the bank other than a preapproval letter! Without even having received the funds from us, No Limit Pools would go out of their way to accommodate our special requests for custom features added to the design later. Dave, Marc, and Heath were great to work with, honest, and always responded quickly to my text messages. They would not only keep in close communication, but also stopped by the house every step of the way to ensure the process was completed to our satisfaction. They ensure quality work and in a timely manner. I am so glad we choose No Limit Pools!!!

My experience was nothing but perfect dealing with this company. Everything was absolutely amazing. Mark (owner) kept to his timelines, which was unbelievably quick, he had someone working almost everyday until the job was done. The quality was beyond my expectations. If you’re on the fence, jump off and dive in. You won’t regret working with them.

It's been about two years since our pool was built and I just couldn't be more pleased. Mark completed the project in about 5 weeks, as promised and the workmanship was a 10. We have had just two issues since completion, a place in the decking settled and the salt cell developed a small leak. In each case Heath responded immediately and these minor issues were corrected at no cost to me. No Limit Pools is, without a doubt the best company that I have ever worked with, and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

We waited nearly 3 years to finish our backyard landscaping and pool project. We compared many popular pool builders. Every time we made comparisons we discovered we were getting an amazing deal with No Limit Pools.

Marc Ballard (the owner) and his team built us an amazing pool with a rock waterfall (with wet steps) and grotto. Our project had over 2000 sq ft. of travertine and a pool nearly 100 perimeter feet with an in floor cleaner system. The project from day 1 of dig to swimming was less than 30 days!!! Every person that has looked at our pool love it. From the waterslide to the raised area with sheer waterfalls all the way to the skimmer cover (which is travertine, not plastic). The entire project is awesome and our family loves it.

The other companies are good pool builders, but when we started to add all the travertine, in floor cleaners, sheer waterfalls and the raised areas, their price went well over our budget. Marc and No Limit Pools stayed within our budget and we could not be happier.

I have recommended many friends and family to No Limit Pools and will continue to do so. Dealing with the owner since day one was a great experience. You will not be disappointed.

James did such an amazing job turning our backyard grotto into a crystal clear oasis!! He came back several days in a row to check on it, retreat it, vacuum it, and adjust the filter settings. The no limit pools team did an amazing job on my pool from the design to the execution of the pool start to finish after 3 year everything is still perfect and I love that I can call them every February or march to get my slide resealed just in time for swim season

I rarely write reviews but wanted to share my experience with No Limit Pools. The pool process was easy peezy. We told Marc what we wanted and he delivered. I always wanted a sunken bar, slide, fire bowls, and water sheers and hot tub. He came back with a design within our budget and we are in love with it. A few years later we had a few warranty items that needed to be taken care of and his team came out and got the job done. In fact they did an awesome job. Can’t go wrong with this company!

No Limit Pools built our pool in May, 2020. They were extremely fast and efficient. From the day they broke ground, to the day we started swimming, was 30 days. We could not be more happy and pleased. Mark and Heath are excellent to work with. If you need a pool built in the East Valley, this is a pool company you should strongly consider.

I received quotes from about 6 different companies prior to selecting No Limit. No Limit was competitive with everyone else and also had a significantly reduced construction timeline (10-12 weeks when everyone else told me about 12 months!)

No Limit delivered a beautiful pool within the promised timeline. We signed our contract in late April and were swimming in our pool by July! They were very responsive and always kept me in the loop during each phase of the process. Building a pool is a big project, but I wouldn't hesitate about using No Limit again.

Great customer service, quality work, excellent timeline! That is how we would describe our experience with No Limit Pools. After buying our house, building a pool was our number one priority. We researched a few companies, but what drew us to No Limit Pools was their positive reviews. After meeting Dave, it was no surprise why customers had positive things to say. Dave was friendly, honest, and considerate of our time. He was never too busy to answer questions or stop by. Dave solidified our decision to go with No Limit Pools. The timeline that was proposed far exceeded any other company we had talked to. Much to our surprise, our pool was completed in a little over four weeks, which was faster than originally planned! Once excavation started, we worked more closely with Heath, who also was very responsive whenever we had questions. He patiently helped explain the process and next steps to us whenever we asked. The crews that worked on each stage of construction were like a well-oiled machine and quickly and professionally completed each task whether it be excavating, rebar, concrete, tile, plumbing, electrical, pebble, etc. We don’t know if there is such a thing as a ‘perfect’ construction project, but this may have been as close as you can get to that. We are very happy with our pool and our decision to go with No Limit Pools. We would 100% recommend them to anybody looking for a new pool build! Thank you to Marc and his team for a job well done!

We contacted No Limits Pools to help us design and build our dream backyard, from the initial contact to the time the pool was filled with water they did exactly as promised. The crew was professional, very clean workmanship and very knowledgeable. The Arizona Tile & Stone Specialist team did an amazing job restoring my traverine floors! They paid amazing attention to detail and ensured every corner, nook, and cranny was perfectly cleaned and polished before they left. I will definitely be using them again, and will be referring them to my friends and family.
