We used AZ Tile & Stone Specialist to clean and seal our tile floors, seal our granite and marble countertops, they cleaned our shower, and even cleaned some carpet! Five star experience all around. Highly recommend.

Mike Green and team worked on one of our high end properties. Guests dug deep gouges in the tile in the middle of a large living room. Mike worked on it, ground it all down carefully removed all the scratches, buffed and polished the time and it all looks like new. Great work! Will be the first call I make when needed. Very Happy!!

12/16 630am. Whatever driver you have cutting up traffic swerving in and out of cars doing almost 60 in a 45 going down Guadalupe in a company vehicle is going to hurt someone.

I just had my master bathroom travertine tile and grout cleaned, polished and sealed. After about 8 years of use, the grout was black and the tile had etched in many places from the hard water. Tyler spent more than 3 hours on my floor and shower pan, and they really look brand new. I wish I would have taken a before shot so you could see the difference. I am so impressed by AZ tile and Stone Spec, and will definitely use them on other projects. Pricing is reasonable, service is great and he was very respectful of the property.

Arizona Tile and Stone Specialists is a topnotch company that came to my rescue today. Starting with Tracy, whose voice and demeanor are so professional yet warm, I was fortunate enough to be able to talk to owner Mike Green about a problem I had created on my sister's tile when I placed a rubber backed rug in her hall and the adhesive melted off of it and stuck to the tile. It had been there for weeks, and I was afraid that I was never going to be able to fix the problem. It was an emergency because my sister has a broken leg and was struggling to walk on the mess. I needn't have worried, because Mike assured me that he could have his son, Garrett, come over this very day. When Garrett arrived EARLY, I appreciated the company even more. He was congenial, hardworking, and skillful. There will never be a time when when we need a tile or stone specialist that we would think of using anyone but Arizona Tile and Stone Specialists. Thanks so much to Tracy, Mike, and Garrett. You're GREAT!

Overall, I am satisfied with the results. Our tile and grout was disgusting and I couldn't get it clean on my own. Now, the floors are clean and brighter! LOVE it! However, if you hire these guys make sure to check the floor for any spots they missed before they leave. There are a few spots our guy missed. He courteously re-did one major section, but there are other smaller inconsistencies in some corners and in tighter areas where the machine had a hard time fitting (like the visible part under the fridge and oven doors).

Great work at a fraction of the other estimates. Nice communication and professionalism. The result was like getting a new floor.

We hired a local company to clean our tile floor and they damaged the surface (acrylic) finish and could not fix. We search and we found Arizona Tile & Stone Specialist on line. After reading the 4.8 star reviews, we called to get a quote. Mike Green General Manager came out and educated us on the flooring we had in our home and told us about Arizona tile & Stone Specialist. We did get 4 quotes then decided to hire Mike & his team. Hector & Tyler were sent out, well dressed and very polite & on time. Job was to strip, hone, & polish out limestone. After the chemical was used to stripe the acrylic finish off the limestone, they started to hone the floor. The final process was to add a sealer. After we noticed that the chemical was absorbed so bad into the limestone floor that it changed the color. Hector & Tyler worked very hard all day to get our floors done in one day. The next day we contacted Mike Green General Manager to have him inspect the job on what the chemical did to the limestone. This is the reason why we hired Arizona Time & Stone specialist, Mike right away knew this was not acceptable to him and to us. First thing he said: “Not to worry Tim we are insured and bonded. We’ll make this right”. That made us so grateful that we hire an 5 star company!! That evening Mike talked to the owners, called us even after hours and reassured us that the floor will be replaced asap. I could not be more proud of a local company that stands upright to do the right thing no matter what. We already are scheduled to get the floors replaced next week. Things happen when contractors do work, people have to understand this but when you hire reputable first class companies then the job will be completed 100% to their standards and the customer satisfaction.
