Called on Saturday morning to get an estimate to have our tile cleaned. Spoke with Josh (owner) who had his crew out within a few hours to take care of all our issues. Have used them in the past and follow up customer service is amazing!

THIS COMPANY IS FABULOUS!!! The tile floors/grout throughout our house are "new" again! The crew was courteous and careful, and their follow up was immediate. "Your wish is my demand". This is perhaps the best home improvement company I've ever encountered. Thank you Dan, Josh and crew for a job well done!

GREAT SERVICE! After completing my tile and grout service I wasn't happy with the kitchen area. I told Josh the high traffic area still needed work. He immediately unpacked his equipment and proceeded to retreat the area. He told me he wasn't going to leave until I was 100% satisfied. The owner Dan was a pleasure to work with too. You have a client for life!

We presented Desert Tile and Grout with a tile floor that has survived 17yrs, 4 kids and 4 dogs. We were unsure whether the floor was salvageable. The workers arrived and reassured us they could take it on. Wow! We are thrilled with the results. They worked hard and efficiently and made sure they reached the desired results. They even took the time to do the small entryway in another room. They cleaned up after themselves quickly and were extremely polite. I highly recommend this company.

I could not be happier with this company. My floors look better than they did when I moved in and the house was brand new. The price was reasonable, the crew awesome. Josh and his guys were so very pleasant and helpful in addition to doing a great job. Professional, clean and efficient. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. The work that Josh and team did was amazing. Just moving into a house and wasn't a fan of the tile/grout combo and looking to get the grout cleaned. Josh came over for a preliminary meeting to conform and asked me what color I wanted my grout. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! Heck yeah! Deep cleaned the tile, stained the grout and sealed it all. It looks like a new house and I love it. Very responsive, thorough, great communication. 5 stars across the board. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Josh's company does amazingly good work! His team recently cleaned, re-sanded, and finished multiple outdoor patios that are made of pavers. The stonework originally was installed 14 years ago but now looks brand new thanks to the great work of Desert Tile & Grout Company.

We had been considering replacing the tile in our home when it was recommended we look into redoing the grout instead. We decided that it was the better way to go and really happy that we did. Josh and his team did a great job working with us to make sure we found a few colors that we really liked (giving us some options) to help us achieve the look we wanted with our floor. They arrived on time, moved our furniture, and got right to work. Showed us some different examples on our actual floor with our various choices too so we could see what it would really look like in OUR home, with OUR lighting, etc. Glad they took the time to do so as we ended up going with something different than what we initially picked out! They really did an excellent job and we would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Josh and his crew are great! I hired them to do our grout repair and sealing even though the quote was more. From the reviews, I chose to pay more for a better result and I definitely made the right decision. Our floors look wonderful.

Dan and his team did an absolutely fantastic job on my Saltillo tile floors. I did quite a bit of research before selecting Desert Tile & Grout Care, and what really sold me was seeing lots of pictures of their work. They certainly lived-up to those expectations, transforming my dull/worn floor by stripping, painting grout, and re-sealing, really making the floors pop! I really appreciate the wonderful and professional customer service and support, as well as the true quality of work.

Desert Tile & Grout Care is amazing!!! We thought we needed to replace a number of our tiles, but were wrong. Josh stated that we had grout haze from a home that has soft grout. This generally happens when too much water is added to the grout. He told us how to clean the haze and what products to use on the tile in the future. He also advised to longer use a steam mop. We will have them come back in future to clean, paint and seal the grout to solve this problem. We were so impressed with their service, that we are going to recommend Desert Tile & Grout to our entire community!!

After recently having our bathrooms remodeled, we had Josh and his crew seal our new tile to keep it looking fresh! What a great crew and team. Definitely recommend!

I recently had Josh and company at Desert Tile and Grout strip off the old sealer and reapply fresh sealer to my fairly large travertine patio. They also repaired some defects in some of the tiles. They were fantastic! It turned out to be a lot more work than either of us thought it would be, but they completed the job promptly and at the agreed upon price. Now the patio looks brand new! I give them my highest recommendation!

We recently moved into a new house that needed a lot of tile work. Desert Tile and Grout replaced 40 cracked tiles, cleaned all tiles, and performed color seal treatment on our grout. We were blown away by the results, it looks like we have brand new flooring! Josh and his team have the best customer service out there. We have referred him to friends and family and are customers for life!

In November, my husband and I decided to get our tile and grout cleaned before the arrival of our first child. I started searching for local businesses and came across Desert Tile. I called and left a message and quickly received a call back from Dan. We made an appointment for him to come by and give us a quote. Dan was wonderful! He was courteous, professional, and hilarious! We really enjoyed talking to him and decided to use his company for the cleaning. On the day of the scheduled service, Josh and George were also courteous and professional. We felt very comfortable having them in our home. They did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Desert Tile is a top notch company with very affordable pricing!

Desert Tile & Grout did an amazing job stripping, cleaning and coloring my tile and grout. The floor looks better now then when I moved in 4 years ago! Josh was awesome and drove all the way to Casa Grande to give me a quote on the work, explained the process and wasn't pushy at all when I initially decided not to go with the cleaning. I wised up and had the work done a week later and now that's it done I'm so happy I made the decision to call them!

I want to give a shout out to Josh at Desert Tile & Grout. Our tile grout was in major need of a cleaning. I selected Josh because unlike other tile cleaners, Josh's process includes staining/sealing of the grout, which is really the best way to get it looking brand new again. I got one other quote and although it was cheaper, they were going to do a quick steam clean and couldn't guarantee any results.

Josh was on time for the estimate and took accurate measurements. It was super easy to book the job and he was flexible when we had something come up and had to switch the date of the job. The day of he arrived with a professional crew and made sure that the work was done in a manner that was suitable to our needs.

If you truly want your grout looking new again then call Josh. You can expect to pay $1.00-$1.50 per square foot for this kind of work.

So impressed with Desert Tile & Grout Care! Josh gave us a great estimate and explained everything about the services. Day of, the team showed up on time, professional. They worked with us on the grout color as the original grout color we picked didn't look that great. Gave us several color options and did a sample of each so we could see what worked best. Explained everything along the way. Adrian and John were polite, hardworking and did a great job! Will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have their grout cleaned and sealed with the original or new color grout! Will use them again in the future for sure!

We just had our tumbled travertine floors cleaned and the grout color-sealed. They look amazing! Josh and his crew were super nice and accommodating. They are very clean, and even left my stainless steel laundry room sink spotless after using it. It only took them about 4 hours. I spoke with and got quotes from two other tile cleaning companies prior to choosing Desert Tile. I am very happy that I chose them to do the work. I would highly recommend Desert Tile!
