The project manager and her crew were extremely polite, professional, respectful and did an amazing job. The main office even helped us working things out with our insurance adjuster. I am so grateful to Josh Cooper for his continued communication with me during this life changing experience. Almost everyone I dealt with was very compassionate, but no where near what I experienced with Josh. If there was one area of more stress it was the subcontracting of the appliances and electronics. After back and forth between appraiser and FRSTEAM, the delays cost me more than a month from going home.

Shout out to Valdo, Jose, Carl and Reuben! We had interior water damage due to a roof leak during the recent storms. We called SERVPRO for water restoration to dry us out and remove damage ceiling, drywall and flooring. They covered and protected any furniture/items/pictures in the area that were not affected by the water damage. They sanitized the affected areas and cleaned up after each visit. They were all very knowledgeable, polite and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend SERVPRO for water restoration and cleaning services!

Jaire (?), George, and the demo crew were great. Described the steps that they would be part of and briefly what steps would be next so that we wouldn't be clueless as to what happens during the process. Taped up work areas to help prevent debris and dust from flying all over. Did quick work as far as I could tell.

Best part about the whole process was that they dealt with insurance completely from their side - no ferrying documents between them and my insurance.

Update after reconstruction, 12/8/2025:
Leonard Varela was great in managing the reconstruction effort. There were some issues with the carpet install the first time with glaring seam visibility and he worked to make it right. Same with the touch ups after reconstruction.

I would like to thank and commend Joshua Cooper at SERVPRO Gilbert, Arizona. We evacuated from the Palisades fire in January 2025. We are among the fortunate ones - our condo was standing in the midst of devastation and loss. From the first walk-through with SERVPRO in early March to our return to live in our condo again at the end of September, Joshua was always there. Answering emails, kind and clear phone calls, problem-solving for us. It went beyond the skill of a professional partner. He demonstrated sincere care for our personal wellbeing. Having a direct line to Joshua who would respond quickly was priceless for an involved restoration process during a very difficult time. Thank you, Joshua and best wishes to you.

We had a garage freezer fail.The liquid got underneath the wall and into the house. My insurance company recommended Servpro. They showed up on time every day. Very professional and polite. They kept us well informed during the entire job. I highly recommend them. Dan Wolff

I had water damage from a broken pipe in my bathroom during the ice storm in Tn. Servpro sent a team from AZ. to mitigate the damage. Reuben, Kyle and George were very professional, very polite, knowledgeable and explained what they were doing and why. This event has been very stressful with 8 days away from home but these men had a positive attitude and made me feel safe.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone for the wonderful jobs they did repairing my home after the August and October storms. What started as a very stressful situation for me quickly became much easier because of the kindness, professionalism and clear communication of all the team members. The crews were not only skilled and efficient, but also very respectful of my home. And very thoughtful and friendly throughout the entire demolition and repair process. The care and attention to detail truly show in the finished work. My home feels whole again, and I am so very grateful for the effort everyone put into restoring it. They all were well-qualified, hardworking, efficient and caring.

I was very unsatisfied. They were sent by insurance company after a fire. I felt they were very unprofessional.
They broke one of the blinds and said they would repair it when on site and then later refused. There employee told her boss she just touched it and it broke. She would not have been able to open the blind to clean it if that were the case. She did not even let us know it was broken when it first happened.
I felt like they were billing insurance excessively and reported them to my insurance.company They left Hepa filters in the home for over a week and were most likely billing insurance daily when they were only used 3 days.
They cleaned the carpets which was fine but called the day after wanting to bring in big fans to dry it when it was already dry. Again I suspect they were going to bill insurance unnecessarily.
When it came to cleaning the air ducts they only went in about 6-12 inches and did not have long enough equipment to do a thorough job.
I would definitley not recommend them!
