We were in California, when a friend sent a picture, said we have water running out the garage we called our insurance company travelers and they directed us to Servpro of Gilbert. It was pretty amazing. They were on site within about one hour and doing their thing which includes documenting the good things and photographing and documenting the bad things that have been ruined by the disaster by the time we got home on Monday morning, Luis and Victoria we’re on site with their crew packing and documenting and started removing drywall and setting up the dryers to dry out the whole house. Water had been running for at least three days, it did not take very long for them to get it ready for the construction company to start the rebuild!
Servpro is a full service company. They not only gave us ideas for the rebuild and are capable of contracting that part out, people like Rosie helped us with their part of the insurance claims and basically was trouble free to us!
my last comment about Servpro is the people who work here for first class professionals they go through this stuff all the time and during the mess they were real cool customers for me. They always took my calls and they always worked on the issues that I might have. It’s a great company!

Leo was responsive, professional and just a pleasure to work with. He kept me up to date on all phases of the job and successfully brought the job to conclusion, even after he had to pick up where another employee left off.
Overall I am very happy with the results of my job! Thanks to the entire team at ServePro Gilbert!

I cannot recommend this company enough! We had a serious mold issue that required immediate attention, and they exceeded all our expectations. Leo, the team lead, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and made sure the job was done right. His crew was efficient, clean, and professional. The mold removal was thorough, and the restoration work looks perfect. For a stressful situation, they provided a 5-star solution. Don't look anywhere else!

I would like to thank the SERPRO team of Gilbert for all of their time, dedication and support in assisting me with an evaluation and assessment of what needed to be done at my home that had water damage. Sean and Jose were outstanding with their time and knowledge in forming a plan about what needed to be completed in order for my team to make an informed decision as to what direction to take.

In addition, Rosie Flores, the office manager, went above and beyond in answering phone calls and texts, even during her off hours, to keep me informed of the progress…..very much appreciated.

This SERVPRO is fortunate to have dedicated employees like Sean, Jose and Rosie that make a difference in the lives of their customers. I would definitely recommend this SERVPRO office for all of your home and business repair needs.

Malibu Fires
Servpro staff was great I first received a call from Joshua telling me about the service they could do to restore my home, all the surrounding houses had been burnt to the ground.
Joshua explain the process and was working with my insurance company State Farm he did a great job.
Servpro came in with a experience team and cleaned our house from head to toe.
I also want to thank Julie who headed up the clean up team, she was great to work with.
The owner of the company Mark came to my house and reviewed the process it all turned out 110% satisfied.

Had a roof leak in our new home in late September, Servpro had the quickest availability and the mitigation team came out and did their job efficiently which revealed microbial growth in the wall and wood rot. They even came out to mitigate a 2nd time while waiting for the roof to be fixed.

The reconstruction team however was awful. They initially came out and provided a timeline that was not followed and every time I reached out it was another excuse, “you haven’t heard from John? He does our estimates” I had never heard from a John and was never given clear communication. After contacting several more times I was eventually told that they weren’t able to do my job because they have a $5k minimum per their policy. I never received an estimate so I had no idea where that number came from.

I was eventually referred to a 3rd party company that to this day has not completed the job. I was told by Servpro that this 3rd party company was very reliable and were going to reconstruct the drywall and flooring. Oh and it turns out the job is over $5k.

To the mitigation team - great job thank you. The reconstruction team had poor communication and did not seem to know what they were doing nor show any accountability for their lack of professionalism.

George, Kyle, and Gavin did an absolutely great job with completing demo/clean up at my house! They were very efficient and made the process smoother! Home repairs are always stressful, so thank you all (and Seth) for providing wonderful service! Keep it up guys! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Update: I unfortunately had a second incident at my house and ServPro once again saved the day!! Jair, George, and Kyle did another great job! And a huge thank you to Jason and Julie who quickly responded and truly helped put my mind at ease! You all are absolutely amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm not sure it's worth the price. I would at a minimum suggest you get another quote.

Genesis did a great job cleaning our windows. It was amazing to see our windows with absolutely zero spots. They were on time and a very pleasant.

I used Genesis Roof Regeneration and Window Cleaning for my large, 2nd floor townhouse windows and they did a FANTASTIC job! The windows are cleaner than ever before with absolutely no spots or streaks - it is the specially treated water they use which makes the difference. It looks like there is no glass in the windows-just amazing. Highly recommend !!

The white grout on my bathroom floor was driving me crazy. No matter how hard I scrubbed I couldn’t get it clean. I call three companies for bids. Groutsmith was the only company that came out to look at the job. I had Groutsmith clean the tile and grout in my shower and floor.
Owo was the young man that did the work. He worked in my small bathroom for over 4 hours. I wish all the people I hire worked as hard as this young man. He made my bathroom look brand new. Great job. I wish I could post pictures.

Owo was incredible. His work is outstanding. We bought a house with 30 year old filthy travertine that probably had never been maintained

Owo and his company did an absolutely amazing job! This is back breaking work and he did a multi-day job in a single day! I attempted to do this myself and quickly realized it was beyond my capabilities so I hired Owo. I’m extremely impressed and I trust Owo for my future work. Not only did he do a great job, he’s an honest guy and that was important to me.

Really did a terrific job grouting and caulking our tile and tub showers. They had been neglected, but Owo somehow managed to bring them back to life and make them shine. He also managed to re-caulk outside the showers, at the seam between the floor tiles and the baseboards. A job well-done, for which we are grateful. Highly recommended.

Owo and the team at Groutsmth were great to work with. He was very responsive, professional and on time. He called to let me know when he would arrive and he did an excellent job applying the Enduroshield to our shower doors. I look forward to Owo coming back to clean and treat the shower grout. Owo is a star! He stained the grout on our 1st floor…close to 1000 sq feet. It looks great. Owo’s work ethic is admirable and his smile infectious.

I am amazed how good my tile floors look! Groutsmith made my floors look brand new again. I would not hesitate to call them!!!! They are so skilled at what they do and very professional.

Owo arrived as scheduled and promptly began cleaning the tiles and repairing the grout in the master bathroom shower. He worked diligently for approximately 4 1/2 hours and did an excellent job. Afterwards he cleaned up everything and left the shower and bathroom in spotless condition. I highly recommend this company.

From start to finish... great customer service and communication. Owo did great job worh quote visit, and then Owo and Michael showed up promptly. Lots of furniture to move, pets, little details. They were polite, professional and very hard workers.
Everything they removed was put back and we worked together for 5 hours. Cannot say enough about how clean my floors are. 20 years since install. Grout went to almost black in some well trafficked areas to almost blinding white... they just left. I have some cleanup and little things to finish but I am amazed and endlessly pleased.... 10 STARS all...!
