Owo is top notch! His work ethic was incredible - he even stayed until after 10 PM on a Friday night to finish a job that we needed complete. He replaced several tiles and colored the grout in the house - the results are incredible! Highly recommend. I'm so happy to have found him - he's now my tile and grout go to!

I hired Owo to clean and seal the grout at a house we have by ASU. It was rented out to college students so to say the grout was in rough shape is an understatement. At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant.
Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM.
He did an amazing job.
The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again.
Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. The grout has to be re-stained and sealed to bring it back to looking new again. See attached before and after pics.

The work is AMAZING. Our floors look brand new! We did not realize the amount of detailed "on your knees" work that is required. To do it right and repair EVERY imperfection, it is hard work. Owo did an amazing job. We would recommend him to everyone. He is a real gentleman who is thorough and very focused on Quality. He gets five stars. We just asked him to take care of our caulking issues in our bathrooms and kitchen. You can't go wrong with Owo.

Great experience with the grout Smith! Came in and professionally told me what he was going to do and quoted me a price that we agreed on. Was able to do a quick turnaround and completely clean our tile and grout. Looks awesome! Definitely the tile cleaner you’ll want to get if you live in Mesa.

I couldn't be happier with the end result after cleaning and repairing the grout on my tile floors. Very professional. Before the grout was so dirty it was black. After it looks like I had a new floor installed!

If we were able to give Owo six stars we would. We cannot say enough good things about this man and the services he provides. He is knowledgeable, competent, thorough, conscientious and punctual. He is a consummate professional from start to finish. He applied his trade knowledge and workmanship to our project as if it was his own home. We are so very pleased with the work Owo performed on our older shower and bathroom floor today. The grout was chipping and cracking and appeared yellowed due to age. Owo did an amazing job cleaning our tile, repairing the grout and sealing the grout. Our 25 year shower looks like brand new. Owo is amazing! And the pictures don’t do justice. I had been going back and forth whether or not to do the color grout sealing due to cost but after lots of research and Owo’s patience I decided to go through with it and I’m so glad I did! My floors look better than when moved into our new build. If you are questioning whether to do it or not, just do it. You won’t regret it!

Amazing work! Groutsmith was incredible to work with. Professional and friendly. Owo spent lots of time with me helping me find the perfect grout shade for my floors. I even added my back splash last minute and he was extremely accommodating. My floors look BRAND NEW. I’m so excited to clean them now and not embarrassed when guest come over. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Owo's work on my damaged stonework was exceptional. He went above and beyond to restore it to a near new condition. The stonework in my spa shower had been damaged by harsh chemicals from my housekeeper, but Owo was able to completely repair it. And the best part? His cost was very reasonable. They took time to check on the floor to give a quote and idea of what was needed. He arrived on time and did a wonderful job restoring our travertine. It came out beautifully and he brought the mosaic back to life. Bonus- he came in way less than another valley company we checked out.

I hired Owo and Jamie to do a complete tile clean and grout seal on my tile floor. They also completed a grout color change and repaired some tile cracks. I had one spare tile and Owo replaced a damaged tile with it. The results are great and I couldn't be happier.
It's always the unknown when you hire any company. My first impression is.... is the contractor on time. Owo showed up early for our initial meeting, provided a very accurate quote. Showed up on time for the actual job. To me this means A LOT. Owo and Jamie worked very well together and the job was completed on time.
I have no problem recommending Groutsmith East Valley and would hire them again if needed.
