Wow! My ceramic tile has been comletely transformed. From Josh's detailed written estimate and explanation too his team of Adrian, Jorge and Saul the whole process was efficiently and quickly executed. My grungy, blackened tile looks like a new installation.The team worked together with meticulous detail in cleaning, replacing five tiles, colorizing the grout with choices for my approval, and sealing the grout. I would highly recommend Desert Tile and Grout as I consider them to be consummate

Most of my 17-year old home has travertine floors and over the years it had lost its luster and needed cleaning and polishing and some grout repairs. I also had a dozen or so tiles that had developed cracks due to an apparent crack in the underlying concrete slab. In addition, I had travertine in the master bath and shower that needed cleaning and polishing. After speaking with several providers, I selected Desert Tile and Grout Care. Josh who represented the company was straight forward and I felt comfortable they would do a fine job. I had seen reviews that overall were excellent. They were not the low bidder nor were they the high bidder either and I believed they were the best choice. The job was originally scheduled for a couple of weeks out, but several days later Josh let me know they could move it up to the next week due to a delay in a larger job. The crew arrived on time and were very courteous and very professional. Very simply the entire crew was excellent, simply nice guys to be around and have in your home for a few days. Todd was an excellent team leader and he and Jason made the floors look fabulous. Sergio did great at replacing the cracked tiles and Adrian make the bathroom sparkle again. I’ve had a lot of construction done for me over the years and there is always something when the job is done that needs attention and I have found that responsiveness to solving the problem is the key being a great contractor. Some years ago I had a new home built and at the final closing I gave the contractor a punch list of 109 items that needed attention. I never had to ask the contractor again and all 109 items were fixed within six weeks. He did everything he promised and made everything just right. I was impressed then. When the Desert Tile and Grout Care finished the job I paid the bill. A week or so later I noticed that one of the replacement tiles wasn’t quite right. I emailed Josh about the tile. He let me know that he would arrange the replacement and polishing of the tile. The tile was replaced and polished and the entire floor – and the bathroom – all look terrific. No hassles, Josh just made it happen. He did everything he promised and made everything just right. I was impressed now. If I need my tile repaired or polished or whatever, I would hire Desert Tile and Grout Care again.

Dan and his great crew (Kevin and Josh) cleaned our grout and tile in late July. They did a superb job in bringing our tile back to looking like new. The grout is now properly sealed, and spills clean up easily. I was ready to replace the flooring, but Dan promised me that wasn't necessary; and he was right! The floors still look great, and hiring this company was the best thing we could have done for our flooring.

Where do I start...From start to finish Josh and his crew did an AMAZING job!! From the first time I met Josh and the getting a fair and reasonable estimate on my Saltillo tile that is a very specialized job!! His crew showed up on time, was very patient with my wife and I as we chose the right grout colors to being respectful, helpful and all the way around 5 STAR service!! The Saltillo tile looked like a whole new floor and looked restored and we were so happy with the results!! If you want professionalism, customer service and an excellent job at a fair price then give Desert Tile and Grout a call. You will not be disappointed!!

We had our ceramic tile and grout professionally cleaned and color sealed two years ago, and it still looks magnificent!

The company returned on February 19, 2024 for maintenance cleaning/color sealing. Once again, they did a fabulous job, and our grout color is perfect!!!

Josh and his team are outstanding to work with. Saul, Damian and Jon were the team that came to our home to do the work. We had tile throughout our home cleaned and the grout cleaned, sealed and colorized. Saul discussed the color samples displayed on our floor tiles and was instrumental in the selection of the best choice for our tile. Just moved into a home that had flooring from the nineties. Kinda looked like the previous owners sealed over dirty floors, it was nasty. This was way beyond what I could do to fix it. Started doing my research and found Josh's company. This was one of the better things I've done lately. His team was able to take our combination slate and slate-look tile and bring it back to near original condition. His guys replaced some loose grout that had loosened due to common minor foundation cracks and it's darn close to the original color, 26 years old and they found a very close match. Josh's team also helped move some furniture out to our patio, so the rooms were completely empty, that was greatly appreciated. We've already had friends and family ask when did we get the new flooring. It's that dramatic of a change. For what you'll get in tile/stone cleaning, Josh's prices are very fair. Just make the call, you won't be disappointed.

What an impressive company. The team of four men lead by Adrian were professional, polite and communicated throughout the process. Josh, the owner was also a pleasure to work with when he came out to provide an estimate. They worked really hard and fast. My tile and grout is beautiful. They were here for 6 hours and never stopped. It's such a pleasure to work with a company that really cares and does the job right the first time. I would highly recommend this company for your future tile care needs. WOW!!

Josh and his team are fantastic to work with. We had our grout sealed and colorized. We could not be more pleased with the results. They were fantastic to work with. They took the time to actually show the different colors of grout on our floor so we could make an informed decision. They were very patient to make sure we got the best color for out floor. Josh came to my house and recommended I just call a company to steam clean the tile as the tile and grout are in good shape and easy to clean. He said it would be cheaper for us and he wanted to save us money. He gave me so much advice as to cleaning products to use for the floors I have that will not cause a build-up or residue.

He is a very knowledgeable honest guy. Nice to see contractors like that! I highly recommend Josh and I thank him for his time.

We can’t recommend this company enough. Our home is nearly 30 years old and the ceramic tiles in our home were in need of a definite refresh! We had our floors, kitchen countertops, and shower professionally done by this company. We could not be happier with the results. This service is a must have and definitely worth the purchase! My home was built in 1993 and the grout was worn and incredibly dirty. Honestly, I didn't realize I needed the grout and tile cleaned but the Desert Tile and Grout team came in and gave my floors new life! Highly, highly recommend for anyone with tile!

Josh and his crew are top notch! We had mismatched, dirty looking grout and tile in a new home we purchased. Josh was on time, friendly and professional when he came out to do an estimate. We scheduled a time for his crew to come out (the very same week) and they arrived on time and were also very professional. Jorge showed us a variety of grout colors to choose from while the rest of the crew carefully moved our furniture and even took pictures so they could put it back exactly where it was when they were done. They finished right on time and Jorge texted me pictures of the completed job when they were done. The difference from before and after was night and day! Desert Tile & Grout Care did an excellent job cleaning, sanitizing, and color-sealing my parent's 800+ square feet of tile. The price was really reasonable, with a discount since the home was empty. The 2 men who did the work were friendly, professional, and hard-working. They painted 4 different colors of grout so I could pick which color looked best, and gave me good advice on which looked best. The grout lines blend in so well with the tile now. They even took care of the cracked grout lines along the floorboards!

I just had my tile floors repaired, cleaned, stained, and sealed. Now instead of averting my eyes from dirty grout, I can appreciate the floors, and the house seems so much brighter and cleaner.

The crew that came out did a great job on our travertine. 4 years ago we had it acid washed then polished. It looked decent but I would’ve preferred the finish that Desert Tile finished with as it looks great. It looks like a new floor and we are much happier with the end result. The cost was very reasonable and lower than what I paid from the prior company. We will use them for all future maintenance cleanings. They also filled many of the pits we had with epoxy and they are hardly visible.

Reviewing for initial work and mitigation for roof and bathroom leak. Santiago, Jose, and Fernando took care of everything. They were very, polite, professional, and timely. Santiago would always call before hand and keep us updated on progress. This is our second time using Servopro and they have been excellent and our go to for any home issues. Highly recommend.
