We contacted Servpro after we noticed some water damage on our baseboards near the shower. Anthony came out and took a look at it and let us know it was just water coming through the shower door and to just replace the seals. He didn’t try to say it was a bigger problem than it actually was or upsell us on anything. Overall a great experience.

ServePro did a great job for me following a water leak in my home. I’ve lived in my house more than 20 years. During that time, I’ve had a number of water leaks; some major, some not so much. This leak was due to a hot water slab leak. Remediation included drywall, carpet, and laminate flooring removal, as well as isolating the damaged area from other areas of the house and running a dehumidifier. ServePro arrived on time and thoroughly prepared to do the remedial work. Fernando, Miguel and Daniel were friendly and professional. ServPro Buena Park actually assisted me twice within a six-month period for the same insurance claim because the plumbers were initially unable to find the source of the leak and the damage occurred a second time after the restoration company had repaired everything. I have been through the water damage claim remediation and restoration process enough times to know the difference between a great job and an adequate one. Things went smoothly and quickly, which is a wonderful situation especially when there’s so much to deal with during times like these. I highly recommend ServePro without any hesitation.
