We had a flood and they were out right away and took care of the pack-out and did it with care while being efficient at the same time. We just had them un-pack our household and they were the same, courteous and professional guys as before. Just wanted to give credit and kudos where they are well deserved! Thank you Gabe and Alan!

I had a serious water leak in my kitchen that caused quite a bit of damage, and I called Servpro Buena Park after hearing great things about them. Alan Inzunza and his team came in and immediately put me at ease. Alan was incredibly professional—he explained exactly what needed to be done and answered all my questions, no matter how small. The crew was efficient, respectful, and clearly knew their stuff. They took care of everything—from drying out the affected areas to fixing the damage—quickly and with attention to detail. I could tell they really cared about the quality of their work. The end result was better than I could have hoped for. I’m so glad I called them, and I highly recommend Alan and his team if you ever need restoration services. They really went above and beyond.

Fernando, Miguel, Allan , Daniel and their Temps Jonathan and the 3 females were all hard workers! The end result was a job well done! Unfortunately, their power washer broke and the employee did the rest of the job with our hose . They came back out the next day to reclean those areas and it came out much better! They had positive attitudes and were friendly. I appreciate their help in the cleanup of smoke & ash from the Eaton Fire. Whatever concerns we had we brought to their supervisor Anthony and were taken care of. It the end it was a tedious job , and in the end it was very well done. Thank you to all crew and Anthony, Alissa, & Noah!

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!

I had an excellent experience with Anthony, the technician who came to assist, and I cannot praise him enough. He arrived promptly after my call and was incredibly polite, even taking off his shoes before entering my home.

Anthony was thorough and professional, carefully assessing the affected area and explaining the steps he would take. He set up a tent and fans to address the damage and ensured the area was cleaned up meticulously.

His attention to detail and dedication to doing the job perfectly was impressive. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work. I felt reassured throughout the entire process, knowing I was in good hands.

First met Sam, project manager. Super nice guy, professional, very thorough. Did a very thorough inspection of what needed to be done, and set things up right away. Whenever I needed to contact him he would respond right away, thoughtful and caring.
I can only say the absolute best about Sam. I could tell right from the start with his preparation that he cares about what he is doing and has very good attention to detail. Always on time, works very cleanly and efficiently. I was very reassured with the quality of his work from start to finish. He had a helper with him, I apologize, not sure of his name, he was also very good, they worked quietly and efficiently together. I will definitely recommend Servpro Northeast Long Beach...

I hired these guys for a leak in my crawlspace back in January, they were very professional and would hire again if I had another leak. Give them a try if you need professional assistance.

All went so smoothly. Everyone was professional, helpful, and efficient every step of the way! My belongings were cared for beyond my expectations, and each day the house and exterior were neat and clean.

My grandmothers dishwasher flooded her kitchen/dining room , we called Servpro who came out to extract all the water from the carpet and tile. We were pleased with the service they provided.

My daughter left our sink on up stairs, it flooded our upstairs and downstairs, 4 rooms got saturated. Mike from Servpro came out and helped us with our nightmare. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. If you need help like we did, call Servpro Carson

These guys saved us from a horrible situation before our trip up north. They got to my house within 40mins and cleaned up our condo. Highly recommend them if it’s something you can’t handle on your own.
