I have called ServPro and worked with Ashley 3 times for various issues in the last year and they have come out and delivered each time. From our estimator, Kirby, to the project manager, Zoltan and his team of technicians (Ricky and Paul) they have come out and communicated and taken care of mitigating the damage caused by various leaks as well as handled mold remediation issues at our business. Thank you all for your help and timeliness!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my dad. He recently worked with Adrian whom he said provided professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service for a water damage repair. Adrian took care of the insurance process and my dad’s kitchen was fixed professionally with a relatively quick turnaround time. Another happy customer!!

Argenis and his team from SERVPRO were incredible. Not only did they explain the process and work to address the water issue in our walls, but they cleaned up beautifully and were very communicative and helpful throughout the process! I wholeheartedly recommend SERVPRO of Carson/West Carson.

The ServPro team was excellent, from start to finish. Josh did an excellent initial assessment and plan and returned to ensure it got underway and was completed properly. Danny managed the site work, and was also excellent and very professional, carrying out the work, communicating frequently, and cleaning up and replacing the dryer and doors. Danny insured the job was successful. I would certainly recommend this ServPro team.

SERVPRO of Carson/West Carson did a fantastic job on my home. Their staff, led by Argenis, were courteous, professional, attentive, and walked me through every step of the job. They followed up with my insurance quickly. I declared personal documents and credit cards in my office and even though I thought I had cleared them all out, when they found anything of value, they brought it to me promptly. I highly recommend their services!

I recently used Servpro for some water damage restoration in my home and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the moment Albert arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain the process to me and answer any questions I had. They were respectful of my home and belongings, and made sure to keep everything clean and organized throughout the process. The team was always on time and communicated with me regularly to keep me updated on their progress. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Servpro and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services. Five stars!

He have some issues our house lately and Servpro was there since the start to help us , Argenis Capistrano was easy to talk too. He is always available when you call and responds my text and call immediately very reliable.They come on time in all the appointments . They handle our stuff with care. They made sure our stuff was taken care off .They cleared and made sure we are safe at home made sure plastic drapes so you are protected. Im happy of the work of the Servpro. My home was flooded in May of 2024 and Servpro was assigned by my insurance company to come in to assess the damage and work towards completing the restoration. Supervisor Javier and his team performed a masterful job one for which my wife and I were very impressed with. His concern, care and professionalism was exceptional and we would strongly recommend Servpro and their professionals for the work they provide, we are eternally grateful to them for the work they did. Several was assigned by my insurance company, Albert and Adrian were assigned to our case. Both individuals are very professional always showed Up at the designated time that they assigned. Always reply to my text messages or calls With a positive attitude. I highly recommend Servpro for any Water damage or any repairs needed as they are quick to respond and repair household structure in a timely matter. I gave them a 10 out of 10.

Servpro was dispatched to our property by our insurance company to finish work previously started by another remediation company. Argenis was assigned to our project. He is professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. His team and him came in and took care of our issue immediately. They set up the work area very professionally and were clean about the entire process. He kept us updated every step of the way. It’s been a great experience working with Argenis. I hope to never need Servpro again but if needed, they’ll definitely be the first ones we call.

We noticed black mold in our ceiling on Father’s Day and Argenis from Servpro showed up within an hour and had the project fully remediated within the week. We were so appreciative with how quickly and professionally it was handled!

The team was great to work with on time and very sufficient. Our insurance company recommended them and Adrian was our advisor he helped out so much With such a stressful situation.

Our high expectations were easily met...on time, well executed and the results were so good we struggle to see the 3 foot long repair to our granite kitchen counter top....highly recommended

Great job on our cleaning and sealing our backyard pavers and driveway. Had some battery acid stains that are not noticeable anymore. The water beads up now on surface. Great communication, friendly workers, fast, and easy.
