I was very pleased with Oscar and he s crew when they completed my roofing. They paid particular attention to each and every aspect and f the work and even gave me new gutters. I would recommend them to anyone and their price is very, very reasonable. Thanks to Oscar and his team.

Five neighbors and myself needed our roofs and gutters cleaned and all have tile roofs. We got five other bids and all was higher than Best American Roofing. Of all the other contractors Oscar was the only one that went up on the roofs and did inspections before giving us our estimates. The dates and start times was always on time as he had promised to us. Oscar was always inspecting and monitoring the other employees work. Before finishing he went up on the roof and inspected all the work that had been done and corrected anything that needed to be done. Oscar and his employees does outstanding work and we all was greatly satisfied with him and his employees. I had 5 inch ( K5) gutters and he installed 6 inch (K6) with the screens and he gave me a great price over the other bids I received. Even though his office is in Puyallup we all live in Lacey. If you have roofing or gutters that needs work I highly recommend Best American Roofing you have nothing to lose to get a free estimate.

Oscar, our roofing expert completed two services. The first was cleaning and treating our roof for moss. His work was exceptional…thorough, detailed, professional and cleaned up well upon completion. During that visit he found some issues with some potential leaks, a few failing shingles and loose nails. The next week he returned and fixed them. He shared photos at the end of the first visit and the corrected work photos. His price was very fair and he did I it all with a smile. I highly recommend him. Tom Berg

We had a leaky roof, and Oscar came out to save us. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. They found out we didn't have plywood covering the roof, so they communicated the issue. New plywood was ordered and almost all installed on the same day. It was even offered at a discount to us. The crew completed the full installation a day early. It was great to work with this company.

Oscar and his crew are awesome! We had a leak in our kitchen that we are remodeling, and Oscar made it out the day we called. He was able to start the next day. Every aspect of this project was professional and thorough. Pulled up the old ply wood, replaced with new, trim all around and complete clean up. I would highly recommend Oscar to anyone. Oscar and his crew did an amazing job! Very informative and thorough. I had a few different roofing companies give me a bid, and all seemed to want to cut corners or do things cheaply. My roof was so bad I was unable to get the house insured. Estimates are grueling but when Oscar showed up, explained procedures to fix, repair, take down chimney, deal with facia pitch for gutter installation, deal specifically with rodent issues, as well as, choosing the challenge of A frame roofing pitch I was intrigued. The price was more than fair, decent to say the least.

His workers are strong, kind and respectful and finished the job taking away debris and other junk that was not part of the roof job bin toss out.
I found a great crew, job satisfaction with above and beyond expectation results. Did I state that my roof is handsome now, and finished project is met with a smile…. knowing I made a good choice.

Great Honest Hard working Guys that get the job done Rite

I call for a small job and Vern was quick and did a fantastic job.

We've only used them once so far, but would definitely do so again. Prompt and courteous!

Not very customer oriented. Had to send multiple quote requests. They set an appt for someone to show up for the quote and then didn’t show-up. Called and they really didn’t know anything about the appointment. I can forgive one mistake, but strike three and you’re out. Multiple tree removal, excavation and double digit tree trimming…moving on.

I had an emergency need for some concrete excavation work. I contacted Tobin Bros and Vern was on-site for a quote within 10 minutes. He returned with his equipment within 3 hours and had the job complete and cleanup done within 2 hours.

Vernon did an amazing job for us. I would use Tobin Bros. again anytime I have any tree issues. Definitely give Vernon a call and he will take care of you.

Scheduled someone to come out on Monday to give me a quote on putting a driveway on the side of my house they said they'd be out between 5:30 and 6:00 they called early in the morning and canceled not a big deal gave me a heads up, so we rescheduled for Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:00 nobody called nobody showed up. Have left them voicemails have emailed them I have not heard anything back. The lady on the phone seemed nice but every time it came time to do the quote Vern had something else to do. I canceled my plans on Wednesday to be home so we could make this happen and nobody showed. They say they're open 24 hours they don't ever answer a phone. And their website says professional and high quality I'm not seeing the professionalism.
