I saw the commercials and added Anderson to one of three estimates I wanted for new windows. I got a Chris Taylor and he was very very helpful. His presentation of the Anderson product was very well presented. He has helped every step of the way of the process, to include making time to answer questions about "what's next?" He made me feel well taken care and I would highly recommend Anderson and especially Chris Taylor to helping get new windows.

I had high hopes for renewal by Andersen. The sales rep and everyone we met with was amazing until…
Installation day: I am told previously they would be at my house from 9-11am. I get a call at 9am that said they would not be there until 11-1pm. The get another call around 10 to say they can’t make it out. They rescheduled for the next day, but I had to call out of work to make this happen. We were told the project (rather large) would be done in one day and they would have 3-4 people working on it.

Real installation day: only 2 people came to install. It took 2 full days and 2 days of me having to call off of work to get it installed. Workers left my house with a key to my new doors, which I hadn’t realized for a couple days. Feeling very unsettled with strangers having a key to home.

Results: After looking at the work more, there are gaps in the door and the caulking was not done well. After spending 30k, I would expect much more quality work. I am speaking with them now and I hope to get this fixed, but I am not very happy with the work done and money spent.

Chris was an amazing instructor on how and what to expect in every aspect of the job process. I would highly recommend his expertise! Great person!

My family and I had a free consultation with Jerome Pratt at Renewal by Anderson in our home to look at replacing our entry doors. Jerome was very helpful in answering our questions and introducing us to the product. He was knowledgeable and you could tell he wanted what was best for our needs.

Ryan Schoening our design consultant arrived on time, gave a thorough explanation of window replacement services, offered multiple options with prices, as well as reviewing payment methods. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and not pushy.

Nishat LaFontaine was our Sakes rep, who not only came out on the 3rd day of the big winter snow/sleet storm here in the Shenandoah Valley, but her cheerful attitude and demeanor was above and beyond expectations. She was very thorough and knowledgeable about the company and product. We look forward to continued business with them in the future.

We recently had some windows, sliding glass and entry doors installed in our house in Mineral, VA. We were very satisfied with the installation of the product not to mention the product itself. Our designer, Nate, was very patient with us during the time he spent with us while we picked out the styles, types of fixtures, etc. for our windows and doors. He made several suggestions and steered us in the right direction which was very helpful. Our contractor, Jeremy and his hardworking crew were awesome at doing their job and were also very easy and pleasant to work with. One of the windows we were replacing was a bay window in the family room which was being converted to a very large picture window. On the outside of this new window, a section of siding had to be replaced which we knew was going to be next to impossible since the siding was very old, but Jeremy went above and beyond and checked with several of his suppliers and ultimately found an exact match! All in all, everything went very smoothly and we would highly recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone who is contemplating replacing any of their windows or doors.

We’ve had our door installed for a year now. Everything with Renewal by Anderson has been a breeze. The initial appointment for a quote was easy with no pressure. I told them what I wanted, they designed and didn’t pressure me for “extras”. Installation day was quick-about 4 hours. They did a beautiful job and cleaned everything up afterwards. A year later, Brandon came by for our free inspection. He adjusted the lock so it locked a bit smoother for our SimpliSafe lock.

The door itself is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. We get compliments on it constantly…and the lifetime warranty on the door is just an added benefit. I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson for a gorgeous front door!

We love our new replacement windows by Anderson! Price has increased amongst all companies since Covid, unfortunately. You can't beat the quality, durability, and reliability of a product and company like Renewal by Anderson!

Marvin and his crew did a wonderful job on our window installation. They were efficient, neat, and courteous. Cleanup was done well with minimal scratches/debris. Windows/ windowsills/ screens were clean and in beautiful condition.

Ryan schoening, design consultant from Renewel by Anderson Richmond VA Division came and inspected my home windows and took measurements. He made the whole experience very enjoyable and taught me alot of things I had not known about my home. He was very easy to understand and get along with very clean cut and a great attitude. Highly reccomend! My dogs got out of the pen and he even helped me track my dog down and carry her puppies back home! Seriously a wonderful person and I couldn't be happier with his service. Felt like an old friend was over for a visit , was comfortable and relaxed the whole time and he made sure I had no worries or questions upon leaving. Again I highly reccomend! I love my windows and would highly recommend Renewal by Anderson Central Virginia. I purchased 15 sliding windows, 2 sliding doors, and a front door for a large great room.. I didn't review immediately because I wanted to test drive them for potential issues.
1st Sales were knowledgeable and helped find the lowest price option with no hidden gimmick (like som unnamed companies). They also didn't pressure me into making an immediate on the spot decision knowing it is a big purchase. 2nd Scheduling install and actual install was efficient and clean with minimal distribution. My crew lead answered all my questions & walked me through the warranty. 3rd I needed a sliding door and window adjustment. The service call was answered quick and scheduling was easy and quick. I didn't have to wait weeks to get some out. The service technicians came on time and addressed the issue effectively. 4th To my surprise, I received a call on my 1 year mark for a routine maintenance check. I decided this was a good time to make a review because I had ample time to see if I was going to have any problems. Brandon K. was the technician and he was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. Without having to ask, he took his shoes off to respect my space, which was greatly appreciated even though I don't require it on my farm. Brandon also shared something I wasn’t aware of to make cleaning simpler. He looked over thing to make sure they functioned as designed and looked at the overall instalation to make sure he didn’t notice anything that I may not have recognized as a issue (but everything was spot on). He made sure I was not only satisfied but that I was happy. My new windows and doors are noticed and complimented by almost everyone that comes over. The pricing and payment plan was outstanding for my budget. Most importantly the temperature efficiency in this great room with nothing but windows has improved 100 fold. I have had windows replaced in previous residences and by far this has been the best overall experience. They delivered on every aspect beyond expectations.
