Leon was super polite, punctual and knowledgeable of his craft. We had our driveway sealed and it truly does looks brand new. The seal was very precise and all things were kept clean surrounding the driveway. Price was also very competitive. Highly recommend!

Our driveway maintenance slipped through "the cracks" over the years since we purchased our home in 2018. It needed some love and the HOA was riding us about it. We reached out to Leon who came over the very next day and walked us through our options to bring it back to life. He was knowledgeable, honest and pleasant throughout the walkthrough, something me being a realtor who deals with contractors on a daily basis, knows isn't super common nowadays! He had us scheduled for the very next week and got the job done as promised, on time. We couldn't be happier with the results! Since we moved into this house in 2004, we have wanted a driveway to replace our muddy gravel mess. For my wife's 40th birthday, her mom gave us that gift. It was spectacular... then last year, we knew it was time to get it resealed. Of course, we didn’t want just anybody working on our precious driveway. Because I was between jobs, we were also concerned about the price.
​When I called around, I got a wide array of prices and pushy "extra" services. I just wanted the driveway sealed—why the upsell? Some even asked if my neighbors wanted estimates for their pristine concrete driveways. I wanted someone to focus on my project, not guess what I "needed."
​When I called Just Like New Seal Coating, I got a kind hello and a simple, "I just got your message; how can I help you?" That was exactly what I wanted.
​I received respect, professionalism, and kindness. After asking a few detail questions, he called back the next day with an estimate that was significantly better than other companies. I questioned it cautiously, but he confirmed it with confidence. Since I wasn't comfortable doing the job myself for fear of ruining the driveway, we moved forward. He completed the job by the following Tuesday.
​My wife, who works from home, was able to conduct her meetings without interruption while he worked. She is usually uncomfortable with people at the house when I'm gone, but she felt totally safe and professionalized. I even checked our camera recordings—he was incredibly diligent and focused.
​The pictures I included are from today, January 15, 2026, but the job was completed back in July 2025. To this day, it looks brand new. That is six months of extreme Virginia heat, deep freezes, and snow. Between our kids' friends' leaky cars and my 5,500lb Pathfinder, there are still no flaws, cracks, or chips at the edges! He even assured us we’d be good for a few years, essentially talking himself out of quicker future work.

Update: I posted this review at 12:57pm and then texted (who I now know to be Mr. Leon Downs) letting him know I finally gave my promised, honest review. At 1:01pm he responded with a thank you for our business, my review and even wished us a happy holiday! The holiday is MLK day a very important day but not one that usually gets a "happy" in front of it...one word, class.

Great work, great price! Leon is a man of his word. Due to the rain it took him a few days to get me scheduled and rescheduled. But, it was worth the wait. His work is top notch. He arrived bright and early and got my driveway looking like new money.

Mike was hired to install new windows and vinyl soffit. He and Team proved to be expert, high quality, and fair priced. They have over 20 yrs experience and are local and family owned. When you want the job done right, at a fair price, with a company you can trust; call Mike !

Mike is very friendly and professional. The quote was really reasonable. The roof work was exceptional and done in a timely manner. Had it not been for the sign in the yard I would not have known they had come and gone. Cleanup was phenomenal. He even came back the following even and used a magnet to double-check for any nails he may have missed the day before. He was a joy to work with and we will be using them again!

Fantastic roofer!! Mike was very through from the beginning , all the way to the end. We love our new roof!! And he even worked with me and my homeowners insurance when then insurance company was shorting me on how much they were going to pay out on our roof claim. If you want a professional roofer, that does amazing work... then look no further :)!

I have used Mike's company twice now and he is very professional, friendly and true to his word. The team he has working with him are great, again courteous, respectful and diligent with their work and cleaning up afterwards.
